Kyle cited Roger Smith’s 1554 date. Of course……
there’s no historical data that supports a treasure laden ship sinking in the Juno area in 1554. Or even near Florida.
3 galleons sank of Padre Island in 1554. At one time Bob Marx believed those 3 galleons may have sunk off the coast of Florida, but those wrecks have since been located.
I find it very, very curious longs here are running as fast as they can from Kyle’s claim of a $15B valuation by MFT.
And Kyle never said, if true, it would be the largest find ever.
I guess when nothing is found, Kyle will say……Judd must have stolen it.
But hasn’t the tech already found it? Isn’t that why they’ve waited for over two years on the permits?
Ready to eat that crow TB said he had. I hope it’s not freezer burned. He’s had it a long, long time.
Translation: Lena is rocking but we're still......
waiting on the bureaucrats.
Git 'er done Tony!!!
Waiting on bureaucrats. Simple as that. The……
closing is prolly March at the earliest.
Stephenson County is flexible, so late February is possible I suppose.
We’ll see.
Git ‘er done Tony!
Need promos. Does anyone think people……
are sitting around waiting for Tony to Tweet or issue a PR?
A promo group needs to make some noise. That’s how typical OTC investors get their (ahem) investment advice and OTC stocks run.
Tony can Tweet, but their 1700 Twitter followers are likely fully invested and the only ones that see the Tweets.
Need a promo group to shake the pom poms. It’s how to get runners on the OTC. The Twitter followers are in. Need fresh meat.
Noise gets attention.
I wasn’t referring to one report. Read them……
all since he started reporting again. A steady decline in sales over 5 years. Not ups and downs, but a steady decline.
Having someone funding the Lena acquisition that also has voting control of APRU should be welcomed by longs.
Lena has the revs right now, not APRU. That’s what the foundation is going forward, not filling cans for Mitra 9, though that may have some benefit.
Lena should be their priority, and I guarantee Ross still sees it that way.
Apple Rush has been around for 50 years. APRU’s sales last quarter were about $37 a day. If you wanna tout that, have at it.
The long that went to Lena recently and posted pics, likely had a tab twice as much as APRU’s daily sales, if not more.
He looked like he was tore up from the floor up.
Just sayin’
Keep watch for corporate filings, not Tweets, PR’s, and OTC filings.
Git ‘er done Tony!
You didn't see the last financial report, did......
you?
Whoever the investor(s) is will likely save APRU from Tony, who seems to have been wandering in the dessert for the past five years. Sales have gone from about $750K annually to maybe $30K this year. I get it, drinks are a very competitive market, but geez Louise, Tony can't articulate a vision to save his life, though the last update about more acquisitions did make sense.
Having said that, Tony appears to be cleaning up the corporate mess he in part created. Corr is responsible for Apple Rush being REVOKED in Illinois, but Tony made the mess in Texas. To his credit, those issues appear to be getting resolved. We'll see.
But the investor is essentially taking Lena public. Right now, that's where the real sales are. APRU has nothing to offer except the ticker. And the investor is likely to have the voting shares when this is all said and done until he gets a ROI. We don't know the details of the agreements, so it's hard to say for sure, but you don't pay out $755K and assume notes without some guarantees, which is what the new series of shares is all about. At least in part. The investor will be running APRU, Tony will just be the front man....imo.
Now someone "axed" about the pps potential earlier. This thing ran to about 6 cents on hot air. Who knows what this thing can do in the wild west called the OTC with the closing of Lena?
I am trying to remember the name of the coffee company that had one drive thru location where the barista babes were scantily dressed. That sum bitch went from less than a penny to fitty cent, and that thing was trash. It may have had two locations, but it wasn't making money and had a chit ton of convertible debt.
But oh what a run that bad boy had! Who knows what APRU can do?
Tony needs to git 'er done.
Hope it works out for ya.
There have been ships that sank with……..
valuable cargos all over the world, but who owns the cargos? That depends on where it sank. It’s a matter of law. But less than 1% of all wrecks sank without valuable cargos.
The US recognizes Sovereign Immunity, so the idea that SFRX can legally loot the Concepcion or other Spanish galleons that wrecked in US waters is pure fantasy.
You may see this all as a gamble, but when it comes to shipwreck salvage the risks can be minimized if you understand salvage law. Kyle, Tim, and The Baer have apparently chosen to ignore multiple warnings from the state about violating the Sunken Military Craft Act, and both have appeared in multiple videos floating the idea that SFRX will do just that by bringing up treasure from the 1715 Fleet.
Juno is a different story. It’s the first wreck SFRX has ever had title to. Spain never made a claim to the wreck back in the late 80’s when the Admiralty claim was made. SFRX’s legal battle for title to the Juno wreck began 8 or 9 years ago. That was back when they claimed Judd had them working in the wrong area and was trying to hide to treasure from them.
Regardless, it all belongs to SFRX. It’s grandfathered in and the Judge said no other claims of ownership can be made on the wreck.
So get those cameras rolling (big production) and let’s see what the tech sees, which obviously should be treasure since they waited all this time for the permit to be issued and the word is they’ve summoned the camera crew to Juno.
And if no treasure is there doesn’t that actually mean the tech does NOT work?
And where’s the newer version that was supposedly tested at Melbourne?
Current Status
The SeaSearcher 2’s metal discriminator integration testing is complete and our teams continue to expand our knowledge about the Melbourne Beach site while also preparing to return to Juno Beach.

It won't run without a promo group.......
A promo group hit this thing early last year and the balloon ride went to .005.
When a promo group gets here, longs can pretend it's not being promoted.
#shakethepompoms
Glad I didn't take the jab. Just sayin'.......
#kungflu
Early last year the poster you responded to.......
said SFRX was no longer working Melbourne after Max and Peter claimed it only takes a weekend (Max), it only takes a day (Peter).
Skeptics responded to those claims by asking, well why are they still at Melbourne is it only takes a weekend to pinpoint treasure? The response was, they aren't.
Why worry? The tech works, right? SFRX…….
wouldn’t have waited on the permit if the device didn’t see any treasure, would they?
NOAD suggested the film crew had been summoned to start production.
$15B equates to something like $2 a share.
Those standing on the dock apparently still have time to load, but Kyle wants to make more millionaires than Sam Walton did.
OAMOT before loading the boat will become a thing of the past. I bet MFT is buying every share they can.
When the county schedules the approval hearing......
the closing could be the same day. I would expect it would occur no later than the next day. It won't be before next month.
Ross will need to surrender the licenses he and the current owners have to the county.
Tony needs to get APRU's corporate mess straightened out, and it appears that process is underway per the TX filings.
Apple Rush is still revoked in Illinois, and......
it appears Tony is working out the beneficial ownership issues with TX SOS.
The state needs to approve the liquor license application, and Stephenson County will need to approve the change of ownership from Ross and the others to APRU.
The $755K is likely in escrow until the deal closes.
Oh, and the cans being filled are being filled by Lena (Ross), not APRU. It would be illegal for APRU to transact business in Illinois with a revoked registration. In fact, they couldn't even get insurance. They also can't apply for licenses with a revoked registration.
APRU (the TX corp) is selling cans to Mitra 9, and Lena is filling those cans.
Deep Blue Marine has been DEFUNCT since…….
2013, yet I see the poms poms still being shaken on that board by some of the same “industry experts” here.

The prediction was multi-pennies with the permit......
being issued.
If anyone is standing on the dock, they apparently have time to jump on the ship.
It's up what, about 10% after hitting the .007's?
Keep shaking those poms poms!!!
Have they settled on a name for the.......
TV show yet?
Some ideas;
The Billion$ at Juno Beach
From Poop to Treasure

The Fisher Org Was Right
Move Over Mel
Timmy Toy's First Find
The UNESCO Model ~ Transforming the Industry
Looking For Treasure We Won't Sell
Game Changer
Those could even be names for the episodes.
OS 8,406,496,104 a/o 01/22/2024. 129MM increase….
since they got the $500K loan.
32MM went to the BOD for their salary (they didn’t buy shares as some claimed), so another 97MM was issued.
The word was they were going to stop diluting.
It appears that will never end.
I couldn’t agree more NOAD. Expectations are high…….
They should be .
They have waited for over two years on the permit and had more than ample time to scan and pinpoint any treasure, assuming the tech works. And if it does work and nothing was there it should have told them to move on.
It was also said the tech was programmed for big finds. I recall Kyle using the word tonnage, so yes, expectations should be EXTREMELY high.
Hope it works out for you and the company finds a ton on Juno.
BTW, why is a date important on an unidentified wreck?
If you were looking for a particular wreck with known valuable cargo, dating it would be extremely important. But what is the significance of 1554? The company has never discussed a wreck that sank in the Juno area with a valuable cargo in 1554.
The only known valuable wrecks of 1554 sank near Padre Island, TX.
Thanks

Francis it does appear that the practice……
of making chit up for 16 years……ie $15B, we’re on the wreck, the Concepcion was a merchant ship, etc., was contagious.
Now shareholders have taken up the practice. It make y’all a good fit with SFRX.

There was one yesterday, and the last......
one was Christmas Eve by the same poster who posted nothing except a period. None today and none by that poster.
Those that always play the victim sit around and find things to bitch about, even if they have to make it up.
I guess he's pissed his multi-penny prediction when the permit hits didn't come true.
This board is soooo much fun.
TX SOS didn't show anything filed in Dec.....
except a revised annual report that had removed Rowdy Brands as a subsidiary. IDK if Tony got ahead of himself or if TX is dragging their feet with the filing.
There has to be a resolution filed lowering the AS, and that's what the TA needs to update, whenever that may be.
But it does look like Tony is moving forward.
I'll post the filings when they become available from TX, but Tony may file them in a supplemental at OTC.
Hope it works out for ya.

I have no idea what you deflection is.......
now.
That's nothing compared to the new series.....
of shares resolution filed with TX SOS. It's far more important.
It should clean up a big mess hanging over APRU since 2014.
Lighten up Frances. Need some cheese with.....
that whine?
It's amusing that you couldn't tell someone why they should buy SFRX.
Maybe you could mutter.....Kyle said, $15B, but that's about it.
You didn't know the date mentioned? You......
don't do DD on your investments?
Or do you just look for a price to dump?
Can you dump your shares?
Are you grumpy because your broker won't accept your paper because the pps is too low?
You seem like one miserable sum beach.
Just an observation.
Lighten up Frances. They got the permit. You know KK is going to crank up the promo.
The Apple Dumpling Gang has been slapping…..
that bid for weeks.
Apparently not everyone had Frances. Did you......
notice the excitement over the date?
I was glad to help him out.
Lighten up. They got the permit.
You're about to be a thousandaire.
I said a 1554 date had been......
given for Juno. I didn't say who said that. I do know an AWOL affiliate used to cite that date all the time.
As far as find something BIG at Juno, I think it's a ZERO chance for several reasons.
The site has been worked for decades. No cannons and no treasure have been found except for a few coins. Probably pocket change.
There is NO KNOWN wreck at Juno that was treasure laden. This would be a historical documented event, 1554 or any other year.
The valuation of $15B Kyle said the Fisher org gave was laughable and showed how stupid he must think shareholders are.
I'm glad they finally got the permit. I wanna see what the wait was all about.
The reason I am here?
24/7 comedy bro!
Let's see the shiny stuff.
BTW.....it's always possible a crew member or even a passenger was carrying some valuables. But if they were, isn't the tech going to pinpoint it? They've had over 2 years to scan.
No, that's not my argument, not even......
close.
That's your attempt to deflect from the fact that in nearly 5 years of claiming a tech works, they have yet to provide any proof.....ie no treasure.
How can you KNOW something works, yet not provide proof to back your claim?
MFT is still salvaging the Atocha and Santa Margarita. I'm sure they would allow SFRX to scan an area and pinpoint the treasure.
SFRX's lawyer was able to contract on a legacy site that holds several wrecks from the 1715 Fleet. There is another opportunity to prove the tech works.
Let me know if you need anything else. It's lots of fun chatting with you.
Here's the link. Listen starting at the.......
57 minute mark.
Now that you have the link, name a ship that sank in 1554 at Juno Beach that was carrying treasure. I won't hold my breath waiting for an answer.
I have NEVER called myself an expert,.......
far from it.
I am a shipwreck enthusiast and am quite familiar with salvage law and where the industry is headed. SFRX isn't changing anything in the industry. In fact, they're stuck in the last century playing salvor on these previously explored sites.
The Juno wreck dates back to 70's. It was found by Judd's partner, Nelson Wait.
An expert by the name of Bob Marx consulted with SFRX on the Juno wreck around 2008. It's proven to be a dud.
SFRX is looking for a needle in a haystack. Real salvors start with known wrecks, rely upon good navigational data, and have a clear path to title BEFORE they start a project.
By contrast, SFRX finds a known site that has been previously explored of an unidentified wreck and try to make it fit a narrative.....ie Spanish galleon filled with treasure, blah, blah, blah.
Let’s see the known manifest of the…….
unidentified wreck.
Do you mind posting it? TIA
Seafarer has also been issued an Admiralty in Rem claim by the United States District Court giving Seafarer true, sole, and exclusive ownership of the unidentified shipwreck at Juno Beach.
This board is sooo much fun.
Is that the going rate a SFRX……
stock pimp gets, $25 a day?
That’s almost as much as the daily sales that soft drink company makes that you’ve been touting for years.
What are their current sales, $37 a day?
#bigmoneybro
That’s the BOD. They voted themselves shares…..
for payment for their services.
This happens EVERY YEAR.
