it appears Tony is working out the beneficial ownership issues with TX SOS.

The state needs to approve the liquor license application, and Stephenson County will need to approve the change of ownership from Ross and the others to APRU.

The $755K is likely in escrow until the deal closes.

Oh, and the cans being filled are being filled by Lena (Ross), not APRU. It would be illegal for APRU to transact business in Illinois with a revoked registration. In fact, they couldn't even get insurance. They also can't apply for licenses with a revoked registration.

APRU (the TX corp) is selling cans to Mitra 9, and Lena is filling those cans.
