are sitting around waiting for Tony to Tweet or issue a PR?

A promo group needs to make some noise. That’s how typical OTC investors get their (ahem) investment advice and OTC stocks run.

Tony can Tweet, but their 1700 Twitter followers are likely fully invested and the only ones that see the Tweets.

Need a promo group to shake the pom poms. It’s how to get runners on the OTC. The Twitter followers are in. Need fresh meat.

Noise gets attention.
