I don't think, even if they are wealthy, they even won't do it twice. It is not as spectacular as you might think. As I stated im my earlier post, you won't see much more than a piece of South Africa and the rest will be blurry. It won't be far more than you are sitting in an airplane at 12.000 meters. You won't see 8 times more at 100 km hight. You have to be an astronaut flying to the moon to see the earth as they want to believe you.
