Lol - show some proof. Anything.
Core sports will be hosting a Q&A about SEGI this coming Thursday. I am curious to see what becomes of the investigation into Silau, LLC. Ed was bound to screw over someone who would fight back eventually.
This is somewhat true. The efficacy was proven in phase 2. The issue here seems to be more the design of the trial and possibly the masks used. Additionally, for public speaking, people tend to get less nervous the more they do it. I nearly passed out the first time I had to present in front of 300 people 15 yrs ago. I now look forward to presenting in front of large groups.
Lastly, the real prize is not the public speaking efficacy. It’s the long term SAD efficacy. That is still in play and fast tracked by the FDA.
You are assuming they are all shady and taking a big salary for 2-3 years and are ok with a company that most likely won’t make it. That’s a bold assumption based on loose ideals from reputable people.
Where in the filings does it say production of the 5 won’t start until 2025? And yes, I know the production facility is not built yet.
That is with the solid-state battery. Or plan for that version. Not saying they will get into production sooner, just that is what has been communicated. Michery's salary is the biggest red flag. No pre-revenue CEO should have that much of a base salary. The confusing part here is why there are employees with real experience and value-added when they could go elsewhere.
For those inquisitive minds, the company learns from each clinical trial. They have a potentially game-changing treatment that is being tested at every level. Each time they test, fail or succeed, they learn more. Their pipeline is robust. Let’s see how this plays out. The full readout will be very interesting.
How can anyone say there will be confidence of lack thereof? We haven’t seen the readout. What we do know, is the company would have to basically go bankrupt to see a pos at $0.01. So let’s stop pretending that’s a possibility.
Not true at all. They have a full pipeline of drugs and are trading lowered than their cash value. It could go lower, but it’s not going to $0.01 and the downside risk from here is minimal.
Lol - that financing was brilliant. Look at the details. Barely dilutive at all an in the future at a pps of almost triple.
They expect 300 by November.
Maybe, but not definitively. He may have a contract as the PR stated they are retro fitting the van per the customers needs, in anticipation of a purchase order. That can mean that they have a contract and have agreed to an estimated amount of vans but are waiting for the final order to announce the amount. Or it could mean many other things. Either way, it’s not definitive.
Thank you!
and...?
no, it is not a f500 company.
Exactly, thank you for proving that the company exists.
Did you contact them?
All that does is prove the company exists.
Funny how there’s no dad I to delpack’s validity. Only why they couldn’t be.
Delpack has 15 driver jobs open on Indeed. It looks like they may have an expanded role with Amazon now, hence the new need for 600 vans over the next 18 months. Always good to see small companies grow. It makes sense for a growing company to buy the EV vans now rather than have to deal with selling their old vans.

That's not true at all. If we are talking about that increase in the outstanding shares then we could expect a massive hit on the stock price. What we know is the company is looking to raise $275M, based on the filings. That is ~275M shares at the current price. However, It all depends on the business developments. Again, simple facts. If there is a big purchase order from a fortune 500 company then the price should sustain its newer highs well. If not, then yes the price will decline.
Basic math:
$275M raised @ $1/share oferring = 275M share increase to the Outstanding Shares
$275M raised @ $2/share offerring = 137.5M share increase to the Outstanding Shares
$275M raised @ $3/share offerring = 91.67M share increase to the Outstanding Shares
And so on and so on...
Now that doesn't mean the company will not need to raise more capital later. As you mention, in piecemeal raises of the Outstanding Shares as the price increases there is less impact on dilution and on the share price. But the Authorized Share increase is not dilution and raising it significantly does not mean that there will be 2.25B shares outstanding.
So again, simple facts, David clearly thought the F500 order was ready to go. For any number of reasons, the company wanted a stronger battery. That may have been suggested by MULN or it may have been something the F500 company decided on their own. We know that MULN has that battery already in their class II vans, so the upgrade should not be very difficult. It also, most likely, means a higher price tag. More revenues. So if we have a substantial order for vans, we should see a nice increase in share price. I've seen a small EV company that went from $1 range to $40 on the order of 6k vans over 3-4 years. That was not an order from a F500. I am not going to venture a guess on the PPS. But again, the Authorized Share increase does mean a massive price decrease, at all. It is one possibility only.
I agree that Michery's salary is too high and that he is very unconventional and has had mishaps in the past. I believe that is why the share price is so low. I also believe that he is tied up with the government now in ways he has never been. He is also older and running out of time. And, one thing is for sure. He is greedy. His best chance at becoming a billionaire is executing. And to me, his goal is to become a billionaire and to challenge Musk. I don't believe he ever will challenge Musk or could, but I do believe he will get the stock price up, a lot. Mostly to serve his own needs and wants.
I wouldn't expect anyone to mention them outside of pointing out that companies issue more Authorized shares in one fell swoop rather than multiple small increases. The standard practice. The way MULN is trying to increase Authorized Shares. So, if the large issuance is an indicator of a scam, then by rational logic one would surmise that TSLA is also a scam for doing that same.
Under this assumption for MULN, TSLA will also be performing a RS...? The executive team is all being blanketed by DM?
Why would he pay to market now for a car that he plans to take on tour in a few months? Especially when he believed he would be announcing an order from a fortune 500 company last week? If there wasn't the setback, I doubt anyone would be complaining one bit. And because of all of this, one can also surmise that the possibility of that order is expected to be large, very large.
The test driving tour is a brilliant idea. Peer marketing is the strongest form of marketing, full stop.
That’s just an opinion. Why do piecemeal AH raises every year? TSLA is raising from 2.1B to 6B Authorized Shares. Very few companies raise their AH a little at a time. Very few. It costs too much and the administrative work is extensive. So let’s stop talking about raising the Authorized Shares as the Outstanding Shares. That is not the case. He said they need $275M. If they announce a substantial order over time they can fund it in many different ways.
As for the vans, who cares if they are buying the shells and adding their batteries? Especially if that is the way they start. Look at public importing companies. Constellation brands started as an importer and now owns some of their brands.
So again, if this F500 order comes though and the share price goes to $5 company would only need to a offer 55M shares to cover the $275M. If it goes higher, they need to offer less. Again, all simple facts.
I understand the process and addressed it in my last post. If the share price goes up on say a 29k van purchase order, that dilution is much less than at $1/share. Simple facts.
Jumping the gun a bit here, to say the least. No one knows what dilution will be needed. No one knows the F500 company yet either. We can argue that there is not one, but I would doubt that is the case based on the amount of trouble Michery would be in, legally. If there is an order for a substantial amount of vans, the stock would most likely go up a lot. How much, who knows? The higher the stock price the less dilution.
Hard to believe it held $1, huh?
Probably not high enough on the F500 from what has been communicated. Look at how close Lumen is in proximity to Tunica, MS...
So you are saying the company just committed fraud and either:
1. Did not file for patent approvals, or:
2. Filed but does not own the technology
Either way, these are easily verified and those responsible for the fraud will be brought to justice fast...?
Separately, would MULN be the first company to acquire technology and then file for patent applications, or is this a common practice and even an astute business practice as it costs significantly less and takes less time...?
Curious to hear your response.
Sorry, what executive position does Todd Ault hold with Mullen Automotive?
No, you’ll figure it out once you start looking objectively. Or you won’t…
Bizarre how this "King Scammer" has scammed so many tope execs to join his company. I guess they all just want to go to jail knowing there is nothing to the company at all...?
Again, your math is off.
Close to 20% of his holdings is a “very small percentage”? LOL…OK.
Gotta love the "Fuzzy Math" on this. Too good not to laugh...
Nope, most CEO’s sell at this stage for a small percentage of their holdings. They typically sell through the entire cycle as they need cash. Let’s not confuse ppl with falsehoods. Who knows what he needed the money for. That is his business.
Not really. It's more like any executive with stock in their company. They have a restricted period every quarter where they can sell. Elon Musk does it, as do pretty much all CEO's and executives. It was less than 5% of his shares.
They said $750k over 3 years.
We expect more updates soon…
The management is glad to inform all stakeholders that our annual report for the year 2021 will be published at OTC markets within this week. We are happy & satisfied with the performance. We expect more updates soon. Thank you for the support and confidence in the company $SHMN
