My Scottrade shares of PIHN have converted to the post RS shares, sad to see how much they are only worth now.

There is not much resistance up to the 50DMA. All we need is some consistent buying and this will move up pretty quickly. Look how quickly it jumps from 1.02 to 1.04, with minimal buying. Let's get some positive attention to this stock!

All brokers have that "pattern day trader rule". Look it up. You need to have a margin account with at least $25K to be able to not be limited to the 3 day trades in 5 business day rule.

Also looking to short F soon. 200 MA is at 12.31, so that may be around the time it decides to drop but who knows. F is strong and could keep going up slowly.

Glad to see Kuni/Maxwell are keeping the shareholders in mind and giving us updates and a better sense of timing for the acquisition. The updates on the IS Staff and new contracts coming in is great news too! I like the enthusiasm in the update and these updates are much better than what we were getting from Chuck which basically told us nothing.

Let's hope theres no more delays and these audits are completed and in line with unaudited docs, so we can finally close this acquisition and get PIHN fairly valued at many bags above current price.

I agree that this is finally a move in the right direction! A professional PR firm and strategy consultant will help Kuni put the right content into the PR's and get the investment community EXCITED about PIHN again. Hopefully they will now know how to run a pink sheet stock and to keep the momentum going once we actually get some. Kuni obviously did not know how to handle the stock and this way, Kuni can deal with the business and the Maxwell can handle the public relations. This will help get the merger/acquisition done, if not done already as claimed by some.

Hopefully more good news is around the corner and the good news is PR'd correctly to get investors into PIHN.

Please don't claim dilution without proof. Bid sitters are being filled by those that wanted a quick profit and are not willing to hold for higher gains. With financials coming soon, this will pop. So be patient and gobble these shares up as we wait for Fins to be released which should be positive.
