rfoable, Thanks for your sense of humor under trying circumstances. Helps to remain philosophical and a little diversification helps too.
I am an INSM shareholder who knew the trial was coming up. I caught up with post-trial posts tonight and am heartened that so many have positive outlook despite the irrationality of the verdict.
INSM was rec to me by an INSM shareholder who holds WGAT which is also launching its one product which is named the Ojo, a video telephone. Just to update WGAT has closed deals with communications companies in Russia, Japan, Taiwan, New Zealand, Panama, Costa Rica and Columbia, Israel, Turkey and 66 countries served by British Telecomm as well as GlobalTouch which serves VOIPs and Aequus which offers the Ojo to hearing impaired and deaf people. Potential upside is considerable.
The Ojo can be seen at ojophone.com or www.wgate.com. It does have a US Patent for Design with other patents pending. It is ideal if you have loved ones, e.g. grandchildren, parents, siblings, you name it, who live at a distance. The picture is profoundly realistic especially because of audio synchrony and smooth motion. These guys have done it and the CEOs who signed the deals above are very excited about the Ojo and eager to vigorously promote it for their customers.
Early adopters awoke to discover that the company has the capacity to download new features and enhancements as they found their Ojo invited callers to leave up to twenty minutes of video messaging. Video messaging had not been on the Ojo when they bought it.
The least expensive source of the Ojo and the Shadow Ojo is www.thenerds.net where the Ojo with detachable cordless and phone jack for audio calls costs $297 and the Shadow Ojo cost $222.41. WorldGate just lowered monthly activation fee from $14.95 to $9.95 if purchased before end of Jan 07 and will hold for the whole year of 2007.
WGAT stock closed today at $1.42
Revenue for 3Q was up over 400%
You may have seen ads on TV for the Ojo as CompUSA has the Ojo in selected markets. Ellen Degeneres gave audience two Ojos as did Rosie ODonnell on The View recently. So the world knows about the Ojo now. You may have seen the Ojo on NCIS and watch for it again on "24" upcoming season.
Sorry for those offended by talk of another stock on this board. I am a shareholder of INSM and I intend to hold it until iPlex proves its worth for many patients with many illnesses over the years. I am a physician still in practice and find INSMED to be an inspiring company.
Best wishes to all longs.

An update on WGAT whose Ojo video telephone is being distributed worldwide. www.wgate.com
WGAT raised 11M and at 2Q CC indicated that the Ojo will be a product placement on 15 popular TV shows in the Fall. Deals with British Telecomm to offer the Ojo to BT customers in over 60 countries. Also deals in Israel, Japan, Russia, Central America, Taiwan. Deal with Aequus to distribute the Ojo to hearing impaird.
Organized links at www.ojoworld.com
$14.95 a month for UNLIMITED VIDEO TELEPHONE CALLS over broadband cable or DSL! Save one month's fee by paying annually $164.
Early adopters awoke to find their Ojo had Video Messaging, a feature it did not have when purchased. Callers are invited to leave up to 20minutes of a video message if you are not home to answer. The company can and will download newer features to owners worldwide as they become available.
New owners must register the Ojo with ojoservices.com to whom they pay the monthly fee. Ojoservices told me the Ojo is being registered from Japan, China, India, England, Israel, Egypt, Brazil, Argentina, Canada, etc.
An individual investor had to file with SEC because he had accumulated 5% ownership of WGAT over many months. Now up to 6%! You only buy for one reason as I understand it. The fellow must share the dream.

Speaking of other stocks I urge fellow INSM shareholders, especially those who have loved ones who live at a distance, to check out the high quality Ojo video telephone at www.wgate.com and organized links at ojoworld.com.
WGAT second quarter earnings report due out by Aug 15th and if it is positive may be a portend that the company will be successful in its distribution of the Ojo and the SHadow Ojo worldwide, which has enormous potential given the $14.95 monthly recurrent revenue.
The Ojo operates over broadband cable or DSL and offers Unlimited Video Phone calls at all times. The LCD screen is held at eye level for face to face encounter and it is more like a visit than a phone call. Our kids will wonder that we were unable to see whom we were on the phone with all these years.
Given the stock is just $1.30 a share it might be worth a look. WorldGate Communications just signed deals with companies in London, Moscow, Israel, Japan, Central America to distribute the Ojo Shadow which is less expensive than the original Ojo. Aequus is offering the phone free to hearing impaired.
Just thought that while we are waiting for INSM to do its thing might make sense to know about another gadget in which to diversify. Besides you might as well know about the latest must have technology. Business Week Online just wrote an article stating that video telephony has arrived and spoke highly of the Ojo.
galt
Just a FYI about WGAT which is WorldGate Communications on Nasdaq. WGAT created the Ojo, a video telephone which won the coveted Best of Innovations in Design and Engineering Award at the 2005 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas.
That led to articles in virtually every technical publication on the planet and now purchases of the Ojo exist in many countries all over the world.
The Ojo can be seen at the www.wgate.com website and there are two versions, each with identical video and audio quality. As you will see the LCD screen is held vertically at eye level which provides a high resolution picture enabling a natural face to face visit which is profoundly realistic because the audio is synchronous with a one sixth of a second delay which is not perceptible.
The Ojo operates over broadband cable or DSL and costs just $14.95 a month for unlimited video telephone calls worldwide. No per minute charge. Flat rate so you can "visit" with no concerns about cost beyond the flat monthly or annual fee. That accounts for huge potential recurrent revenue.
There are many who will buy this product both in the USA and elsewhere and it is conceivable there will soon be millions of phones registered. Do the math.
Deals have been announced with British Telecom which will offer the Ojo to customers in 170 countries. Intersonics is a Internet Service Provider or ISP which uses BT lines and offers a free Ojo to any subscriber who signs a three year contract.
Mototech is the assembly plant whose owner has a substantial stake in WGAT and is now distributing the Ojo in ASIA.
Alta Vista markets the Ojo in Central America.
Early buyers of the Ojo awoke one morning to discover that their phone had a new feature downloaded by WGAT, callers are invited to leave a video message! Other new features will be similarly downloaded to all owners of the Ojo in the future.
The Ojo does not require a computer. Just plug the Ojo into a modem or router and register with ojoservices and you can use it to call loved ones who live at distance and own an Ojo. In fact the Ojo can be plugged into any wall outlet of your home with an ethernet cable and will work as well if you have attached another ethernet cable to your modem and plugged it into another wall outlet. So you can use the Ojo out by the pool, the porch, the deck or any room in your home. Your kids might be using the computer with a webcam to talk to their friends in the computer room while you talk with your friends anywhere in your home.
WGAT second Q earnings report due out before middle of August. Stock closed at $1.34 on Friday.
Float is only 39M shares and institutional ownership is about 8% Worth a look and DD can begin at www.ojoworld.com and www.wgate.com
Least expensive source of the Ojo or the Shadow Ojo (black satin finish, didicated to video, no phone plug for audio calls, and no detachable cordless phone but $100 less MSRP) is 101phones.com

I own INSM shares and found it mildly disconcerting that it went down today despite recent good news and continued short and long term positive outlook. The fact that the markets went down yesterday and the undoubted fact that there are day traders here similar to the pests of summer are reasonable assumptions.
But I am also a shareholder of WGAT WorldGate Communications which is in the same price range and it also had good news recently. British Telecomm announced a deal to offer the WGAT Shadow Ojo videotelephone to its customers worldwide. The pps rose 19.7% on the news but retraced some until yesterday.
While INSM and the rest of the market were going down, WGAT recovered a few cents up on larger than normal volume, on no news whatsoever. Always good to see your stock go up on a down market day. Both WGAT and INSM have huge potential going forward. I am glad to be in both for the long term.
The BT deal will help WGAT lock in other deals with cable and telcos and VOIPs which are all seriously interested. Mototech, the Taiwanese assembler of the Ojos has become a distributor in Asia, with WGAT getting a cut of recurrent revenue for activation of the Ojos. Aequus will offer the Ojo free to the hearing impaired of which there are 8M. Over 300 retailers both brick and online are selling the Ojo across the US and the world since launch.
Intersonics, an ISP which uses BT lines, is offering the OJo free to new subscribers who sign 3 year deal.
See the Ojo and the Shadow Ojo at www.wgate.com under Products. The Ojo won Best of Innovations in Design and Engineering Award at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas in 2005. US Patent for Design.
Ojo offers 7inch diagonal LCD screen at eye level for natural face to face encounter with 30 frames per second and AUDIO SYNCHRONY and UNLIMITED WORLDWIDE VIDEO CALLS WORLDWIDE for just $14.95 per month service fee. $150 rebate good until end of this week best price at 101phones.com then search ojo.
Good place to begin DD is at www.ojoworld.com which has organized links. Ojo was a product placement on FOX network hit "24" seen by 14.8M viewers who never dreamed it would be on market. Now the Ojo and the Shadow Ojo are both in the box office hit movie Click with Adam Sandler seen last weekend by millions of moviegoers as Click was #1 at box office.
WorldGate was in deal with Motorola but they split in order to be able to lower the price of the Ojo.
Good fortune to long term holders of both INSM and WGAT

The following quote is from the AP PR:
"Iplex is also being investigated for various other indications including extreme insulin resistance, myotonic muscular dystrophy and HIV Associated Adipose Redistribution Syndrome."
This alludes to "various other indications" but the ones mentioned sound fairly obscure compared to muscle wasting conditions, hip fractures, osteoporosis, and severe burns. I am certainly leaving out other catabolic states of which I am unaware.
Aren't there ongoing investigations into these conditions? Haven't there already been studies which prove efficacy in these conditions even if the studies were not official Phase ! or !! trials?
My point is obvious. If more common conditions had been mentioned explicitly that might have prompted more attention and perhaps more buying of the stock than obscure ones which do not generate recognition in the public's mind.
BTW WGAT and INSM are presently priced about the same. Don't you have a loved one, a relative or friend, or a business associate, whom you would want to be able to SEE when you speak to each other on the telephone. The Ojo and the Shadow Ojo are least expensive at 101phones.com (search ojo) after $150 rebate good until end of June.
UNLIMITED VIDEO PHONE CALLS WORLDWIDE FOR LOW FLAT MONTHLY FEE OVER BROADBAND CABLE OR DSL. see it at www.wgate.com 14.95 if paid monthly, or 164 per year if paid annually which amts to 13.50 per month.
Advertisement brought to you as a public service announcement by a fellow INSM shareholder. In addition to this message board you guys and gals could have a back channel means of communication with Ojo video telephones just like the WGAT shareholders do and still post here. You can register the Ojo with your present phone number.
Attach your modem to a wall outlet with an ethernet cable and plug another cable to your Ojo or Shadow Ojo and use it connected to any other wall outlet in your home or on the deck, the porch or out by the pool, with no degradation of the picture. Did I mention AUDIO SYNCHRONY which makes the picture profoundly realistic. Children have asked to see the pet dog and tried to pet it through the phone!
galt
I share your consternation over the prevailing irrationality in our society where we do not expect it.
That brings to mind other instances of dissimilar irrationalities.
One is the U.S. Supreme Court's sophistry in dealing with a challenge to the Selective Service Act of 1917. The draft, whatever you may think of it, is clearly a violation of the Constitution's position on "involuntary servitude." The opinion said that the Constitution granted the government the 'power' to raise an army so presumably they could use coercion to do it.
The other was the Antitrust Case against Alcoa Aluminum of 1945. Envious mediocrities brought the case. Realize that Alcoa anticipated the coming World War with concomitant increase in demand for aluminum and increased plant capacity to meet the demand. The ruling of the Federal Antitrust Court held that by virtue of Alcoa's competency and foresight that they discouraged potential competitors from entering the market against them. Alcoa was found guilty of being so good at what they did that no one dared to enter the market to compete with them!
Alcoa was penalized 145M.
My recommendation. Read anything by Dominick Armentano, Ph.d who wrote extensively on the evils of antitrust, e.g. The Myths of Antitrutst.
Also read Capitalism:The Unknown Ideal and Atlas Shrugged by Ayn Rand, not to mention The Virtue of Selfishness and For the New Intellectual
Check out www.fff.org and www.fee.org or is it .com? Future of Freedom Foundation and Foundation for Economic Education
Read: Planning for Freedom and Planned Chaos by Ludwig von Mises of the Austrian School of Economics which advocates the free market and separation of state and the economy.
I am in both INSM and WGAT. Both have huge potential and it is anyone's guess which one will reach the heights first. www.wgate.com to see the Ojo and the Shadow which are video telephones which operate over the broadband internet with high quality unlimited video telephone calls worldwide for a low flat monthly fee.

Coinstarz I noticed today in the NY Times that the FDA has approved a generic growth hormone.
I have to get ready to go to work but wanted to bring this to your attention. It is not clear from the article whether this drug is a generic version of iPlex or whether it affords the same benefits without side effects. I am sure others will see the article too and provide more details.

Hope you are all having a good day. If you are a distance from a loved one you might find it interesting to take a look at a high quality video telephone which operates over broad band cable for just $14.95 a month for unlimited video calls worldwide.
www.wgate.com Choice of the Ojo which has a detachable cordless phone and also can be used for usual audio phone calls. Price will be even better at 101phones.com or amazon.com but has come downfrom early adopter price of $799 to $599 to $499 with additional $140 rebate on www.wgate.com site It is silver colored
Other choice is less expensive by $100 is the Shadow Same superior picture quality with eye level face to face LCD screen &inch diagonal with audio synchrony. It is a black color and cost is $399 before $150 rebate.
you would need one at each end. Experience is as if the other person is within reach across the table with natural conversation even if they are a continent away or overseas.
Can be seen in Tweeter chain and a number of high end electronic stores across the country Must be experienced to be appreciated.
Only needs broadband cable or DSL connection. You can attach modem or router to wall outlet and then use the Ojo or Shadow attached to any other wall outlet in or outside your home with same picture quality
I am an INSM investor but aware of the Ojo/SHadow and just want to share.
WGAT is at $1.64 a share and awaiting announcement of deal with a cable or VOIP or telco before it moves. 39M float no debt wave of the future
enjoy

I wonder if IPlex might be effective for treatment of the myalgia caused as an adverse effect of many of the statins used to treat hypercholesterolemia.
Astra Zeneca had no idea what the mechanism is which causes the myalgias in some patients who use Crestor and no rec re rx except to call your own doctor.
Incidently WorldGate Comm created the Ojo, a high quality videotelephone which enables a literal face to face experience with audio synchrony over braodband cable or DSL. Unlimited video telephone calls worldwide for just $14.95 a month! See it at www.wgate.com and organized links for DD at www.ojoworld.com
WGAT is Nasdaq listed has CC on Monday 8:30AM at 877 704 5385 ID #3142104 and replay 888 293 1112 for one week same ID #
WGAT closed at $2 up from low for year of $1.06 not long ago. Anticipation of possible signing of a deal with British Telecomm.
New version of Ojo called Shadow is less expensive $399. with additional rebate of $150. Ojo won Best of Innovations in Design at Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas in 2005 and US Patent for design granted.
I plan to add to my INSM holdings after taking profits soon on WGAT with target pps in low to mid teens.

Ojo is still alive and newer model called Shadow is less expensive with same quality picture and sound but no detachable cordless phone and only video calls possible over broadband worldwide.
Just thought I'd post here to let your know hope remains for success now that MOT no longer involved and WGAT assuming marketing and distribution on its own with lowered prices. CC suggest a deal is, hopefully, in the works with cable or telco or VOIP and/or big box retailer.
