I AGREE 100% with Alanc!!! I for one, am glad that the sec mved SO quickly with subpoenas!!! That means that this is a REAL company with REAL people, prosecutable people, REAL money and a management that REACTS on the part of its shareholders. I for one, sent them a 'full of fear' email about Scottrade not being able to product paper certs and LOOK how fast they set about to put people's minds at ease!! This is wonderful news!!!

We share your concern. How is it possible in today's world that an individual cannot seek and have delivered his or her stock in certificate form. As an example, if a brokerage does not deal with paper certificates, they can have the TA undertake this task for them. To not be able to be given something that is rightfully yours is in any stretch of the imagination wrong and possibly suspicious. However, under the circumstances, and due to many shareholder requests to address their concerns, we suspected this would happen

The Company has asked for confirmation of the situation at the highest level.

We attach some links that may provide you with information and are well worth reading as they are factual accounts. We would suggest you complain to the SEC stating that you have requested your paper certificate, rightfully bought and owned, but you are told it is not possible. You would be doing the shareholders and the Company a service.

He did not disappear. On the advice of his attorney and the attorneys for 8000inc, he is gagged until the end of this suspension. Anything he says now will be considering hindering the investigation and only the bashers want that. I do expect a plethra of defamtion suits to ensue immediately after all is found to be as it is COMPLETELY ABOVE BOARD AND KOSHER!! I think all they will find is that there was an over zealous management dying to show its shareholders how much they appreciated them and tried to offer a divident too quickly without all the t's being crossed and i's dotted.

They can be accused of not being PERFECT business men but NOT crooks. And Dr. Williams will blaze a path to the doors of all these registered bashers and slanderers of his fine name and great reputation. GO MONK AND GO EIGH!!!!
