If anyone knows of any CLASS ACTION SUITS AGAINST Dr. Jerry Williams. I have all my tdameritrade statements, ihub notes and text records. If there are not any pending, would anyone like to join me in a class action suit against him??? I can show when he pumped a stock, i.e. CDIV and then it tanked AND if he sold within that window, he is legally liable for all of our losses. Anyone with any information on how to pursue legal action or one in progress, please contact me at anchorlaura1@gmail.com
