You are welcome. I think we'll have a symbol change here after the RM is completed, which Matt-ihub will do for us. In doing the DD piece for Sinobull, I was intrigued by how established the company is in China. I had thought that they were an internet start-up, but that is just a recent development for a well established financial group, and it's got a lot more.
Any idea on the total amount of employees that SFG(Sinobull Financial Group) has?

RM will be completed, with 8-K out before the end of the year.

I am long GTCI, and look forward to the RM of Sinobull into the shell. I've inquired into the stocks likelihood of having a reverse split. Though I don't have a definitive answer, I understand it as unlikely that GTCI will have one prior to the merger. I could be wrong, but my sources have not heard of one happening.
The RM has 65 days from the announcement till they are required to file the 8-K, and it will take nearly this long for the GTCI-Sinobull RM to occur, so I've heard.
Question: The SRUN/Elephant Talk RM was announced about a week prior to GTCI, correct? So, we may take their filing as a clue going foreward.

Hi all, longtime since I've been looking into HRCT-- like the last time it was at 3/8ths, lol, seriously! Anyway, I know GTCI very well, have followed it for a number of years in it's journey. I recently took a small 25k position, just figured it bottomed out, and heard the talk that they were about to do a RM. I'll look into it more, with a few calls later this week or next. Anyway, HRCT looks like it's bottomed out too, so a position might warrant after some DD-- wonder what FG thinks now?
I get the sense after reading some posts from HRCT owners that they will own 80-90% of GTCI. Well, they've ~24M O/S, so, that would mean quite a few shares. A reverse split? Dunno, I will look to find out though. Terry Wong is basically it as far as GTCI goes, but there is Shenzen Global, which is driven by the original Chinese investors(who are very well connected in the PRC-- so is Wong himself). Regent Luck Holdings is very exclusive. Terry has went through a couple of different CEO's, Brandenburg being the latest(founder of LCI Communications-- bought out by Qwest).... but for some reason, he was unable to develop the American-Chinese business relation/development of well laid plans into action. So, I'm glad to see that Wong is partnering with a Chin-based company. He's always had the essential contacts, just was not good at execution-- or hiring the right folks to see it through. Brandenburg and Wong did work out the AT & T JV with their Shenzen division, and it's was to be used for IP, but I'm not sure of the status.
Details of the transaction will be disclosed in Form 8K to be filed shortly.
So, we are waiting on the details...
Last week Hartcourt announced plans to divest its subsidiary ElephantTalk through Staruni and will continue its divestiture strategy with subsidiary AI-Asia to enter the public markets during Q4. The E-education division will stay within Hartcourt. In 2002, Hartcourt shareholders will have major equity stakes in four operating companies trading on multiple world exchanges.
This sounds like majority ownership to me. It may be that they work out a share agreement similar to the one recently done with XNET, who RM'ed a HK company, with initial shares, and a further majority position based upon future revenue forecast's being met. Sinobull does look great, and like I said, I'll probably play it both ways.
Dr. Alan Phan, Chairman of Hartcourt, said, "Today Hartcourt has achieved the second step in fulfilling its promise to maximize the value of its assets for investors. In addition to providing Sinobull an excellent entry point to the public markets, GTCI also possess a number of ventures and licenses within China for Sinobull to develop. GTCI owns and operates an E-mail platform which has 200,000 active members. We plan to bring in Sinobull 's brand name and other market relationships to fully utilize this customers base.
I think the names is something tangible, but that GTCI's licenses and JV's are more valuable. Their Shenzen JV is with CT, and this was originally the PRC's way of spinning off the publicly owned assets into a privately owned operation(Regent Luck's 3 dominant shareholders are involved with this). Also, they have licenses in Global Position Satellite tracking systems, which is mostly currently used their for maritime, but holds promise in the trucking industry as well. I think there are Smart Cards licenses as well if I remember correctly. And there is the VOIP that I mentioned above, with AT & T as a JV partner at one point. I'm not sure about the current status of any of these licenses, but the Chinese tend to think in the LT, so they make deals (especially with the PRC) that tend to last for quite a while.
Anyway, I think it's a great fit, and hope to heaven to prosper in this hellish market for going long. We wait for the details...
imho, Jerome
Thanks for the tip, I will get there early. I've thought for sometime now that the M's will get 115 wins, we'll see. It'd be nice to see them sweep the A's at home! I hope they don't look past the Indians, cause they have been trouble too.
imho, Jerome
Hey Excel, cool! I got a ticket for friday nights game against the A's up in Seattle, Garcia pitching, I feel great :)
Mariners chase history:
Seattle's record: 107-44
All-time wins record: 1906 Cubs, 116-36
AL wins record: 1998 Yankees, 114-48
11 games to go. Getting sweeped by the A's hurt!

I see SRRA and TRAV are on the bid side accumulating, so it's likely they are doing it for a reason, sooner of later. I just look at it as buying next to them, and seeing what they do with it later on down the road, so yea, I'm accumulating... I expect that if it doesn't fill before the end of the year, I might get some at .05 or so.
imho, Jerome
No, I didn't even bother looking into the links, I don't have a big enough position to bother. And being in trading for a while, I know no one is interested in anything that they don't have a good sized position in. Now, you and your cooperative might be the rare bird, but... what kind of position do you have that perks you so here, and elsewhere as I've noticed?
imho, Jerome
Jens, what drives you here, to be researching and researching after Markow and stuff, are you and your fellow researchers in cahoots here?

The Mariners (92-36) have 34 games left in their bid to break the AL record of 114 victories by the 1998 New York Yankees. Seattle set a club mark with 91 wins last year.
Seattle's victory eliminated Texas from the AL West race. The Rangers, still mathematically alive for the wild card, lured All-Star shortstop Rodriguez as a free agent in the offseason with a $252 million contract.

Plato, tell me about WWWN, I've been tracking it for a while now, just watching the ticker, it took one hell of an out of favor fall. I guess it does look like a turnaround play, amazing how many of these bb's are into the pennies now.
March 31, 2001, there were 16,079,336
September 30, 2000, there were 12,844,060
That's not a ton of dilution, but it's some, but how does it make for this type of volume. I've a feeling that the mm's are more crooked now than ever before!!

So we are, trending sideways in the .20's, with a few q's more from the sec, that will make for a couple more weeks prior to a relisting. bidside of the l2 is weak at times, mm's would love to bring it back down strongly. hopefully they are working out a large short postition, that will make the stock sail even higher with buying pressure.

Great news, loading the boat at these prices...

I looked briefly at the chart, resistance was at .15, now the downward trend has been broken, and the stock seems poised to sail high if the wind catches on, and the breeze does seem heavy incoming... no one wants to sell in this type of environment, for fear of losing out on aditional profits-- this makes good for raising the bar even further.
Technically, it needs to trend sideways here for a week or two, maybe even dip, shake some shares out, before it goes into the .30's/.40's... no real resistance until a buck, probably way stations along the way at .50 and .75, but this came down quick, and it could move up just as quick, to above $1.

This one seems a little different, as it's not board/spam driven (I think myself and CHEF are the only ones to have put it on any threads). There are very few shareholders (under 100), and these insiders have been sucking dry the float. I don't reco that anyone buy based upon what I post, but I've heard that they intend to put it up into the $3 range. Given that the MM's are not backing it down (reportedly, they have NITE and HRZG as their 'assistant' mm's, and a host of banker pp's), and they aren't hesitant about buying, it's possible, if that's their intention, and they own the float...

Does GCHC have a website? I think you'll like this link:

That's part of it, I put in this DD piece the full scoop of what's happening.
TGHI

CMIH, yes, I've got milllions gazillions of shares, lol, averaged probably around .007, so I need to come down some.
At .002, it's got around 700M O/S, but say they had 14M (pre 50:1 fs), the price would be .10 cents. Now, that seems about right, so I'm accumulating, realizing that it's not going to be an immediate payoff. Besides, Ross (CEO) is honest, and I like that, rare on the OTC.
I trade with mytrack, only bummer thing is that I have to call in orders of more than 100k shares, at a $27 commission, ouch!

Thanks Bernard, I remember FHTV, that was another fun one, some guy had up a homepage DD about his visit to China, ran that thing good, any others anyone? I also am adding OVMI, am looking for a homepage, and GCHC, ZSUN... wanna reach 50, I'd only buy about 5 of them though, not gonna be like the old days for a while still.
imho, Jerome
Thnx, I don't find a lot of time to do webdesigning, but I hope to get more information going on it soon. You see TGHI? Taking off over the past few weeks, from pennies to the .20's and holding good there too.
Still got gops of CMIH, and am going to buy more under .002, lol
imho, Jerome
Yea, I designed it over the weekend.

The note does not bear interest and matures on November 15, 2001. The principal balance is due in one lump sum payment at maturity. The subscription payments are due six months after the Company re-achieves active trading status on the Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board (OTC BB). The Company anticipates collecting payment in full during the year 2001, however, there can be no assurance that the Company will gain its active trading status on the OTC BB and that the subscriptions will be collected.
Current Development Activities
Energy
The Company is exploring business activities within the energy production markets. Specifically, the Company is researching opportunities with generating electricity and domestic natural gas exploration. The domestic need for fossil fuels and alternative energy sources has surged in recent years providing strong business opportunities for new business enterprises. The Company plans to position itself to develop its business plan and grow within such markets. Management has been considering acquiring new technology that has been made available to produce electricity. Third parties have invested over $35 million thus far to establish the viability of such technology. In addition to the generation of electricity, the Company has been given an investment opportunity with a Company that is presently working in the natural gas exploration field. Negotiations are currently underway to secure well positions that will produce a revenue stream for the Company.
Vacation Properties
The Company also has plans to develop, build and market time-share (vacation ownership interest, VOI) communities. Management is currently considering sites that could be developed using the VOI concept that is strongly rebounding after several years of disappointing growth. Various new partnerships and sole ownership opportunities are being explored domestically, in Canada and in the Caribbean.
Item 1. Legal Proceedings
The Company was named in a case filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida with the Securities and Exchange Commission.... The case was closed on June 7, 2001 with no material effects to the corporation.

I never have a problem with parking in there, it's just a matter of going to the right place. I use 101 north, exit off of Siena, and go down under the bridge, down to Alaska pier. Park, walk across the tracks to the masses;)
Music is worse than the wave. You've been to a lot of stadiums? I grew up going to Dodger field in the late 70's, (still remember those Reds vs. Dodgers games... and that infield: Garvey, Lopes, Russell, and Cey-- one of the best ever).
I have made the homage to Wrigley's bleachers and Fenway's 3rd base line near the green wall, now those are the ballparks! I've been to about half a dozen more, but nothing really memorable. One thing I do remember was getting down to the 2nd or 3rd row in the old Kingdome to watch Johnson win his 20th, and Griffey hit his 52nd, that was sweet. I've not been to a lot of the newer parks yet in the midwest or east, nor Yankee stadium-- gotta do that one.
Portland, OR (nearest to me) has a AAA team now, renovated Civic Stadium, a pretty cool park, the left field open to the street for freebie viewing(this cuts down on the musak effect), the field is sunken, so there is to be a huge ivy wall on the left/center field walls-- when it was single A last year, they had a hot tub beyond the center field wall, that was pretty original.
imho, Jerome
Yes, I hope owners take not of where AROD and Griffey are at now, and where the Mariners are! I hope to go to a game in Aug or Sept up in Seattle.
