The Yahoo message board has a link to SEC filings yesterday and it shows every one in IDCC office Aquiring more shares yesterday evidently by options. Very interesting. Ray
$74.27 on 7/22 so we should top that. Ray
Jim, do you expect the BOD to ok a take over or will they decide not to sell resulting in a hostile takeover with resultant bidding??ay
if anyone offers me over $100 I'll let them buy mine regardles of what BOD says.
Jim remember my post #323112 of 6/28 to you in which I said I believed the bid for Nortell's patent portfolio enhanced the value of IDCC. Evidently many others have since determined this too!!. Ray
I believe when it is seen how much is being bid for Nortell's patent portfolio, that it enhances the value of IDCC and the price of IDCC is being priced accordingly. Good to see you on board. Hope things are going better. Ray
The increase in IDCC's stock price is probably because it's realized how valuable IDCC's patent portfolio is so valuable. Does anyone think someone bidding for IDCC's patent portfolio might bid a pretty high price.
Jim, this wasn.t posted. Does this affect IDCC? Ray.

My post 314980 applies to your post, too. Ray
I ain't getting out. Anyone that saw that article will see it for what it's worth after reading your reply along with all the other knowledgeable members of this board. Thanks for info from you and others. Ray
I don't see that the new FINRA market rules has made any difference. Ray
100 bid/100 ask. all day long. hope that is over. Ray
I understand we could get all the oil we need from Alaska instead of importing it from foreign countries and that Alaska oil is going to Japan. Looking forward to IDCC beating estimates tonight and short sellers scrambling. Ray
ER next Wednesday will be interesting. Ray
As a comment to Motley Fools "Nokia makes the gamble of a lifetime", I commented "I expect IDCC's court case against Nokia to be favorable to IDCC which I believe will result in IDCC negotiating very favorable licensing terms with Nokia. And if not, I believe it possible IDCC could prevent Nokia from selling phones in USA" Ray..
Jim, I went to the Pay Pal Web page as submitted by Dave but couldn't log on using my usual pass word so told them I lost my pass word which allowed me to pick a new pass word and I still couldn't log with the new pass word so went to my regular Pay Pal page and was able to log on but when I started to type in info to make a donation it asked for Dave's address. I hadn't written it down so went back to I Hub page to get it, verizon d1@verizon or something like that but found Dave's address on I Hub so have decided to mail him a check, Ray
affect on IDCC?? will Microsoft's purchase of Danger have any affect on IDCC in your opinion?? Ray
I'll donate if I can somehow figure out how to do it and can use Pay Pal. Ray
I'll be glad to donate. Can I use Pay Pal to do this. Ray
reduced stock price may be due to that, Ray
Nokia IS already on the list.
sock it to them. Ray
NukeJohn, that was an exceptionally great post. thanks, Ray

A lot of buyers know something. How can it be kept secret from everybody??? Ray
NukeJohn, in 2 weeks, January 13 do you think they will get to the court room or will they settle on the steps. I suspect they will settle before they get to the court room. Ray
yup and I bought 4000 at 18. yeeeeaaaah!. but is Cramer the reason for the large volume and 3.00 increase today? Ray
it's amazing so many investors know something and this board knows nothing, except Cramer.
GREAT news, Ray Shrs up 6 pct pre-market
Dec 20 (Reuters) - Belgian wireless internet device maker Option NV (OPIN.BR) said it will provide optimisation software to InterDigital Inc (IDCC.O) for a minimum of $1.5 million, sending InterDigital's shares up 6 percent in pre-market trading.
who said this? "I think we glide through 40 again tomorrow. ho, ho, ho!!!!!!!!!!!
that's almost a year ago. January 10, 2010!!!!!!!!!!!
I believe the BOD meets Friday. If so, perhaps they will announce a dividend. Ray
It was my understanding that Nokia and IDCC have a day in court tomorrow. Ray
recommendation's to buy can't get much better than that. Ray
As a layman, and reading the latest filing, I get the feeling Nokia is grasping for straws. If I were Nokia, I'd be nervous and I think I would start negotiating with IDCC now. I'v e got 4000 shares of IDCC at $18. and I ain't selling. Ray
Someone on Ya Hoo said there is a buyout being worked on?? Ray
I trade with E Trade and when a buy or sell order is give to a broker with E Trade, It costs me a larger commission. Did this happen to you? Ray
Oral hearing should be interesting. At least with the brief filing, we are getting closer. Thanks for all the info, Ray
If Nokia did file a reply filing on 8/30, do you know what happens next??? Ray
