First of all "Hoping" is not a viable investment strategy.
Secondly, if you put your money into this stock, it will be dead until hope pays off. until then you watch it sit there dead and inactive.
Thirdly, if the Doc does cut the $3M deal with "A South American Pharma Distributor" (pretty vague) and the buyers start to come into VDRM, everyone and their brother are going to sell ASAP to get out of this nightmare.
There are so many more good trading plays out there, invest your money wisely.
$1.25 is all VDRM makes off each unit of VitaStem, hummmmm.
"The Flim-Flam-Man" You nailed it.
Last year September 2017 VitaStem was on the selves, mid October sales not showing on fins. January 2018 Lawsuit dismissed, bump in PPS and Q4 2017 released, no sales and 250 million shares diluted. March 2018 Otiko made the statement that Amazon sales doing great. 2nd and 3rd Q's poor revenue.
The Flim flam man was good, I think he fooled himself too in the beginning.
I believe this is the last chance the good Doctor will be able to salvage this stock. If he doesn't close a deal, any deal, the PPS will take another dive as the most steadfast believers will run for the exits.
As they say... "A Zebra can't change his stripes".
Yes, I do believe the shorts are buying to cover. MNGA has a recent history of exploding o new highs.
Otiko needs to connect with a hail-marry pass to keep this game going. Maybe he'll pull it off. Good luck.
Trading as long as you have been, you then know that sharing the info you claim is in violation of the SEC FD law. Good luck with that. DD, funny.
Stories like that will draw the attention of the SEC and they may investigate. The Doc knows better, he has stalled releasing news in the past so the attorney can look over the PR's. Why would he blow it now.
Do Not make investment decisions based on message board info. Too many tricksters.
My advice is to get out with what you can before the bids evaporates.
The shares are falling out of the wet bag.

I have no doubt that Vitastem works. I have used it many times and was impressed each time I did on how fast the wound did heal. It's not the product that doesn't work here, it's the part-time CEO.
He doesn't have enough time in a day to do all the work needed to promote the products. If he had more people working on the mechanics of doing a deal, we wouldn't have all of the delays.
Would it be in your best interest to have a part-time real-estate agent selling your house? This is no different, just much more on the line. This is why I believe this second round with bringing Vitastem to market is nothing more than a pump and dump business. They don't take it seriously, they just goo through the minimum requirements.
I think you're right about the Prolay and maybe the Elixr products as well. I researched the company they were doing business with in Canada, they appear to be a legit business. maybe they saw through the BS and didn't want anything to do with this group at Viaderma.
This is just my opinion, but I think if you do a little investigating for yourself, you will see my point.
Just another thought; If Viaderma can "Pull-back" the selling of the patent from Keough and invalidate his rights to the patent, what keeps any other company from producing the antibiotic formula themselves? Maybe this is why management is unable to close a deal.
Trademark issue is the excuse the Doc used for the Japan deal failure. Just saying.
Thank you for sharing.

Don't blame the messenger for your losses, blame the CEO and get out while there's still a Bid.
Anyone have a promising email to share? The PPS is decaying fast!
Maybe the Doc is waiting on the outcome of the Copyright Infringement hearing scheduled this Friday.

It amazes me how soon sellers forget NBEV is in talks with Coke, Pepsi and other major beverage companies.
I smell a buy-out in the air when the PPS dips.
MNGA will be one of the few gainers today.
ACB is now in an "Over-sold" state. The potential of this company is enormous and everyone knows this fact. I'm adding everyday it dips and holding for the reversal. JMHO.
"The check's in the mail!" Yeah right. :(
It's 9:30 AM in California and still no news, no deals.
I thinking there's still room to go down before I buy. Price target $-.99
tyguy, it's good to hear from you. I respectfully disagree with your penny stock view; Penny stocks are a different breed. You have to move fast or you get run over.
Most of us believe good things will continue to come for the winning stocks we choose, and we tend to hold on to them too long after a nice gain. One can exercise that trading strategy with the big board stocks, they are more forgiving, however the penny's are too volatile. I too seem to hold on too long past the apex and then watch the decline of the PPS hoping for more good news; however in this stock, we were sold on the pump by being mislead from the CEO with all fluff.
Once again I had to learn the hard way and lose a fortune to this clown CEO, but now I woke-up and my trading has once again improved.
I went back to the basics and research the Hot percentage gain penny stocks that are in the news and put them on my hot list. I hold cash on hand (1/3 portfolio) for when a pull-back occurs (like the recent pull-back in pot stocks) and I buy back in with 1/2 cash holdings once a reversal is confirmed. I then sell once the momentum and buyers coming in slows and I don't push for the home run, just cash in on the base hits.
It's not hard to have a 10-20% gaily gain, but the home-runs are mostly a lucky gamble.
Trade smart and trade often.
NBEV is getting closer to $5 bucks! Maybe Monday morning at the way it's been trading.
That's the best idea I have heard in weeks. Maybe Keough (KAST) would like to buy it cheap (again).
The lunchtime traders are beating NBEV up pretty good today, creating a buying opportunity.
Getting higher with NBEV!
I hope so too. It's would give some of the folks here an opportunity to bail-out.
Great product, lousy management.
The address for BiogeneX (the original name to ViaDerma Distribution) was and apartment in Vegas. Someone posted photos of them packaging the first Viastem shipments in the living room.)
Check it all out, it's all there.
678,691,475 Outstanding shares times $.01 (average PPS 24 months) equals $ 6.78 million dollars.
I would love to have access to $6 mil to do a garage start up product line. (look up Phillips address in Alabama on google earth, it's a shack. You can get the address off the FDA warning letter sent in 2015).
Where's the Money!
Sure it does. ViaDerma Licensing Inc. is Phillips's company and the Doc runs it. The licensing agreement give us (VDRM) very little meat off the bone. Do some DD and learn for yourself.
Bottom line... This company was set up to market the same old product for a second time around, because it wasn't viable the first time.
Rinse-Wash-ATM
Yes is does, but the Doc set up ViaDerma Distribution to help with the profit. he owns 20% of that company as well. Also, don't forget about Mr. Phillips, he needs his share too. We just pay the bills with ViaDerma shares.

Remember... Only a $1.25 per unit revenue for VDRM. Where is all the profit going Dr. Otiko?
We need one of those email updates!
I sure hope that everyone here on the NBEV board didn't fall for that "Bear-trap" and sold.
Pot stocks are going to new highs over the next 90 days. Congress is going to decriminalize marijuana in the near future and we all know what the effects are going to be on the pot stocks.
Pot Stocks are a Buy and Hold, Strong Buy!
July 2018 PR Share-holder update: • "Over the past several weeks I have been meeting with representatives for a South American based distributor. As per our discussions thus far, I expect to receive their initial order for Vitastem within the next few weeks. They have indicated an interest in purchasing lots of 200,000 per month. An order of that size would equal $3 million in annual revenues."
Math:
200,000 X 12 = 2,400,000 units.
Annual Revenue from contract $3,000,000
$3,000,000 / 2,400,000 = $1.25 per unit
I don't like the way the deal adds up.
