I used to say the same thing until I actually talked to him...
Thanks, Gan. I just have my reservations with the pink market. I made a little bit of profit here. Still holding a few million freebies here... I'll probably just hold 'em now.
Nothing like the legendary LB*R 2010 run... Cheers! We'll find another!
Sorry folks. I am not too happy with the 8k. I don't mess with unreporting pinksheet companies. Good luck all.
If you look, I removed all "My Stocks." I trade mostly. For the record, I do still have a position here. I am only holding two penny stocks long term and LBSR is one of them.
You guys are funny. Nothing has changed.
The problem is that it is too hard to tell where they all went. It was easy to know before LBSR started raising funds by issuing stock.
Lol... I am still here
I like that the profit taking looks to have completed. I think we will soon have another round of buying.
Still here. I am holding for higher prices.
Odd. I hven't had any issues purchasing with TDA. I just placed an order.
Thank you for bringing back some of the history here. Here is the link to 10atious's post.

I am trying to track this back via filings... it is all there. From my interpretation, the company was liable to pay Management (Niclas Fröberg and Carl Johan Grandison) in case they left the company. From what I can tell, the purpose of this is that Tre Kronor Media, when acquired, had a value and management wanted to retain their monetary interest if they left the company. This was under the "good leaver, bad leaver" Clause.
This clause was ammended and in consideration, management was given their monetary interest via the share issuance.

Management now holds 69% interest in the company.
From what I can tell, these are restricted.
...and up from 41 since Friday's close.
This is what it looks like when you catch a tiger by the tail!
If this breaks .002 on good volume, we will surely see .003 with a possible pivot to .006... I will use those as guides going forward and will adjust accordingly.
How this trades is up to you. Trade smart and in smaller blocks than we have seen recently...
Wow... the first to post to this board. You have been here for quite awhile.
I have to agree. I think gradual awareness is best. BM's and activity are surely on the rise. Lets keep large blocks off the ask. This has a few days before the crowd shows up. I look forward to increased liquidity and with it, a rise in pps.
Media Agency of the Year!

I would like to see this build gradually over the next few days as it gains attention. The trading on Friday was impressive for anyone watching. Hardly anything being sold at the bid. This is trading nicely.
UCPA trading statistics

There have been many eyes on this stock for awhile. The company just finished converting debt and it has likely already found its way into retail hands. With this volume, we are in for some serious upwards momentum. I think this will get some attention over the weekend. Monday should be fun.
Incredible volume! Something is up! All convertibles must be in retail hands. Going to fly!!
Board marks growing daily... Still early here.
Thank you! I think we are just gearing up here.
Anyone here have time to put together the iBox?
Very little selling at the bid. I think this can shape up for a multi-day runner
25 million shares (approximately 4% of the float) or about $10,000... The numbers are deceptive at this level. All this needs is a bit of volume.
Natural Gas and domestic energy conversation... Here we go
I wonder if this will give Natural Gas a boost. I think it is bottoming. Once the Presidential Debates begin, Natural Gas can become a large part of the dialog regards to domestic energy solutions.
Marketcap at $650,000 with current price of .0004. That is about the price of an empty shell. I think we will get a bounce.
Current share structure
2,000,000,000 Authorized
1,617,887,264 Issued
1,008,294,440 Owned by Management
609,592,824 Float

I just went through all the filings. You are correct, the convertible notes are all paid. The company is currently making monthly cash payments on the remaining $250,000 loan. I think what we are seeing on the ask now is the remaining balance of shares converted to note holders. If the company can continue with cash on hand and the $729,000 line of credit, then we will get a good bounce here once enough volume shows up to chew through the impatient retail traders and the remainder of the converted shares. In my opinion, one good volume day (not including t-trades) can change the direction here drastically. I think we will have a safe trading window of approximately 8-12 months before any future dilution hits. I am not concerned with dilution at this point.
Thanks for the post. Here is a good link.

You've been here for a while. What is your take on the trading?
