No announcement yet. We must wait for the other company to release their PR... Due out Thursday... Then Cape to follow
The ink is dry!
I guess this clears it up. Cape Systems Limited is dormant, Cape Systems and Consulting Services is making modest money and financially sound, Cape Systems Group Inc. is the parent... but who knows what is going on and how they stand financially. Sure is a lot more going on here than your average penny stock... trading or not.
Yes. I don't think this represents the company as a whole... Just the consulting arm.
Here is the Annual Accounts Document from 2012. Look at the date, "Approved by the Board on May 15th, 2013." It appears there is some proof that the board did meet to vote on matters around the time we were expecting the first PR... which was delayed based on the board wanting to release one PR for the events that are (supposedly) just now taking place.
I am not sure how Cape Systems and Consulting Services Ltd. fits into the overall corporate structure and, therefore, I am not positive these numbers reflect the company as a whole or, as I assume, just the consulting side... anyway, I found this while doing a bit of digging. Numbers are in British Pounds.

75 mil in one account 20 mil in another. I would certainly like to see this trade again.
I took position based on an estimated 2.5% equity stake in the company's common stock when the company had a $1,00,000 market cap. I could care less about a reverse split if the financials are stronger and acquisitions add value without being too dilutive.
That would be an estimated market cap of $20,000,000. Very possible, but dependent on the settlement with PWC and acquisitions.
We shall see... I would certainly like to see a PR finally come to pass. Unfortunately, I have zero confidence in any timelines given.
10 days until next supposed update...
Lol
Where was this taken?
Dave is with Open Terra. Invata merged with Glen Road after the purchase of intellectual property from Cape. Invata bought the Pic-rite and pick-to-lite systems... I believe Cape still owns, and has always own Truckfill.
I had the same reply from Phil. Send me your email if you want me to send it to you.
Surprise, surprise!! Seems like Phil is has the same accuracy as Nic at predicting timelines. The wait continues.
Lot of familiar faces here. Good company to be trading with.
I guess that type of RS would depend on if a potential merger took place. Currently 4,000,000,000 assumed existing/1,000 = only 4,000,000 shares. That would be incredibly thin trading. I would suggest 1:50 RS to bring CAPE to an OS of 80,000,000. Of course, there are many undisclosed variables.

Hay Mountain has always been Briscoe's baby. This could prove to be a huge find. I am placing my bet that Jim is right and we will get some upward momentum from here.
This is going to be fun! I wonder how thinly this will trade out of the gates since many sold their stock to take the tax loss. What happens to those shares could very well be a million dollar question.
Thank you. The wait continues... This time I feel we are very, very close to having a positive resolution.
Terms being finalized. Look for a PR within two weeks.
I made a similar mistake. Should've just respected my stops.
Still looking good for May according to IR as of this morning...
TDA still has a chill... bummer
Thanks for the update!
I went in to the Edmonds store last week. Pretty bare, indeed. The idea of a local butcher sounds great, but I think people want a good selection at a decent price.... Not what I am seeing here.
I spoke with him three weeks ago. Nothing new to report.
Wacky trading as of late. Interest is coming in from somewhere. ????
He has been easy to reach by phone and email. Give it another shot.
I agree. I spoke with Phil yesterday re:AJW and he confirmed that this is still the issue they are working through... contrary to what I previously thought. They have had many, many false starts working with several lending institutions to satisfy the AJW debt. The most current solution gives Cape more control. Cape expects to hear back about the current offer on Feb. 12th. If they find agreement, the lawyers have to look over the paperwork. He says that there is still a chance of getting this wrapped up by end of 1st quarter, but he feels it may take a bit longer. Expect an update 3-4 weeks from now.
I am local too. Great to see them finally arrive.
Finally opened in Edmonds, WA. The worst may be behind this company. J'amy has a good track record.
I will pick up a few on speculation.

That's just silly. Let's hope it ends soon.
No, did he tell you this? I do expect some sort of split, though.
