I just double checked with my broker and you're right it was 2009. Thanks.
Wasn't there a reverse split?
Good news!
Thank you, Chili. I got your message and will follow up. I've already filed a complaint with the SEC through their standard online procedures. Do you know the other pennystock company names they used for their prior scam?
Also, is there a way to confirm that she practices real estate law? The only document stating that Rebecca practiced law was the Attorney Letter filed with the SEC regarding their unaudited filing (which also stated that no one associated with the company is under SEC investigation).
Are there others who have already filed a complaint?
Report USNL to the SEC
If you suffered a loss from investing into this fraudulent company, I encourage you to file a report with the SEC by visiting this page:
https://denebleo.sec.gov/TCRExternal/index.xhtml
You may either send them mail, fax, or submit an online questionnaire. (It took me 5 minutes to do online).
I believe Damian Guthrie breached the Federal Injunction against him for prior pennystock pump-and-dump scams by using his wife's name to continue committing fraud. Please file a report with the SEC.
i would spend more on a lawyer than what i lost so it doesn't make sense for me to sue. but maybe someone else? i would rather just report it and let SEC take care of them. there's definitely fraud here. please report and if enough people call, they may very well investigate it. if USNL is for real, she will start producing results, if not just press releases, to appease investigators (if not investors).
good luck.
cool! i'm managing a mini hedge fund now and started appropriating positions long term on LQMT for some merch microcap exposure. i'm doing some more DD on potential competition so any knowledge on that front would definitely be appreciated. thanks watts!
Class action? If Damian used his wife's name to violate the Federal order barring from issuing securities for pennystocks, anyone who lost money with USNL after Nov. 2nd 2010 may have a case and could either be entitled to a settlement, send the Guthrie's to jail, or both?

wow watts you're still here! :D
They are looking good, and if not, this price is so freakin low it has no where to go but up.
You were right.
Interesting bid build up today. New interest coming in?
Don't naked shorts have to cover before an R/S happens?
Yeah I was one of them who kept calling out the misleading and erroneous analysis on the technicals with all the up arrows but my posts would meet hostility or just get deleted. I suspected it was Devcool but after he left I noticed that for a short time any negative post would still disappear. One post that explains what could be happening to the stock "cellar boxing" also was deleted for some reason very recently.
this stock is not a real company. it's owned and operated by one person, Rebecca Guthrie, using a virtual address. it has no assets, no working capital, and no business acumen. i don't think there'll be any more news until she announces a reverse split.
there were other admins before me like some character named Devcool who kept pumping and pumping this stock then dumped and bailed. during that time, some people got caught on the whirlwind when this thing jumped to .01+. Devcool then kept pumping this stock on other boards to get a bounce to happen and it did but so many new traders became bagholders when this thing just tanked hard and kept tanking as the bagholders just got out as fast as they could. at that time, i was also studying the short interest and noticed that this was being shorted heavily everyday. counting on a short squeeze, i held. big mistake. the shorts got what they wanted, .0001 and now there's no way this will go above .0002 unless it splits, at which point, shorters will need to get out if their positions are naked, which i think they are. alas, there are no bids so even flipping this will be impossible.
i myself lost @$10k but i can still use that loss for tax purposes so i'm not as jolted as others as mentioned. i wouldn't sit around and wait for this to happen if you can get out at a minor loss but $400 you can make back quickly trading something else.
that gentleman had been accumulating millions of shares back before it dropped below .0020. he might have bought more after that to average down so he must have spent quite a bit, hence his frustration of losing it all. losing $400 is not as bad compared to some of us who lost quite a bit. try $90,000.
Part of the zeal of pennystocks is the "wild wild west" appeal of unregulated shenanigans which could either lead to discovering gold or get killed. I've been trading pennies for only 4 years and have made tons and lost tons to know that the adrenaline is addicting, just like gambling. This market is predictably dangerous and unpredictably rewarding enough to keep me in it but once in a while i see someone end up becoming so greedy that they blind themselves from the impending doom and pour too much money into a scam only to be taken all the down without the opportunity to even get out (like TaxiCat) and end up becoming a disgruntled basher. Save yourself time and money and gamble only what you are willing to lose, have an exit plan before you buy in, and sell while there's a chance. Take full responsibility of your own decision making and stay positive (literally).
a $3000 punch at .0001 and .0002 would probably flip real well as most people wanting to get out probably dumped it at a great loss at .0001 the other day as the shorters covered. i'm tempted to buy those up myself and see if any new momo traders step in. alas, i'm out of dry powder. any gamblers?
TaxiCat, I know you have 30M+ shares and I agree with you 1000%. When my plan works, you'll be able to get out at .0002 but it must work first and your bashing isn't helping (and neither does your 30M+ on the Ask). :P
Can't you guys just follow iHub board etiquette and censor cuss words yourself? I have to delete this now.
That's not selling off that's putting a limit order out there hoping to get hit while you bash the company for your decisions. Just sell it off and move on instead of repeatedly showing up to dissuade new traders. I'm sorry for your massive loss but it doesn't seem like you had an exit strategy to begin with. I'm at a big loss too but I'm still taking advantage of it (plan B). You're not helping yourself or the rest of us by whining everyday about Rebecca on the board. I hope you get your money back by learning from your own greed. Peace.
You should sell out and move on.
About $48,000 worth of shares exchanged today. Watching L2, the sell into .0001 this morning was consistent and in blocks of 1,000,000 and 500,000 for the most part, interspersed with a few big 10,000,000 blocks and some odd lots. I am suspecting that the liquidation was done to convert restricted shares (par value .000001).
wow absolutely no more bids!!
yeah whatever happened to the 3-5 day response on the property negotiations?
Not one trade has gone off??
CSTI is a market maker where all the heavy selling came from (the spike to .0047 maybe also but i wasn't online to see it). I did, however, watch the L2 and time & sales during the sell and it all came from CSTI so either someone connected to the firm had 6m shares to unload as low as .0025 or someone from the firm shorted it after being squeezed the first time when it spiked to .0047. why i think that is because it looked like a panic cover jumping from .0038 to .0047 without a supporting bid. someone had to exit as if they're stop price was hit it seemed like. then it came back and drove down the bid to .0025 with a 6m ask. whenever the ask was slapped with 100k buy, it would disappear, then come back so i would surmise that it was a fake wall to get everyone to sell on the bid.

what brokerage are you using that you can trade 5 decimals out??
did i totally miss the reversal bounce? yup. :/
i got 100k @ .0028 to average down. CSTI the ax on this one?
that was some major dumpage. ridiculous! caught some though. let's see what happens tomorrow.
someone just spent $1.26 to paint this to .0026. lol
the moderator mentioned in a few posts that ABOT is a scam stock but if you check all the boards he moderates he bashes most if not all of them so i suspect he's a short seller (who knows).
i suspect a short had to market out earlier, hence that .0007 jump to .0047 an hour ago. all of a sudden BANG! they pummelt the bid down. either zomniac is telling the truth or he's the one shorting this (or both?).
zomniac shorting??
Nice catch!
