This has happened before in the past. They sell some shares to pay the lawyers and bills they are short on for operation and when they let go we spring back to where we were. The people who were smart and bought some low will sell and make 50-100% and us longs have to grind our teeth and wait for the main goal and our reward. I think it has happened about 5 times in the short term. Just wait till they get what they need and we will rebound and be a little stronger with money in strong hands.
They also make Honda Civic, CRV, Cummins Diesil etc. Not junk!

I have faith that Chad will do the right thing overall for shareholders. Their may be things we dont agree with but he will keep shareholder interest his main priority in the big picture.
Now before everyone rips me apart for being naive: Chad and company have had many occasions where they could have left shareholders for dead, filed bankruptcy, let shares go back to NIR, diluted and made a ton of money but they have not done these things.

It didn't I just sold one one year and the other 2 the other year.
I owned 3 of them. I sold them in south Arkansas last year and the year before. One for $4200 one for $4000 and another for $3500. So there are 3 of them. They were 2007 models.
Our units do not tamper with the ECU. I have told PD that for over a year now. It goes in post MAF and does not tamper with anything. Red, Black, Yellow wire and one to read RPMs if you have that type of unit or vacuum if you don't. He has never seen a unit so he is guessing. He has also never used a unit or touched one or seen one in person yet he is a self described expert. The only reason he is on here is to scare investors so ........

In the continued effort of pursuing verification of the HTI Wildcat System, on September 27, 2011, company representatives performed an on-site demonstration and provided emissions information to approximately twenty staff members of the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ), in which an 18 percent improvement in fuel economy was achieved and acknowledged by all present. According to the ADEQ website, the Arkansas government branch exists to protect the air, water and land from the threat of pollution and strives for environmental quality through programs of regulation, education and assistance. The EPA's website states that the NCDC promotes clean air strategies by working with manufacturers, fleet operators, air quality professionals, environmental and community organizations, and state and local officials to reduce diesel emissions.
HTI reported it has committed to the EPA to complete the Clean Diesel Verification Process for its Wildcat Hydrogen Supplemental System within the year 2012. The Clean Diesel Verification Process evaluates the emission reduction performance and durability of retrofit and clean diesel technologies and provides users with confidence the technology will perform as expected. HTI reported it has been focusing on on-site demonstrations that are geared toward technology awareness. The company stated that a key element in securing fleet sales is proving the credibility of the product. HTI's demonstration at the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality offices was one of numerous demonstrations being performed in the area. Demonstrations have also recently been performed for the Arkansas Transportation Authority and state government officials. I can't believe I wasted my time typing this.

The company has not confirmed that they have “nothin”. They have at least 1 large deal in process. That was confirmed in the PR.
“Robinson was able to take over Systems Evolution SSEV because there was so much dirt on Humphries and the Feds had been tipped off about other companies he ran. A deal was put together and Humphries resigned. He appointed fraud felon Robinson as the CEO and only director before he left. Robinsons first order of business was to bring in Foster and several other friends from Arkansas as fellow directors.”
Robinson was convicted of a crime and did do time for the crime years ago. Mel is not the running the show and never was other than in a temporary figure head form after Humphries was forced to step down. Feds were not involved yet. The co realized that Humphries was selling a ton of shares and Foster was not getting his payment for the private businesses being sold to SSEV. They also were not getting any operational cash. That is why he got the boot.

These were all privately held companies prior to Foster being approached by Sympowerco to go public. That deal fell through and then they were approached by Humphries to go public. I think you spelled Hydrogen incorrectly.
As far as I know the Foster family and another board member owned the majority of all of the companies prior to going public.

They release financials fairly regularly. They had a lot of messed up financials when they took over SSEV from Hump. ie. Assets he sold to multiple businesses and pocketed the money.

Hoss is majority owned by HLNT. Dongfeng deal is real. Madami is owned by a friend of Foster and he is in China. He is involved because he has long working relationships with the Chinese. The only deception is what has been formulated by people with to much time on their hands.

This is not a sham. Real products, Real distributers, Real Company. If this was a sham it would have been diluted by down to .0001 or would have been pumped into oblivion. This company is showing signs of growing pains and no fake “sham” company would ever show that. There have been perfect opportunities for them to put out a fake pr and pump the price but they will not because that is not their objective. They are trying to grow a real company and be successful. You would know that if you would go and tour the company.
This is all in my opinion but is a representation of what I believe is the truth.
