SVMI Glad to SEE your Savi Sentiment change about SaviCorp...
"LONGS ARE ALSO DUMPING AS THEY WAITED ENOUGH AND NOW SAYING ENOUGH? Really?" Because I have not sold one share! I wish you guys in the know, could let us guys in the not know.... Know when you do such things.
You know what I mean Poppi?
If Serge is holding a couple billion shares... Then Im not worried about holding a few million shares for as long as it takes. I'm sure many of these "LONGS" feel the same way.
As a matter of fact CEO Serge Monros owns 2 Billion SVMI Shares
I asked Serge if he owned 2.5B SVMI shares like DFW had stated... That might of been the fact before, but he told me it was more like 2B.
Sorry sannoo that is the best I can do. As far as how many shares are out there in the float and shares outstanding? I would be guessing, rather then giving you a definite answer... So refer to these known SVMI facts.
I would think Serge's 2B shares would be included as part of the Diluted Shares Outstanding 5.09B... Even with the SVMI EPS (diluted) value of 0.01, still would make SVMI very under valued @.0060 - IMO
Getting back to Mr.CAPS, I've met personally with Rick Thomas in his Savi office... And I really like the guy, we were on the same page about many ideas and the direction SaviCorp needed to head. After that hour long meeting with him, I was confident Serge made the right choice in hiring Rick Thomas as the Chief Marketing Officer. So give the man some time to get the job done right!
But what I'm really looking forward too... Is when Mrs. Fix will get the message of the DynoValve and Savicorp to millions of people, customers and investors.
Everyone on board and buckled up? Because this will be one Savi ride you will not want to miss!
WOW!!! SVMI HAS NEW INVESTORS THAT FOLLOW SAVICORP... Sorry for YELLING, I was overly excited and couldn't help myself. Ha!
Current SVMI Followers: 159
WindjammerSOI... That's is good, a definite and measurable SVMI improvement from two summers ago!
I too hope you are wrong about MR.CAPS... As far as the SaviCorp management decision made in haste... I think you might be wrong there as well. I trust Serge has his eye on the big picture, hiring Lauren Fix was a targeted and planned executive decision. In my opinion, haste had nothing to do with it. I think it was more like a "Buy One & Get Two" kind of deal. Lets hope it is not a "Buy Two & Get One" kind of deal. Ha!
No offense taken... It is good, to still be here with my Savi Friends!
GOOD LUCK, HAPPY INVESTING AND BUCKLE UP FOR THE RIDE!
Savi-Traders can we all just get along? I can understand the frustrations with many of you... But taking your anger out on Rick or Serge will not do any good to any of us, especially those new Savi-Investors
As for me I am happy to see all these new team members joining the Savi Family. I would guess Rick and Lauren came as a package deal, and what a deal it was. I think Serge made a wise decision hiring them...
We do need to cut them some slack... Im sure Rick does not have the experience of posting to a stock discussion board like the many of you have. Taking the punches on these forums is all apart of the game. I'm sure Rick is not losing any sleep or TV time worrying about what any of you say. We all remember what it was like when we first started posting on these forums. It is easier said then done when trying to control your emotions in a post. If any of you spent time in the Ihub Jailhouse or have had your post limited because of your emotions, then you would know exactly what I am talking about. There is nothing more frustrating then trying to get your message across to people who simple do not believe a word you are saying.
Building trust on these forums is the key to winning the belief in these investors and it just doesn't happen over night. Nothing loses more creditably then not following through with what you say... Forward-looking or Not.
Ask yourselves this one question... Is SaviCorp better off having Lauren Fix and Rick Thomas on the team or not? I would think many of you would agree that Savicorp is a much better company with them, rather than without them.
SVMI.PK vs. S&P 500
The SVMI share price trend might not agree... For the moment, but in my opinion that will all change soon.
If you look at where SVMI has come from, I dont think we are doing that bad... Wouldn't you agree?
Mr. Thomas, the only bit of advice I can give you is...

SANTA ANA, Calif., July 12, 2012 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- SaviCorp® (pinksheets:SVMI)
SaviCorp today announced a sales update of the company's core product, the DynoValve, which when installed on cars or trucks, provides drivers and fleet owners with increased fuel economy and significantly reduces exhaust emissions.
SaviCorp's Chief Executive Officer Serge Monros says that the company has been installing the DynoValve on cars and trucks in Indianapolis, IN, Fort Wayne, IN, and Bloomington, IL, joining other national locations as the company continues to expand its installation efforts nationwide.
"We've installed the first 100 DynoValve units on one fleet operation that has nearly 10,000 construction vehicles," said Monros. In addition to these installations, Monros said that the company is in test stages with the DynoValve at a major university on the east coast after a recent visit by the SaviCorp install team. "That testing will happen over the next six weeks and we expect to install more DynoValves on the university's vehicles once we receive their results," said Monros.
In addition, SaviCorp announced the installation of 14 DynoValve units on another 60 vehicle fleet operation, expecting to complete the full amount shortly after testing, and that the company is in negotiations with yet another east coast firm to install units in their trucks, which number up to 3,000 vehicles.
Monros also noted that SaviCorp is increasing its sales force to complement these current efforts toward increased company reach nationwide.
"Our strategic fleet plan to increase the company's footprint nationwide has advanced dramatically, and we're expecting even more firms will gain awareness of the DynoValve via our aggressive media campaigns and testimonials - leading to enhanced sales opportunities," said Monros.
After initial testing phases are completed on these preliminary fleet groups and the subsequent installations have been executed, SaviCorp will issue dual press releases with key companies and institutions demonstrating their overall installation results. SVMI is being accumulated! Listen! 2-Jul-12 09:09 am Information is flowing from SAVI more than ever! ...for those who actually look and are paying attention... I'm thinking that the time is near for the BIG things to begin!
A recent post from an observer of the recent Webcast:
"I listened to the PR about 10 times driving back to Michigan from Chicago this afternoon. I too was thinking more of the same BS after listening to it the first time.
But the more I listened to it, the more I liked it. I won't repeat the great points that others brought up...but only add a few additional observations (IMHO of course):
1. A new website DynoValve.com within 2 weeks (he mentioned June).
2. News about 10K probably within 2 weeks - 1 month after the auditing completes.
3. The DynoValve in your local auto parts store within 2 months? You have to listen close to hear it but I believe he said retail outlets within 2 months.
4. Also tied with the retail outlets is a marketing campaign with Lauren and the trekkie as the spokespersons. It sounds like we might see advertisements with Lauren in National markets within 2 months.
5. Reaching millions of people within 6 months.
6. And the subtle touch which you cannot help but like... Inviting everyone to contact the company for more information, and guaranteeing a response within 3 days, with Serge himself reviewing each and every email..."

On June 26, 2012, the U.S. Court of Appeals-D.C. Circuit upheld EPA's Endangerment Finding and greenhouse gas regulations issued under the Clean Air Act for passenger vehicles and permitting for stationary sources.
Statement from EPA Administrator, Lisa P. Jackson:
Today's ruling is a strong validation of, in the Court's own words, the "unambiguously correct" approach we have taken in responding to the 2007 Supreme Court decision. I am pleased that the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit found that EPA followed both the science and the law in taking common-sense, reasonable actions to address the very real threat of climate change by limiting greenhouse gas pollution from the largest sources.
In 2007 the Supreme Court ruled in Massachusetts v. EPA that greenhouse gases are covered by the CAA's definition of air pollutant and that EPA must determine whether or not emissions of greenhouse gases from new motor vehicles cause or contribute to air pollution which may reasonably be anticipated to endanger public health or welfare.
EPA was challenged through a group of lawsuits over its actions resulting from the Supreme Court decision to address greenhouse gases, including:
The Light Duty Vehicle Rule, in which EPA coordinated with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration to develop harmonized regulations to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and improve the fuel economy of light-duty vehicles. http://www.epa.gov/oms/climate/regulations.htm#1-1
The Tailoring Rule, in which EPA set greenhouse gas emission thresholds to define when permits under the New Source Review Prevention Significant Deterioration (PSD) and title V Operating Permit programs are required for new and existing industrial facilities.
Thanks for your SVMI post... No The DynoValve does not. But the DynoValve Pro does yes... You may want to talk to them directly, would be your best bet.

Rick I know you will do an excellent job with the media campaign for SaviCorp and the DynoValve. But I think you might do so well of a job... It might backfire on us.
What I mean is... Because of the new marketing plan, I'm sure it will raise much interest in the company and the DynoValve and increase sales.
But if you were to generate 100,000 new orders today...
How long would it take to install 100,000 DynoValves?
How many can we install in a weeks time?
Well if we cant do at least 2000 a week... Then that order might take a while to fill. Right?
I better start taking some DynoValve installation classes to help you guys out.
Will the SVMI stop sign come down and the financials be out within the next few weeks? In my opinion yes thats what I believe will happen...
What I do know is that the bulk filing and auditing of financials is out of SaviCorp's hands, they have completed everything they were asked of... I bet it was not easy to get all those numbers in order... Especially if you took into account who's mess they had to clean up.
You will see many investors that are on the sidelines come in SVMI when that happens... And many others like myself will press their bets with SaviCorp.
I dont know about you, but I am shooting for at least 35x return at these prices.
SVMI is a much better looking investment with updated 2012 financials and that is what many of us is waiting for... In my opinion.
