You should all get on board with SaviCorp, if saving over 30% on gas and decreasing emissions by up to 90% interest you.
The DynoValve ® is a newly patented Positive Crankcase Ventilation (PCV) Valve, that is designed for use in automotive gasoline powered vehicles by replacing the OEM PCV valves. The DynoValve eliminates the vacuum problems associated with todays standard PCV valves by optimally regulating the flow of engine blow-by gases. SaviCorp, Inc. accomplished this unique ventilation with the use of an electronically controlled switch that regulates the flow of blow-by gases returning to the engine intake system... Simply put... The DynoValve is a better gas trap.
This is the companies response to the EPA...
SaviCorp Inc has received an Executive Order D-677 on 1st September 2010 regarding the testing and verification of it DynoValve, an Electronic PCV which replaces the standard PCV mandated in 1963. We have achieved 90% reduction in Green House Gases and the attached EO is hereby submitted. Gasoline engines have reduced NOX's by 90%. Attached is our EO and information on the DynoValve. We have achieved .025 emission standard now. We are interested in making this available, with the EPA's & Dept. of Transportation's assistance immediately for implementation in the 270 million passenger cars in the US. The average passenger car emits 5.5 metric tons per year we reduce those emissions 4.95 metric tons per year.

Do you know what the EPA's response was? I took it as not interested at this time... I think we should find a way to help the 270 million US passenger vehicles on the road today save gas and cut emissions. Or is the EPA more interested on how many electric vehicles we can get on the road in the next few years? Who do we trust?

Yes... Nice EGT chart.
Hi mick... Im on the hunt for equities?
Its back in play, just dont no where.
Let me know if you find the shell.
:)
No doubt SRER is great investment - IMO. I expect 100% to 600% swings in price...
Cannabis Science 0.0085 - 0.2455 have seen some nice swings as well...
But with their current price of 0.141, I see much better profits to be gained from SRER price 52wk range of 0.515 - 4.90.
I'm sure SRER@.80 wont last long, take advantage of these prices... And don't forget to sell some on the next turn around.
Good Luck... Stay Green!
I think they lost their nuts... General Cannabis was the brand... The brand is the Hero. I would of like think of them as the GE of the Cannabis Investments. But who is the Hero now? SearchCore? Ok if they say so... Go SRER
Management felt a name change was in the best interest of the shareholders and the company. If the FEDS are now attacking print media for Aiding and Abetting Cannabis Collectives... What will stop them from pursuing digital media?
A name change? But I think many of you are right about bringing the price per share down to entice more Cannabis Investors... Who much rather spend their money on other things. Like Cannabis Science... haha
I knew there would be at least one GTXO believer... Well two if you include me. :)
What is IHubs major malfunction with GSPN? Cant get current data?

GSPN - Alix Options Golden Zone to Goldspan
8:03 AM ET 4/11/12 | Marketwire
ALIX RESOURCES CORP. ("Alix" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: AIX)(FRANKFURT: 37N) announces it has signed a letter of intent on April 5, 2012 with Goldspan Resources Inc. which will allow Goldspan to obtain up to a sixty (60%) ownership interest in the 24,500 acre Golden Zone property in Alaska. The LOI requires Goldspan to spend $3.5 million over the next three years for exploration and development, make cash payments to Alix of $1,000,000, assume the balance of cash and share payments required by Alix to the Owners for full exercise of the Original Option, plus pay an estimated $250,000 for ongoing maintenance fees. The property is located along the south flank of the Alaska Range 15 miles west of the Parks Highway, approximately halfway between the cities of Anchorage and Fairbanks. This transaction is subject to TSX Venture approval.
Alix has an existing option (the "Original Option") on the property which was entered into in September of 2010 with Hidefield Gold Inc. and Mines Trust Company (collectively the "Owners") whereby Alix can earn up to 70% interest in the Golden Zone property.
Alix and Goldspan will enter into a Definitive Option Agreement which, inter alia, will require Goldspan and Alix to obtain the Owners' consent to the assignment of the Alix Option to allow for a direct transfer to Goldspan Resources, Inc.
Once Goldspan has exercised its option, Goldspan and Alix will own 60% and 10%, respectively.
"Doing this deal with Goldspan allows the further advancement of the Golden Zone project enabling Alix to focus its efforts on its Moneyrock project in Alaska" states Alix president Mike England. "Sumitomo's neighboring "Pogo Mine" has been the site of extensive exploration on top of production and we are very excited to concentrate now on our significant claims in the area."

USA Potential Passenger Cars Market for The DynoValve...
DynoValve could average 4.95 metric tons emission reductions per vehicle x 270 million passenger cars = 1,336,500,000 metric tons?
1,336,500,000 metric tons x $9.32 a metric ton for carbon permits (on the ICE Futures Europe exchange in London) = $12,456,180,000
Theoretically $12,456,180,000 USD is the value per year SVMI could gain on the Carbon Markets for trading 1,336,500,000 metric tons of emissions reductions from installing The DynoValves on 270 million passenger vehicles in the USA, for creating 4.95 metric tons of emission reductions on average per vehicle.

SVMI @DynoValve Los Angeles County Fire Department 'Go Green Initiative' Has Been Validated With the DynoValve
SANTA ANA, Calif., Feb. 8, 2011; SaviCorp announces the Los Angeles County Fire Department (LACOFD) has validated the DynoValve after testing the emission reduction PCV valve on multiple vehicles over a two year period.
In a letter confirming positive emissions reduction testing results, the DynoValve has demonstrated substantial reduction in emissions of Hydro Carbons (HC), Carbon Monoxide (CO), and Oxides of Nitrogen (NO2). LACOFD also recognizes additional DynoValve benefits of reducing carbon build up in engines, thus extending the engine life of their vehicles and is eager to review testing results of potential fuel savings.
The significance of validation from the LACOFD cannot be overstated. The L.A. County agency covers 2,200 square miles, has 190+ stations and provides fire and EMS services to 58 cities with 22 battalions, making it the largest county fire department in the United States.
Based on the positive experience, the LACOFD anticipates retaining the current DynoValves installed on department vehicles, and possibly expanding the program with SaviCorp to include other vehicles in the seven hundred (700) medium and light duty fleet. In addition, LACOFD looks forward to reviewing the results of the Miles Per Gallon (MPG) pilot program on multiple gas-powered vehicles that is currently being implemented. The Department is also interested in participating in the pilot program with the DynoValvePro on their diesel power emergency response vehicles and equipment.
Because of the highly favorable emission LACOFD test results, SaviCorp has expanded its current marketing force specifically targeting county fire departments, municipalities, and public fleets, starting with California and then growing on a national scale.
"To earn the confidence of the most prestigious County fire department in the nation demonstrates the DynoValve's strong potential to help municipal, state and business fleets to significantly lower emissions and extend fleet engine life," said Serge Monros, SaviCorp Founder/CEO. "The DynoValve Executive Order (State of California) exemption status may allow many California municipal fleets to acquire funding through the 'Go Green Initiative' should they choose to embrace the many benefits of the DynoValve and DynoValvePro going forward."

System Components And Operation Details
The system relies on the fact that, while the engine is running under light load and moderate throttle opening, the intake manifold's air pressure is always less than crankcase air pressure. The lower pressure of the intake manifold draws air towards it, pulling air from the breather through the crankcase where it dilutes and mixes with combustion gases, through the PCV valve, and into the intake manifold.
Once inside the engine, the air circulates around the interior of the engine, picking up and clearing away combustion byproduct gases, including a large amount of water vapor which includes dissolved chemical combustion byproducts, then exits through another simple baffle, screen, or mesh to trap oil droplets before being drawn out through the PCV valve, and into the intake manifold. On some PCV systems, this oil baffling takes place in a discrete replaceable part called the oil separator.
It is critical that the parts of the PCV system be kept clean and open, otherwise air flow will be insufficient. A plugged or malfunctioning PCV system will eventually damage an engine. PCV problems are primarily due to neglect or poor maintenance, typically engine oil change intervals that are inadequate for the engine's driving conditions. A poorly-maintained engine's PCV system will eventually become contaminated with sludge, causing serious problems. If the engine's lubricating oil is changed with adequate frequency, the PCV system will remain clear practically for the life of the engine. However, since the valve is operating continuously as one operates the vehicle, it will fail over time. Typical maintenance schedules for gasoline engines include PCV valve replacement whenever the air filter or spark plugs are replaced. The long life of the valve despite the harsh operating environment is due to the trace amount of oil droplets suspended in the air that flows through the valve that keep it lubricated.

SVMI @DynoValve @SaviCorp ROADSIDE EMISSIONS & REMOTE SMOG TEST CHECKPOINTS
Remote smog sensors are appearing along California roadsides to measure emissions from cars as they drive by. The entire process takes about three seconds. Roadside smog test and emission test checkpoints are appearing all over the State of California.
(1) An infrared beam shot across the highway picks up the contents of a car's exhaust. A calibrator and computer on the other side of the road screen and measure the emissions.
(2) At the same time, a camera snaps a picture of the vehicle's license plate. The state uses that information to find and notify the vehicle's owner if emissions are too high.
(3) Vehicle owners are mailed a letter asking them to participate in a voluntary vehicle repair program.
The Remote and roadside smog check sensing program aims to gather remote and roadside test records of 1 million individual vehicles, about 10 percent of all vehicles in the region. Cars, trucks, SUV, vans, and RVs which fail the remote or roadside smog check will be required to repair their vehicles. Vehicles may be eligible for Consumer Assistance Program.
Remote roadside smog testing equipment will be located for a few days at a time at more than 100 sites across four counties, most likely on freeway on-ramps. Some locations may alter or slow traffic flow as checkpoint personnal will direct only certain polluting vehicles to the roadside smog check area.
Remote and roadside smog testing locations will not be publicized and will be rotated on an unannounced basis to ensure an accurate sampling of the region’s vehicles.

$SVMI @DynoValve - EPA Evaluation Program for Aftermarket Products That Are Intended to Improve Fuel Economy or Reduce Emissions
I know these EPA Evaluation Programs have lost interest... Maybe because the EPA does not approve, certify, endorse, or register any products that pass through this voluntary evaluation program. Neither does EPA approve, certify, endorse, or register any independent laboratory or the test results from any independent laboratory. Any claims by a manufacturer to the contrary are false.
But I think it would be good for SaviCorp to get The DynoValve listed here regardless..
http://www.epa.gov/otaq/consumer/420f11013.pdf
The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) conducts a voluntary program to evaluate aftermarket retrofit devices or fuel additives
that are intended to improve vehicle fuel economy and/or reduce exhaust
emissions. Through engineering, scientific, and statistical analysis of data
obtained from independent and EPA laboratory testing, EPA objectively
determines the effects a device or fuel additive may have on fuel economy
and exhaust emissions. The Agency does not approve, certify, or endorse
these products.
Background
The purpose of the program is to generate, analyze, and disseminate resulting technical data to the public. A manufacturer’s participation in the program is voluntary
unless ordered by the EPA Administrator or the Federal Trade Commission.
“Retrofit device” means any component that is designed to be installed in or on an
automobile (as an addition to, a replacement for, or through alteration or modification of any original component, equipment, or other device) that the manufacturer
states will provide higher fuel economy and/or lower emissions. The term also includes
fuel additives for use in an automobile. Devices and fuel additives meant to be used
by four-wheel highway vehicles with gross vehicle weight of 6,000 pounds or less can
be tested in the program. Flow-measuring instruments or other driving aids, oil additives, lubricants, and lubricant additives do not qualify to be tested in this program.
EPA does not approve, certify, or endorse any product tested in this program, any
independent laboratory, or the results of any independent laboratory testing. Any
claims of EPA certification in this program are false.
Program Overview2
Program Overview
Requirements for Evaluation
To enter this program, manufacturers should first submit an application for evaluation to EPA
using the format set forth in the program description document on our web site at: www.epa.gov/
otaq/consumer/b00003.pdf. A plan for the device to be tested at an independent test lab should
be developed by the applicant in consultation with EPA. If the results of these tests demonstrate
a statistically significant improvement in fuel economy and/or emissions reduction, then EPA
may choose to allow the device to be tested at its lab. The applicant submitting the product
must pay for all testing costs for both the independent lab and EPA tests.
Manufacturers of fuel additives are required to register their product with EPA prior to its introduction into commerce or evaluation in this program. Many of the fuel line devices and liquids
sold and associated with vapor bleed devices may be considered additives for the purpose of
registration. Registration involves providing a chemical description of the product and certain
technical, marketing, and health-effects information. This allows EPA to identify the likely
combustion and evaporative emissions. In certain cases, health-effects testing is required for a
product to maintain its registration or before a new product can be registered. EPA uses this
information to identify products whose emissions may pose an unreasonable risk to public
health, warranting further investigation and/or regulation. Information on the registration of
fuels and fuel additives is available on our website at: www.epa.gov/otaq/additive.htm.
Testing
EPA’s evaluation program uses the same scientific laboratory test methods that are used to certify
vehicles in the United States: the Federal Test Procedure (FTP) and the Highway Fuel Economy
Test (HFET). Both tests involve placing the test vehicle on a dynamometer (a laboratory test
machine that simulates road conditions) and driving through a specified trace simulating city
and highway driving. Exhaust gases are captured and analyzed to determine the rate of each
pollutant emission in grams per mile (g/mi) and to calculate fuel economy in miles per gallon
(mpg).
The controlled laboratory conditions and use of a standard test fuel in this evaluation program
minimizes variables one would have to address when using actual outdoor driving on roadways.
Laboratory testing assures that the test results’ comparisons, with and without the device, are
not influenced by outside, uncontrollable factors, such as individual driving habits, wind, weather,
and traffic.
EPA conducts tests on at least two different vehicles which are representative of the typical
vehicle for which the device or additive is intended. The tests are done in three stages. First,
the baseline is established by testing each vehicle without the device at least three times. Next,
the device or additive is installed on the vehicles and the same tests are repeated. For the third
stage, if and when EPA deems it necessary, the device is removed from the vehicles and the tests
are done again to determine whether the device affected the vehicles’ original performance.
Applicants are invited to be present during installation and testing of the device at EPA’s test
laboratory located in Ann Arbor, Michigan. 3
Program Overview
Test Results
EPA analyzes the data obtained from testing for statistically significant differences, either positive or negative. Emission results for each of the criteria pollutants (carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons and nitrogen oxides) are analyzed. EPA publishes a report of its findings in the Federal
Register, and posts it on our website.
If EPA finds that the device or additive caused a statistically significant increase in any of the
criteria pollutants, EPA will consider installation of the device/additive as tampering with the
emission control system even in the case where fuel economy is improved by the product. Tampering with a vehicle’s emission control system is illegal.
