It's good to see MSTF come alive again.
I've always believed...
picked up 10 million this morning, to add to my existing shares.
MSTF and American Nurses Association

The latest news release, regarding Healthcare Reform:
WASHINGTON – Trumpeting nurses' support for a health care overhaul while lamenting a worsening toll of uninsured, President Barack Obama kept up the pressure Thursday for congressional action.
"We don't need more partisan distractions," Obama said in remarks at the White House, speaking again on the issue just 14 hours after his Wednesday night address to Congress and a national television audience. "We have talked this issue to death. ... The time for talk is winding down."
The White House event was organized with the American Nurses Association, to showcase the group's backing for Obama's drive to revamp the nation's health care system. Obama says his plan would give people who have health insurance greater security, set up a marketplace for affordable access to coverage for those without and reduce health care costs for all.

Good news for MSTF
273,000 new government jobs coming within three years
The agency posting the largest increase in the number of available "mission critical jobs" is the Department of Veteran Affairs, which is expected to hire more than 48,000 new workers by 2012.
Most of the new hires -- 55,000 -- will be from the public health field. In fact, more than half of the VA's hiring will come from the medical profession: The agency's hospitals will need 25,000 nurses and 8,500 doctors nationwide.
"The biggest draw comes from the fact that we're fighting two wars," said Max Stier, president of the Partnership for Public Service. "There are a lot of returning service men and women who need medical professionals to take care of them."

Well, MSTF is on Pink Sheets... In Cali and not Nevada...
In a market niche that is in demand.
Plus, there are many that exceed 5 Billion, that I've seen hit pennyland.

Shows Monarch Staffing as the parent company
It was meant to be positive. It's all in the way you interpret or make up BS. In your case, you didn't know when to move on. So yeah, that statement applies to you and RMTD.
I like to lock in profits and ride on free shares :)
Don't recall, but I like...
"If you build it, they'll come."
Blah, blah, blah... same o same o.
You got burned on RMTD and can't deal.
Word... more like traumatized and need therapy.
Guaranteed, there will be some kind of healthcare reform.
It may not be the one proposed now, it'll be a compromised version.
The US is under a huge amount of debt, while borrowing more $ from China w/interest. Medicare/medicaid/social security are draining us. On top of that, we have our housing crisis, high/rising unemployment rates (unemployment $, to include extensions) and money spent on the war. We cannot continue the way we are, with high healthcare costs. At this rate, funding will run out soon and Generation X will not have Social Security when they retire.
If you want out, you can place a sell order that's good til cancelled @ .0002. On the next PR or two, sooner than later, I believe it'll take.
You have 3 choices:
- Cut your losses and sell on the next PR, so you can move on
- Buy enough shares to hedge your bet
- Complain and whine, like another bitter basher
For taxes, you can use up to $3,000 of that loss against other types of income, with any balance carrying forward to the next year as a short/long-term loss.
MSTF (DCI) have been around for 3 decades. They started the nursing consultants division almost a year ago. The demand for healthcare/nursing/staffing, will continue to grow.
With our gov healthcare crisis, I'm going to tuck away MSTF til it starts to move and benefit. It can only go up from here. MMs don't make much, selling @ .0001 base... so they'll need to move it up to .0002 soon and beyond.
I'm invested in other stocks, so not all eggs are in one basket.
Flem's Obsessive–Compulsive Disorder as a basher, mentioning MSTF and Walters:

Y'all have nothing better to do with your life than haunt the MSTF board with your negativity and OCD.
Our perogative to invest in this stock
Bitter Flem, who can't move on
Get over it
Ugh, we both missed out BIG TIME on that one.
Hopefully, SPPI will do just as well.
Potential of $20-$30 PPS w/any big Pharma agreement/buyout. BRISTOL-MYERS is over $22 in PPS.
If SPPI blows up like HGSI did recently, it would be awesome. Right before the weekend... HGSI went up $1... then on the following Monday, went from $3.32 to $12.51.... now has settled around $16.45. HGSI wasn't even a buyout, but has a collaboration agreement(s) with GlaxoSmithKline/Novartis for one of their positive phase III results.
Me too :) Initially, SPPI could double after Labor Day.
Spectrum Pharmaceuticals: Rumors of Buyout Talks Persist

Load up now before Friday, Sept 4th... before our 3 day Labor Day weekend.
Two crucial FDA Decision Dates:
September 7: Zevalin
October 8: Fusilev
Spectrum Pharma: Expect a Positive FDA Decision
This Labor Day, September 7, Spectrum Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:SPPI) expects an FDA decision for their non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) radio-immunotherapeutic (RIT), Zevalin.
Since institutional investors and hedge funds have been slow to catch on, SPPI still remains a hidden gem and an excellent investment opportunity.
· With a current price of $6.32 and a market cap of a mere $263 million, I anticipate shares of SPPI will likely see a dramatic rise in the coming weeks and months.
· Over the next 6 to 12 months, my price target for SPPI ranges between $23.80 and $26.67 with a market cap from $1.0 to $1.12 billion.
· If Zevalin sales continue to improve, then I anticipate that SPPI could likely be acquired within 12 to 18 months.

As usual, you're wrong.
Lameass comments from a basher(s), who should go back to their board, where they actually OWN stocks. You're not interested in MSTF. We already heard all you have to say daily, and them some more, over and over again. If you really want to do some good, why not go to the rest of Walters stocks and slap them around, indicating you'll take action and even beat him at his own game. Otherwise, you're just blowing air out of your ass.
Y'all actually sound really bitter and very OCD-ish, like sore losers, who whine and complain frequently, like a broken record. Ya don't see bashers from MSTF haunt the RMTD board.
Near future to long term value, is why we buy stocks. We're glad to see PRs and progress. I've seen stocks with more outstanding shares, go into pennies and above easily, w/o having to do a R/S. At any time, if there's sufficient demand after a PR(s), any MM can change their "ask value." Some have a history of R/S and are still able to hit sub to pennies/nickel/dime/quarter, etc.
With the swine flu, folks flock to pharma stocks with a vaccine in their pipeline. With electonic medical billing and health care reform, investors seek stocks with the potential to benefit from medical facilities - commercial and gov... no different than MSTF.
You have a good weekend too!
Weird, but I've noticed the more you bash, the more the stock/person does well. Kinda like how so many folks bashed Obama during the elections.... then boom, he won by a landslide.
If ya want the truth so bad, find it yourself. MOVE ON, if ya don't want to purchase the stock.
Of course you have those bashing the healthcare reform for good reason. No matter what they say/do, some version of it... even if there's a compromise, will get passed. We need to take care of this asap... or the next generation will not have Medicare, Medicaid and Social Security.
Nurses are in demand... that's not going to go away anytime soon.
It gets tiresome when the same bashers NAG daily, rehashing the same o same o... it becomes meaningless and goes over our heads.
MSTF can only go up from here... sheesh!

New Contract Awards Boost Monarch Staffing Revenues for 2009
2009 FEB 3 - (NewsRx.com) -- Monarch Staffing, Inc. (Pink Sheets:MSTF), and its wholly owned subsidiary Drug Consultants, Inc. (“DCI”) and new operating division Nurse Consultants (“NCI”), a provider of healthcare staffing services, announced the award of a new contract with the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (“CDCR”).
The new contract will provide California’s Gault Training facility with Temporary Registered and Licensed Vocational Nursing Services.
“We are proud to have been awarded another contract to provide services to the CDCR”, commented Edwina Chong, Executive Vice President.
“We were #1 out of 23 bidders and further solidifies us as a leader in healthcare staffing services to the CDCR”.
“This one-year contract will bring continued diversification to our nurse staffing business and further supports our growth initiatives”, commented David Walters, Chairman.
DCI furnishes personnel to perform a range of pharmacy, nursing and other healthcare staffing services in support of the operations of government and commercial facilities, including its largest client, the California Department of Corrections and
Rehabilitation.
DCI has experience in providing its services in rural areas of California where many state facilities are located and healthcare professionals are not readily available.

You're welcome :)
That one post on suggestions, got deleted... but I hope you saved the info.
Give it a rest Tony. No one is crying their eyes out. Your comment was lame. Like any investor, we're looking for updates and #s. As you can tell on Pink Sheets, MSTF is already under pressure to produce financials. There's also a warning, any company who doesn't and has anything to do with insider trading, is in violation.
I doubt you've noticed the trading trend that's been going on with ARCA.
I said 2 510(k) approvals. We already know one got approved. That 1st article was dated June 17, 2009.
EDAP, company EDAP TMS S.A. - their device approval today... was just an example.
That would be me alright :)
I guess I should buy a boat load of .0001s soon, to hedge my bet.
Sooner or later, MSTF better move!
Too funny. Thanks for the laugh :)
Too many outstanding shares and dilution.

I couldn't reply privately, since I didn't subscribe to IHub's upgrade package. You might be able to get some good ideas from the NEPH board on yahoo... Healthcare/biotech related - not specific to devices. When I do my DD on hidden gems, I also look for categories under, "Medical Devices." I'll let you know, if I find one that has the potential of NEPH. I have a few in mind, but they're not device related.
http://messages.finance.yahoo.com/mb/NEPH.OB
With any stock, there's usually some kind of leak, when it comes to FDA approvals/delays/denials, etc. To date, NEPH has had all their devices approved. NEPH is really good at releasing immediate PRs that pertain to FACTS (FDA communication, finances, etc.) and not fluff. FDA was behind 90 days on the last approval. For the remaining 2, we're into 90-120+ days. So I'm thinkin' we're very close... even any day now. Also, they have a DOD contract in the near term... that's another PPS bump.

http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Nephros-Reports-2009-Second-prnews-996045852.html?x=0&.v=1
Ok, EDAP just received their US FDA 510(k) approval TODAY, for their Sonolith i-Sys device - for lithotripsy which disintegrates urinary stones in conjuction with x-ray or ultrasound systems. Their PPS exploded over 250-300%, from $1.26 to $5.14... closed at $4.20 or $4.60 after hours. This is just for one device.
NEPH will likely receive BOTH or (2) 510k approvals at the same time. We closed over $2.50 today and will continue to climb, as the days draw near. I believe we can easily EXCEED $5.00 PPS, after FDA approvals.
Go back on the RMTD board. You got your financials there to review.
Something is definitely going on with internal management.
I would hold off on buying any more shares, until they turn on their lights - pressure to report financials. MSTF can't possibly stay in the dark forever. They've been around for 3 decades, with only good news as of late. Let's say they place a boat load of shares with ARCA, wanting to sell them... how the heck will they accomplish this, if they don't release news and update their info??? Kinda sad when you have a real company who's extremely undervalued. Anyone thought about reporting D.Walters, in order to expose him to someone/regulators who can do something?
Neph's rebound this morning was amazing.
Booyaaaahhhhh!!!
I'm in as of this morning. Looks like we have a great CEO who's aggressive - media launch and goal to list on AMEX in 3 years. The transparency and products are impressive.
As funds become available, I'm going to load up some more at this level :)
In the near future, NEPH can easily list on NASDAQ or AMEX.
Wow, what an awesome stock. They don't believe in fluff PRs, and have the ability to maintain their gains consistently with no news. When FDA, financials or contract PRs comes out... NEPH jumps really high.
While the stock market is experiencing whiplash, investors are buying NEPH, knowing it's one of the safest bets.
It would be interesting to see the L2 shot. I believe ARCA has something up their sleeve. The big bad wolf has scared away some MMs.
