As I stated before, you are free to ignore publicly verifiable facts about SSEV, and, regardless of my reason for posting, the fact still stands as publicly stated by the company. You say the TA is not gagged, but I'm certain you are not so unsophisticated about investing as to rely on information which is not presented publicly in writing. If the AS figure is not 10 BILLION, then the company can simply file a new statement to that effect with the Idaho Secretary of State and the case will be closed. Unfortunately, there are some traders who are content to make a profit off naive investors who foolishly believe some or all of the hype and misinformation presented on internet message boards without bothering to check publicly available information to the contrary. In my opinion, such naiveness is essential for the "success" of SSEV and other Walters' companies, and the fact this one is "non SEC reporting" seems almost perfect.

For anyone who missed my previous post, the link to the restatement of the articles of incorporation document is provided below. I also suggest visiting the RMTD and MSTF boards, paying particular attention to the numerous posts concerning the difficulty in selling once you have invested.
