Thats how I read it, OTCQX, OTCQB, and Pink Sheets are not considered NMS Securities.

I don't even want to think about what that would do to the OTC, last couple years been tough enough...lol

NMS vs. Other OTC
NASDAQ is the highest of four levels of over-the-counter (OTC) trading where companies must meet specific criteria of capitalization, profitability, and trading activity.
