LOL
He could be right in a different way though :D
If this was the case, then it would depend on if the assets were actually sold, or just acquired as the payment of liabilities. In that event, then yep investors would hold shares in the new company.
Yep anything is possible - it definitely doesn't have to be a bad thing either.
The actual business itself and the public shell are two separate entities in a way - whereas the public side could be sold as a "shell" that could be used to develop another business entirely.
What insurance company gives away details about its clients? What benefit would that have to the client/business relationship. Obviously Guard Dog established a contract agreement with Chartis to provide underwriting for the insurance.
Do you see an order now button on the Chartis website? If you don't, that's probably because someone like you (an individual) could not acquire a contract with Chartis and they probably require specific financials in order to approve underwriting an insurance policy such as the one Guard Dog provides.
Back to client/business relationship - do you see UBS naming all its customers on its website? That is a liability for both companies.
wow... www.google.com works wonders

get those reading glasses on...

"*This insurance is underwritten by Personal Identity Coverage.."
15 lol
Dude...hes detailing what is going on in the company, if you were a true long term investor I would think you'd care about everything else - why would he announce the A/S prior to telling everyone the REASONS for the A/S increase?
he said 50k now, 100k by end of year
its called transparency dude
fair weather fan over here
were you able to get all the stuff mentioned like credit reports and what not?
I believe its Shawn by the way just fyi lol
I still think a full page ad in seventeen magazine will get the biggest return...lol
theres two big reasons to buy right now on the front of ihub lol, IMO
I don't believe PPS in the short term matters as much to the company as it does to a trader though...but it could help I guess!
I am pretty sure its per word or character, I would assume between $150-$500 (500 is the top figure I have received when dealing with pinksheet companies)

"A nationally distributed release, for instance, through Business Wire is $476."
Yep, PRs aren't THAT expensive, but they really could add up and affect the bottom line, especially for a startup company that just launched a massive (and I would assume expensive) marketing campaign.
You know "dropping one PR a day" is really expensive, right?
Not to mention giving specific numbers of people in a PR is a no-no because in marketing and advertising, especially on the web, you cant guarantee that a certain amount of people will see the ads...
I would assume being fiscally responsible is more important than anything in a weak economy.
nobo, check out USDCHF
remember when I showed you a couple months ago bought in at about $1.00?
http://www.google.com/finance?chdnp=1&chdd=1&chds=1&chdv=1&chvs=Linear&chdeh=0&chdet=1264979885645&chddm=27620&q=CURRENCY:USDCHF&ntsp=0 (FYI - in case you havent traded FX before, its leveraged, I am currently at 1:100, so every $1 invested = $100 in trading volume, makes the decimal gains way more substantial :-p)
Anyone in FX looking for a longer term trade, USDJPY @ 90 looks decent if you have equity for a large drawdown and averaging down to 86.00 before ascent :-p
looks like this is workin now
I don't even have a facebook anymore (MASSIVE waste of time lol), but I added some "interests" to my girlfriends profile, like Identity Theft Protection and microcap, penny stock, etc. and it did appear once, before she made me delete it from her profile so she would not look like a loser to her digital friends.
I am from Chicago, and I beg to differ.
They are actually also based upon not only keywords, they are based on very specific demographics and keywords, and depending on the demographic, you may or may not see the ads.
For example, Mr. Analogy may not see them because the ads are probably targeted to users 18+ since users under 18 are unable to enroll.
Just a thought, lol
look how healthcare turned out.
Unless he pulls something huge out of his ass, his 4 years at the circus are coming to a close after all the promises that were made by his marketing campaign.
I don't hate the guy, I just think he should have toned down his marketing lies/maybe's - i.e. not promised things that only dumb teenage voters would fall for. lol
I think they are still working on it, I would assume they plan on putting the feedback button back on there too?
Maybe some changes tonight. It looks like all the actual FUNCTIONS of the site are working, I think they are just finalizing the layout and design portion...cause I can login and it looks like the signup pages are still working, even if they are the old layout.
I believe if a lot of people search for it but do not click it, they rotate it through to a less preferred spot, for reasons of saving the company money and optimizing the amount of clicks a certain ad obtains, since Google isn't in it for publicity, they are in it for the money and want your ad to be clicked and not just looked at lol
but if we all click it here we will be costing GD money
No problem, questions are better than ignorance :) Guard Dog pays Google every time someone clicks the link, so for example:
5000 people click the link, the link CPC is $0.25, it costs guard dog $1250.
fair weather fan...lol just kidding :-p
the higher you are (depending on search terms) the more expensive it is per click, with google its pay per click, and I believe you set a limit to the amount you are willing to spend for each click
probably readying it for a bigger campaign, they never even announced the last time they did the google searches (mid last year), were kinda hush about it (probably didnt want investors to start clicking the links lol), I wonder if the campaign has been optimized after their initial short run and is now ready to go - bet the first one was to do some SEO testing for the most effective keywords and what not
if you search for lifelock its there too lol
search for identity theft under google, looks like they finally started running ads - shows up as #3 for me
Maybe I should pay him a visit...lol
