What insurance company gives away details about its clients? What benefit would that have to the client/business relationship. Obviously Guard Dog established a contract agreement with Chartis to provide underwriting for the insurance.

Do you see an order now button on the Chartis website? If you don't, that's probably because someone like you (an individual) could not acquire a contract with Chartis and they probably require specific financials in order to approve underwriting an insurance policy such as the one Guard Dog provides.

Back to client/business relationship - do you see UBS naming all its customers on its website? That is a liability for both companies.
