Looks like he posted some financial information on the profitability of the company for the previous quater. I called some of the parties named in those press releases, mortgage/title company and a few others- all of whom were able to verify the information detailed in the press release. It's not that hard to find proof of what was posted with the information given.
Additionally, it seems that with profits showing at the mark that we've been shown, that it would be foolish to hire an accountant or attorny to go through and verify the financials- especially given that paying for such a thing would cost more than $50,000. If your profits are still under 500,000 a quarter, it seems wisest to spend the money you have in things that will generate more money. My point is, why spend $50,000 to prove what he already knows is true, when the only end result is that it will take money from a fund that should be used to create more profit, and would serve only to satisfy your lazy curiosity.
Look at some of the market research done for the area Amelot properties is purchasing, Fred is definitely onto something. And judging by the number of a few other mortgage purchasing corporations, he's not the only one who's collecting a profit. Good find.
JMHO
I've read the press releases, I assure you I know what I'm talking about. Re read them yourself if you don't believe me.
I just got off the phone with metropolitan title company, and they seem to think otherwise. I've also researched business models similar to Amelots, and what I've found is that, not only are similar companies doing well, they are helping families get back on their feet and making a killing at it in the process. In my opinion, given what I know and what I am seeing, this should be a fun one to keep an eye on. Congrats to all who are in early on this
I agree man, this stock seems very undervalued for what is taking place. The future looks good.
So not only did they get a late start, they had to deal with some unfortunate weather conditions, and still pulled that kind of profit.. Doing the math, one could almost make the prediction that next quarter might be say, $200,000, maybe more... multiply that by 4 and you've got almost a million dollar year... This is looking very good.
I agree. I'm really looking forward to hearing more about this venture. It's logical, it's sound, it fits really well with Fred's background and it's one of those simple stupid things. It's a great move, my only qualm is that it wasn't initiated sooner.
Does anyone know the timeline for wrapping up the resale of the first properties? It seemed like it was something that was going to take place relatively soon.
Go AMHD.
I'm liking the looks of this. Fred has a very successful background in this type of market, increasing position here is looking like a strong consideration for me. Hard not to notice the activity in the past few weeks, looks like someone has caught wind of the potential here. Time to start paying attention again.
According to you, the dump share proceeds went to hire lawyers to get the $312,000 back... What's a matter, is jet fuel gettin expensive or something?
Anyone know where Lowell wandered off to? I lent him $312,000.00 to buy a soda and I haven't heard from him in over a week!!
Why wouldn't I know that, is a better question. You think I'm gonna invest the kind of money I've invested without finding out a little bit about who's behind the operation?
That's why it's so funny when you think that he's off living some lavish lifestyle of the rich and famous, just throwing company money down the toilet. A lot of you have good points, but a lot of them are completely bogus and based off of pure emotional speculation.
But ya gotta give credit where credit is due, at least they're entertaining.
Are you familiar with Aziz's personal lifestyle? hahahaha He's a real baller lemme tell ya
Did you just say 'being built' ? Awesome!!! Where is this processor at???
ohhh wait... I mean.. Do you have any idea where a fella could find say... $312,000.00 ??
Yeah, well... people aren't doing a lot of things at this time.. But that doesn't mean the idea is a bad one.
I'm interested in hearing this also..
Dead business? Yeah..... right...
If you knew anything about the machine that was supposed to be built, you'd understand the potential it had, and still does.
So if you and Allen had sold it for 1.8m, how would Aziz have been taken care of? His full 312k returned?
I also would like to know Lowell's thoughts on the new information.
I can see if that were the case, that some negotiation would need to take place.. however, how much of the assembly process took place? $78,000 is a lot to pay someone for just ordering parts...
What are you even talking about!!??
Theft??? Aziz pays money for a product, he doesn't get it. For whatever reason he changes his mind. Since that point in time, he hasn't seen a dime of the $312,000 he paid for the product, which is apparently strewn about in some warehouse. Then, he's forced to dump shares on the market to legally retrieve the lost funds... Lowell files personal bankruptcy, and we're out $312,000. How exactly is Aziz the thief here?
Well did you assemble it? or did you just buy parts? Because if you just have a bunch of parts sitting around, and AMHD's money in your pocket, I really don't see the point in charging a company which is clearly serious about making you a part of this project, $78,000 as a restocking fee!!! That's pretty damn steep.
Second question: was the restocking fee a part of the contract?
Third question: you claim Amelot ran out of money to complete the project, and then Aziz dumped billions of shares to chase you down in some lawsuit to reclaim it's money.. If Amelot couldn't find financing for the project, how all of the sudden were they able to dump billions of shares to come up with money to file lawsuits and do whatever else you say they did? Why wouldn't they have just dumped shares to come up with money to complete the project?
People just don't offload billions of shares to fight a battle like that, unless they feel they've been truly wronged... You're story is full of holes.
Why not complete the project, settle like a gentleman, and charge a 10% restocking fee, which can be collected one year after the completion of the project, just to make sure everything goes smoothly? You get your restocking fee, Amelot gets it's state of the art machine, you get your credibility back and maybe partner with Turning Mill as it's chief engineer... Slate clean. Move on. Everybody wins.
Is this your final angle on the shares?
Because then you'll have to find out how to explain how Aziz gifted Fred all of his shares... Cause if he dumped em all, then he wouldn't have any left to give Fred... Which means, that Fred paid for the shares. Which means that the CEO of Amelot personally purchased over a billion AMHD shares on the open market.. Which means he stands a lot to lose, and gain as well...
Not a bad thing to know about the CEO of a company.
GO AMHD!!
He must mean Lowell.. Todd sounds like a made up name.
Well they should have a state of the art machine, but instead they got robbed and Lowell ran off with the money.. Your money, my money, our money.... But go right on ahead.. make him your best friend. You're explanation still doesn't add up... Where did all the shares come from? You have about 3 or 4 theories on it, depending on the day.. So.. which one is it?
What makes you so sure of that?
So.... interesting new light you're trying to shed on this case... You're saying that the $312K paid out to Lowell, was in no way correlated to the issuance of shares by Aziz... But instead, that the shares only amounted to a value of about $40,000, which was used to pay for a 'biojunk' machine in barbados to take advantage of a rare opportunity.. ? And once again, how many shares are you claiming were dumped to account for the $40,000 dollar Barbados venture? I think it was in the Billions, if I remember your claim...
Additionally... Another claim that was made from your stories, is that Fred never paid for the shares he owns in the open market, and that they were gifted to him from Aziz... If that is the case, where did Aziz get all those shares to give away, if he used them to dump on shareholders to raise capital for your 'Biojunk' machine?
So.. Where did the $312,000.00 come from? If it wasn't from dumping shares to raise capital, then it must have been from a private lender.. Cash. What kind of a person thinks of a scam where they throw away $312 grand of their own money?
Your scam story sounds scamy.
But I suppose that's because Aziz couldn't make up his mind on what types of parts he wanted, and so Lowell decided it would be best to just hang onto the $312,000.00 until Aziz could figure it out, or give the money back. I just wish Aziz would hurry up and decide on which part he wants Lowell to use, or if he would like the $312,000.00 back.. Silly goose
That's exactly like that. I mean, as long as we're painting a picture here, we may as well assume that Aziz dumped the shares to raise money to pay todd to complete a project. One that, to everyone sounded great. Only to have the bottom fall out and Todd walk off with the money, unhappy with whatever contract issues he had.. If you wanna be upset with someone, start asking the guy who walked off with your cash, and kept the pile of parts for himself. So you're telling me... that Todd, who had to file bankruptcy, went through a divorce, lost his business, and is now starting fresh in the tank industry... did absolutely nothing wrong? I suppose Aziz is responsible for all of that... Surely he must have some kind of wizard like magic spells, and can make himself appear in 4 or 5 places at the same time.. I mean as long as we're giving credit, we may as well add that to the list.. Also, there was a shortage of salmon this summer sesason while I was commercial fishing in Alaska, and I've been meaning to ask Aziz why he's decided to target them!! It just doesn't make sense!!
Like I said, I'm not claiming to know everything, and clearly I don't... But on the same token, it makes sense to assume that there are some misconceptions on Todd's side to the story as well. It's ugly regardless of how you look at it.
yeah, it's tough to debate on something when you don't have all the facts... And I don't have all the facts, so I'm ill equipped to hash it out. I'm sure there's a lot to the story unknown by both sides..
Yeah, well.. he did the same thing to all of his clients... skipped town...
Nor is it ethical to bid a job, have a company purchase parts for the job.. Leave the job unfinished with extra parts remaining, and then charge another company for the parts purchased by the first company to do a different job. And then not complete it again.. You guys seem really well informed....
That is definitely your own opinion.
Right............
not gonna happen.
jmo
Not quite what I meant.. but funny
I will tell you that my position is long (clearly) and that I am hopeful like the rest of us that something positive takes shape within the next few months. 12 months is a whole different animal, I try not to get myself too psyched up for things that haven't happened, but it's certainly not out of the question for something huge to happen. We're due.
Well, in all honesty, I'm not sure if it's a good idea to post how that worked out for me, but during that time, if you recall, we were in the 3 penny range.. and it worked out quite well for me. But that was before Aziz went into his diluting frenzy. I think now, we're getting to a place where we're finally able to recover from that. Like I said before, in my opinion, I think the days are nearing where we will see this stock begin to climb again. In addition to that, I think we're gonna see some tangible things that we can really get excited about. I by no means think we're home free, but I think we're far enough out of the shadows that we can take a certain comfort in distant but nearing illumination of the future. And you guys are right, Fred may not be a petroleum engineer and as far as I know, he's not a scientist of any sort, but he is, a great businessman, and in the interest of business I think we sit well with him in the drivers seat. I know it's been a long time coming, and as long as it's taken us to get here, you might be asking yourself if we're in the drivers seat of a walker, (a reasonable question) however, Amelot is picking up speed. Don't take my word for it though, sit and watch for a few.
I admire your tenacity. ; )
One could easily assume that conclusion, however, you would find yourself in the same mix of folks who thought the world was flat, and in the same company as Thomas Edison nay sayers who gave up on him after his many failed attempts to make the lightbulb. There's gonna be hurdles in technology, especially the types of technology that affects mass transit and people on a global scale. Amelot has some really innovative ideas for how to utilize some of these technologies, and I'm as frustrated as the rest at times, so I hear ya. However, I've spoke to Fred several times over the past 6 or 7 years, and implementing these ideas and concepts into fruition, increasing shareholder value, building this company into a valuable resource for biodiesel consumers and forging a path that inspires growth and development are some issues I feel he really cares strongly about. Say what you want, but with that guy it's not just business, it's personal. And regardless of the setbacks, I think he takes a lot of pride in Amelot, and it's my honest opinion that we'll see some of these things happen in the not so distant future.
It pays to be great.
Probably a smart move!!
I mean honestly, with the Turning Mill thing off our backs, it's gonna be tough to be turned down for financing. This is turning into a win win situation for everyone. Relationships have already been established for future endeavors, foundations have been built, the non issuance of shares over the past three years speaks volumes for the leadership within the company, as well as the stability of the stock. Fred's walking the walk. A fella doesn't purchase a Billion shares of a company with the idea that it's not going anywhere.
It's time to put some of those ideas in motion, and I think that's what we're about start seeing. Congratulations Fred, now lets see what you're really made of!!
Go Amelot !!
I believe this may be the beginning of what's known as 'The Gravy Train'
