Being in the black is always good! I hope you are right.
I sold about 1+ year ago; and moved my "remaining" cash in BPAX into another biotech that has recouped by losses. I recalled bring up how crappy the share price was at that point in time and the 3 Amigos (Jeff, JTFM and Nutzy) jumped on my case (the discussion is still on I-hub). I wish the longs the best of luck however I am so glad I am out. I will take I look at this this company and this board now and then, when I am having a bad day; it reminds me it can always be worst!
Yes Johnny - I agree with Parents! "You are gravely mistaken johnny in just about every word of your post;"
Yes there have been regular shareholders meetings - however you have not been invited.
Yes there are financial statements - but you can't see them (you are a non-believer).
The stock price has not come down! In our Parallel Universe it's trading at 1.30! Your world has the decimal point in the wrong place.
This is a family owned business so we don't need to tell you who are our clients nor our marketing team etc..
Please sell you shares and stop posting - you are causing a disturbance in the force!
Sure. However I see another poster answered by question. I will try my best to answer the question you ask me. What I mean by an agenda based shareholder is typically a shareholder that focuses only on one side of the risk/benefit coin. They will only focus on potential of the company and sweep on the rug any and all risk, whether associated with management, the product etc. The same goes for the "bashers" they only focus on the risk, and ignore its potential entirely. A non-agenda based shareholder wishes and hopes for the success of the company, however, they regularly (once a quarter or annually depends on the person) assess the the risk/reward proposition and focuses on both side of the coin. They are primarily concerned about the success of the enterprise. Which means they want the best management team possible that will generate success ( share price being a key metric for shareholders - granted not the only key metric) for the organization. They are not wed to a specific management team and can discuss openly changes in management without any emotion or strong feelings. In other words, I don't care if Bret runs the company or not - I am only interested in NNLX reaching its full potential = $ for shareholder.
Hey Dougwur - thanks for the post! Very refreshing to hear from a non-adgenda based shareholder!
Zero Transparency + potential funny business ( patent issues, self-dealing, CFO surround by family/friends in a business setting, the issues goes on and on) = crappy share price and getting crapper by the moment. Heck, Bernie Madoff was more transparent than Bret. But Bernie sure did like surrounding himself with family and friends. Also our one "institutional investor" bolted. But other than that NNLX is doing great in IMO.
What do you think share price of PIPE will be? Given the lack of volume in the NNLX shares would throw out .10 per share.
Thanks! Nice work!
Does anyone know if the new PIPE transaction has already occurred ( I assume one was in the works - but I could be mistaken). Also are PIPE transactions disclosed - interested in know the investor's buy in share price.
Threes - I view lack of transparency and creditability as inter-mingled. Regardless, I agree 100 percent with your post. Also the future potential for dilution may be countering all the recent positive news and developments.
I am surprised the sp is at .42. I under estimated Bret's creditability issues with the market.
Thanks - nice find! BTW, management gets an F in communication. Management seems to have a hard time sharing public information with shareholders.
Any updates on the Bio T gel situation?
Next steps? Sales force?
I would agree with your statement. In any event, success is success. Let's measure and celebrate on milestone at a time. Congrats to management, our 3 party labs partners and our fellow shareholders. It's nice to get some "really" good news! Success breads success - lets keep the ball rolling in a positive direction!
Any theories on why retail investors have zero interest in BPAX?
Attached below is an article whereby the author stated " Antares dropped Libigel like a hot potato". Well, as you pointed out, Antares still has Libigel on their webcite under pipeline - no "hot potato" there! They are waiting for round 2; just like us.

Good question! FDA = Sales; FDA delay = Cash burn. Does any one know how much cash on hand NNLX has? Just trying gage at what point will NNLX need to do another PIPE, if any.
Market cap of 25 million - cash on hand of 46 million? Interesting ratio! Jumped in today, how much more of a pig can one be? I must admitted this is weirdest situation I have invested in.
Nice! Long time coming!
Reasonable assessment. I couple of weeks ago I would have laughed if you said the price would hit 1.20! Now going under a buck is clearly possible and perhaps likely. I am watching and waiting for the final, final floor. Another reverse split? Lots of POed shareholder!
Please us know when your urge to sell is at its peak! I have been wait to buy at the bottom.
Do you personally know Bret?
Congrats and good luck!
Sure is! I'm going to be a total pig a wait longer - I have been already cut my this dropping knife. Rather wait after the bounce and see where it settles.
Honest post. Can't argue with your logic. I was thinking buying some more at 2 bucks and decided not and wait until the daily beating of BPAX stops. I may pick more share cheaper I may not - lets see what happens in the short/ near term.
Looks like the Jefferies guy was spot on with his target price and BTW my cell phone has retained its value better than my BPAX shares. But what do I know? According to the 3 wise men of BPAX I don't have a clue ( and that maybe true) however the fact that BPAX is being punished on a daily basis does not escape me nor does that fact escape the value on my brokerage account. I purchased BPAX at .60 and at mid .40s thinking it was rock bottom - guess what I was wrong - way off. I am not selling my shares, I believe this is still a good company however I have not bought any shares post reverse split, I thought about it but did not - thanks to the Jefferies Dude! And guess what as of today - not buying - AWESOME moving. Once BPAX is longer being taken out behind the shed for its daily beating - I will re-assess buying at that point in time. Lastly take a look at my post discussing market sediment - followed by the typical pumptard replies.
My experience in calling any government agency, (unless you have the direct extension or number of a subject matter expert) you are guaranteed of getting wrong information. For example, never call the IRS general number for tax advise. For sure you get some sort of bazaar answer. Now if they send you something in writing, give you a publication or a reference that's different.
Nice post. Spot on IMO.
Thanks! Also I agree with you post.
I may not understand the facts according to you, but you don't understand the the share price is 2.14. One needs to take their head out of the sand now and then and take a look at the score board and if you haven't notice it's 2.14. But you completely missed my point.
There are many factors why the stock price is where it is. IMO, us long are the contrarians (eg. I happened to be a contrarian), the market has completely discounted the cash on hand to zero. The 2 dollar SP represents the pipeline value of BPAX. So why is the cash discounted to zero? IMO, the market believes Libigel is a "loser" and BPAX will burn through its all cash with no return. So that my friends is the 25 dollar per share question. What does the market know that management or shareholders doesn't know or vice vs. Understanding why folks believe Libigel will fail is just as important as understanding why it will succeed. Investors/shareholders that understand both sides are rarely surprised at outcomes. I think it is important for us longs to completely understand why we are contrarians - putting the SP blame on Market Manipulation, lazy market analyst, shorts etc.. - small part of the answer.
Or they can be selling them for cost, or below cost just to get a foot in the door. I sold my NNLX position couple of months ago in the .50s only because other biotech companies where cheaper by comparison. Made some money on them and I today brought back at .38 and .39. I rather be lucky than good any day. Even though I consider my shares to be "free" thanks to the "Bret factor" I will still input by two cents whether negative or positive. I believe this company is a the verge of exploding or imploding. IMO, imploding suggest Bret is a con man, crook and as of today I don't believe he is. So that's why I jumped back in.
Thanks!
Thanks!
I am traveling and missed the conference call. Is there a playback number I could dial-in or a webcite?
Yes - the silence from the pockets of the insiders is getting me POed. You don't have a closed period for buying shares for more than six months!
I am no fan of AF! However, the market as of today is in agreement with him, and that is a fact. Us longs are the contrarians to the market. The market has given us a zero value for the pipeline and is in fact discounting the cash burn at a rather fast rate. To date, the market does not agree with our analysis. Our weapons are the cold hard fact both good and bad. If we are correct, at some the big boys will step in and change things around. Until then the negative market will continue. I would not waste any call AF names (especially while the stock price is at 2.33) - time better spent breaking down his analysis and where he is omitting facts or the fallacy in his interpretation of the facts. Addressing the risks head on and as well the potential is the best antidote against AF, name calling only gives him satisfaction that his is right.
It's a blood bath. While we wait for news - we are getting killed.
I just started to look at this company. What is there next expect milestone? Also how long before they burn through the cash on hand and will need to borrow or issue shares? Thanks
