Sure. However I see another poster answered by question. I will try my best to answer the question you ask me. What I mean by an agenda based shareholder is typically a shareholder that focuses only on one side of the risk/benefit coin. They will only focus on potential of the company and sweep on the rug any and all risk, whether associated with management, the product etc. The same goes for the "bashers" they only focus on the risk, and ignore its potential entirely. A non-agenda based shareholder wishes and hopes for the success of the company, however, they regularly (once a quarter or annually depends on the person) assess the the risk/reward proposition and focuses on both side of the coin. They are primarily concerned about the success of the enterprise. Which means they want the best management team possible that will generate success ( share price being a key metric for shareholders - granted not the only key metric) for the organization. They are not wed to a specific management team and can discuss openly changes in management without any emotion or strong feelings. In other words, I don't care if Bret runs the company or not - I am only interested in NNLX reaching its full potential = $ for shareholder.
