The Bottom Line...
is that there is absolutely no way on God's green earth that there will be several trillion dollars just handed to a bunch of greedy penny stock investors that thought that they could get rich for a few hundred bucks. The information that this was all a scam was out there long before this stock was delisted. If you want to know who is responsible for your losses look in the mirror. You have been scammed repeatedly by lawyers, from Stocklein to Glenn to Frizzell to Hodges. Not one of these vampires has ever produced a thing for anyone but themselves where this stock is concerned. Also, every one of them had impeccable reputations and would never get involved in anything with even a hint of impropriety according to many here. One last thing.....why do we only hear about these things in bulletin boards and lunatic newsletters? Doesn't anyone wonder why this story can't even get a sniff of attention in any legitimate media? It is because it is all a bunch of nonsense bought into by a bunch of willing victims that have no more business investing that Bobo the Chimp. There is no trust fund, no payout and no hope.
This is too much!
I cannot believe that he actually went and filed this nonsense. Either Hodges is completely nuts or this is some misguided plea for attention. These ambulance chasers work for themselves and themselves only. Assuming they care about anyone else is foolish at beast.
What freaking scumbags
these people are. I e-mailed Ciavarella and he sent me back a forward-looking statement with a hint of needing some people to "prop up the company" since they were broke and, according to that piece of shit, needed money for the filings. This is exactly why I don't invest in these stocks anymore. Have you ever heard of cmkx? You should check out their board. This bunch of loons think that they are going to get $5.00 a share from the sec for stock manipulation. The stock ended up with 778 BILLION O/S!!!!! Most paid .0001 to .0007 per share. Many of them think that there is 3 trillion dollars in an account waiting for them when it is finally released. They think that Goerge Bush stole the money and put it in his private account!!!!! ROFLMAO.
LOL
Yeah, this doesn't tell us much as far as what their plan is. I must assume they have some plan if they are spending the money to file.
LOL Who knows?
I would have to assume that they have some sort of plan. Otherwise, why bother with all of this? Of course, this bunch has done some things in the past that could only be described as head-scratchers so who knows?
Wow...they are still making progress. I wonder where this is going? I hope it isn't leading to another massive r/s.
That is better than they have been.
However, it sure looks like a lot of dilution has been going on. I wonder how long until the next 1-10 reverse split?
Wow.... 29k traded all of a sudden? Where the heck did that come from? I haven't seen that many shares traded in years. I wonder what they are up to now and where the interest came from all of a sudden?
This whole thing is a convoluted mess which is the hallmark of a scam. There is no tangible business except for shares flying around. I can't help but wonder how they will make money off of shares that don't trade. Someone must be making money somewhere otherwise why would they bother with all of this nonsense, other than to try and somehow get past the lastest court issues?
These Chinese guys seem to come and go quite a bit. It makes you wonder exactly what they have been doing and why. It looks like another potential lawsuit to me which will drag out the execution of their "business plan" even longer. What a joke this company is. The latest CEO quits right in the middle of them getting caught up on their filings.
That was my thought....
as I looked at this more and more. It is a loser and has been for a while. I made some money on these types of stocks and lost on others, including this one. Fortunately, this one only cost me a few grand and I bought it with the proceeds from another sale, a thousand shares of an an oil stock got for $2.50 a share and sold for about $30. I stupidly lost quite a bit of that back on penny stocks. I have since stopped buying these type of stocks. I don't have the time or inclination any more to spend trying to figure out which scams look good for a few bucks and have potential as opposed to those that don't, and when I did I was still wrong. This is the only one I have left. I am just sticking with my 401k...lol. Have a good one.
I wonder...
if they have the money, or are willing to spend it, to do the filings? If so, what is their end game for doing so? Is it to look like a real company for the trial? I know this much....if this thing ever runs up again I will be selling what few shares I have left after the r/s asap.
New filing!!!
Here is the latest filing from the company. They have not been able to keep to their original filing schedule but it is nice to see them moving forward as quickly as they can.

Well put....
between Faulk and Frizzell there is not a single bit of experience or history that makes them qualified to run a business. They have stepped into the void that UC left to continue to profit at the expense of the CMKX shareholders. They will get noithing for the shareholders but they did get a company with a ton of shareholders for free. They can ignore all of you and carry on with their plan to get rich @ your expense. What is happening with that property they got? Who will benefit from any future monies coming from illicit CMKX activities? They will, not you.
It is perfect...
for the average CMKX investor. They buy some scam such as Spongetech @ .0001 and think to themselves "this thing only has to go to .0002 for me to double my money!". Then, they extrapolate further by thinking..."wow....if it only makes it to .001, I will make 10x my money!". From there it is "why stop there...if it goes to just a penny I can make 100x my money!". They see the MM's occasionally post an ask price of .0002 and they get so happy they buy more, not realizing that there are no buyers at that price only sellers. It is sad ,really, that people can be so greedy that they repeatedly fall for the same BS.
No, not mine....
I haven't wasted a dime on this scam. They have repeatedly come for the money of the gullible shareholder that believes that some two bit hack writer and an ambulance chaser are going to lead some revolution and make them rich. The chumps here are truly some of the worst investors that have ever bought a share.
Huh?
Wait till our story gets out? How much more out can it get? It has been out since 2004 that this is a raging scam. How many booka, articles, etc. need to be written to consider it out? The SEC doesn't care about a bunch of greedy people that styed in a stock despite overwhelming evidence it was a scam, not the least of which was the revocation in Canada, the lack of an address, the 20 billion shares traded a day, etc. One thing you can rely on, there will be more charlatans like Faulk and Frizzell coming here to get your money. Those two are probably figuring out how to separate you from more of your cash right now. Whatever the latest lie is many of you will buy in.
Mark Faulk...
is nothing more than a scamming opportunist. He hawks worthless books and stupid theories that are proven only in the mind of the most ardent believers in NSS. He fits right in with the scamming bunch of thieves in Tyler. You know what he has in common with Frizzell, other than hijacking the shell CMKX? Frizzell conned money out of this bunch of shareholders with his phase 1 and phase 2 scam, and Faulk, the pseudo author, wrote a book and sold it mainly to CMKX shareholders. You got way more DD from pedro than you EVER got from Frizzell or Faulk. What did the publication of Murky Mark's book do for the shareholder? It was supposed to unleash a revolution. The only revolution unleashed was the spinning of his bank account numbers as the believers bought in. Sad.
I was talking....
about pantherj. This person is the one I replied to and is the one that somehow believes this is true or may be true.
So what????
This is exactly why it is about to be unleashed. Shorty is on the run and we are golden. The DHL packet is in the mail and this confirms it. If you just read between the lines a bit you will see the plam unfolding in all its splendor. Bend over shorty, Urban is driving. I saw a secret document that showed, without a doubt, that the Vatican took control of CIM and UC was made a Cardinal. It is posted in Aequian on the Vatican website in a secret location, which I found and translated. What more evidence do you people need?
Of course you have...
lol. I guess you have never "been to lunch" with any of the ones that have gone bankrupt.....which is about 70% of all pro athletes within 5 years of leaving their sport. Also, Stephen Baldwin, Bernie Kosar, Ed McMahon and the legions of other rich people to go bankrupt even though they don't pay for anything EVER don't travel in your elite circle. Get a life you lying loser.
"Lifestyles of the rich and famous by pantherj". ROFLMFAO.
Ummmmm....
I would guess that a person that is so intelligent as to still hold this stock would know what the word satire means. Well, maybe not....roflmao.
Another post...
that has in it a request for money. This person is soliciting members for his scam newsletter. I wonder how many of the suckers here subscribed to this one? Probably the same ones that subscribed to Story's nonsense.
Wow...
what a great idea. Post some info that you say has some link to CMKX and surely several of the fish here will buy it. The scamming never ends with a group as gullible as this one.
LOL
This is a civil issue. What does it have to do with their freedom?
ROFLMAO
This same drivel has been posted so many times in so many forms it is pathetic. The answer to all of your questions is very simple. The SEC does not care about a bunch of greedy gamblers who flushed their money down the toilet based upon rumor, innuendo and intuition. There were no financials, no business and not even so much as an address. You all knew all of this yet you held for the 'big payday". Years later, you still sit here clinging to these theories like a life preserver. They knew most of you would just move on to the next scam and lose more. There is no cure for stupid and no immunization for greed. Most of you have both in spades.
As usual....
A lot of BS, no action. It seems to be "business" as usual.
Well....
tomorrow is the self-imposed deadline for the remaining filings. I wonder what will happen. If history is any indication, we will see excuses and nothing else.
You're right....
especially from the suckers that have repeatedly been scammed by UC, Tyler, Faulk, etc. It never ends.
Here you go hasher...
this is just another attempt to spin an old, tired story into something current.
http://www.sec.gov/news/press/2008/2008-54.htm
This...
is over a year old. What does it have to do with today since these issues have already been aired and resolved for the most part?
This....
has nothing to do with this stock whatsoever. Do you people even understand what a derivative is or why they are there to begin with? Well, I guess if you believe in the Citibank theory or the sting theory I guess you will believe anything.
What is the mes you speak of???
The markets respond to buying or selling pressures. They do what they do and that is that. Anyone that thinks it is a scam or whatever should put their money in savings and not invest. There will always be scams with regards to anything having to do with money. People that do research and invest wisely will make their 8-10% over time as they always have. People that buy subpenny stocks will continue to get scammed because they rely on bb's, pr's and gut feelings. Sure, the Enron's of the world will always pop up but they are dealt with. Suckers that get scammed by .0001 stocks get no sympathy, no attention and deserve what they get. There is a reason that Avarice and Coveting are deadly sins.
Oh...
well, I am just looking at it through the lens of a CMKX shareholder. 500 billion really isn't a lot.
LOL
I bet there is about 500 trillion tons of perfect kimberlite, the kind that makes a million millionaires.
Well..
TSX don't confuse them with facts or logic. That will be soundly rejected and you will be known a a basher. I will give you a brief example of the logic these geniuses understand.
We have a $1.47 per share payout coming and this latest claims news proves it. Shorty is on the run since the money just got to the Vatican. I know this is true because the Citibank CEO just got replaced, proving the NSS is real and we are all rich. FFGO is secretly holding our Uranium claims. I know this because their share price never gets over .0001 just like CMKX. Checkmate shorty! Leo Wanta claims that he has 27 trillion dollars hidden away that he is hiding from the Govt. so they can't get it. What more proof do you need that the payout is at hand? The fact that they have not arrested UC proves that the plam is working like a charm. He is behind the scenes orchestrating this massive NSS sting operation. Just read the PR from 2004 where he says he will make a million millionaires. The banking problems had nothing to do with the housing issues and too much cheap money....it was the Fed getting our payout together. Die shorty die!
Yep....
first, UC scammed them the hardest. Then, when he could no longer fleece them, Frizzell came and got 5000 more of them to donate to phase 1, substantially less but still a large number for phase 2, then his hustle played out. Then, Faulk shows up with a book that, if not for CMKX shareholders, would not have been read by anyone. Many, many of them ponied up another $25 for the book, furthering the scamming of the "shareholders". As a matter of fact you people don't even have a way to sell your shares therefore they are worthless and basically render you a former shareholder. These guys in Tyler saw you suckerws coming a mile away, as did Faulk. You got nothing for phase 1 and 2 but a few pr's. Pedro dug up way more for free. There was the phantom interpleader for one thing. When will people here quit being hustled by con men? Frizzell is no more a securities lawyer than I am. He was a broke, barely functioning ambulance chaser that hooked on and has done well for himself at your expense.
roflmao
I have read some ridiculous posts but this one is at the top of the list. Your money is safe in a revoked stock that hasn't traded for years, is ran by a bunch of people with ZERO experience in mining or any real business, and, quite frankly, have fleeced the shareholders even more.
What evidence is there that suggests that these claims are anything at all? Is it the holes they drilled that showed nothing? Is it the fact that they couldn't mine them because nobody else in the industry thought they were any good hence no investors, or is it that this scenario fits into your preconceived notion that this company is a heartbeat away from making you a billionaire? Get a grip....it is a long way down from that perch of denial you sit on.
Sure it is....
but to explain away their lack of action by assuming it is a secret plot that only longs understand is ridiculous. I honestly believe that they SEC doesn't give a whit about a bunch of greedy shareholders investing in a .0001 stock with no financials and no verifiable business and trading more in a day than both the NASDAQ and NYSE combined.
Some people want to know why the SEC didn't do anything about this when they figured out it was a scam. I want to know why anyone bought this stock or held it when it was obvious it was a scam. The shareholders had all the information that the SEC had.
Wow...
three hundred billion dollars, 11 mile pipes of the best kimberlite in the world. Why aren't there investors lining up to mine this bonanza? How did it slip by every legitimate diamond company in the world? I guess it is all part of the plam.
