This same drivel has been posted so many times in so many forms it is pathetic. The answer to all of your questions is very simple. The SEC does not care about a bunch of greedy gamblers who flushed their money down the toilet based upon rumor, innuendo and intuition. There were no financials, no business and not even so much as an address. You all knew all of this yet you held for the 'big payday". Years later, you still sit here clinging to these theories like a life preserver. They knew most of you would just move on to the next scam and lose more. There is no cure for stupid and no immunization for greed. Most of you have both in spades.
