I think we will be running to .003 pretty quick and then beyond once dist is listed. Couple nice PR's and MOMO could run us to a penny if not more with in two weeks. HFBG needs to keep the MOMO going after the CE is lifted for us to skyrocket. JMO

A couple of weeks ago, Hall of Fame Beverages, Inc. (HFBG.PK) issued a press release detailing the company's preparedness to "Say Goodbye to Caveat Emptor."

This May 17th press release tells us "that once the legal opinion letter is accepted by Pink Sheets Llc., the 'Caveat Emptor' should be removed within a few working days."

Thursday night, this legal opinion letter, "stating that all relative information is true and correct to the best of the knowledge of everyone involved," was made public.

As a result, $HFBG gained 20% on Friday, and The Dean thinks this sub penny stock could be ready to rock and roll this week.

Question: If there is an offer on the table and of course we know that Rothman would take it no matter if it's .001 or .004, why would he be worried about the CE?

Why not just let the offering company worry about it?

Uhmmm..I don't think so. Yesterday counter offer didn't move the PPS much. I don't think news of awareness about the CE would do much. Might move to .0004 on all the hype for a short time but the flippers will bring it back at .0003 if not less. JMO

I dont think pinksheet can halt trading. They will keep the CE on until he files.

12 months ago is when the they had FIRST the LOI that everyone bought into but it never materialized. Then it went back to no bid about 2 months later.

I did get an email from Jamie (SolarTech China) about 6 weeks ago. Nothing positive about that email if I recall and nothing to do with SNRS.

I would think all the longs here including myself are smart enough to know that SNRS is no where close to the worth of .004 or even .001.

Longs, just remember the "Letter of Intent" stuff that went on over a year ago. We fell for it once. I just find it very odd that no offering company has been mentioned. I think it keeps them in the clear if the offer or LOI is doesn't materialize. I see these multi fluff PR's coming out to keep the PPS at .0003-.0004 so they can dump shares POSSIBLY. Not saying they are but wouldn't put it past them.
