For starters..
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/03/14/power-plant-air-pollution-coal-kills_n_833385.html
Imagine how many people would completely freak out if you changed the word "coal" to "nuclear"
Here is another interesting post:
http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2010/06/21/gasland-documentary-shows_n_619840.html
People are so dang uppity about nuclear power. I't been the safest source of power for the past 40 years..
What's going to happen when we have to plug all our cars into an electrical grid that is powered by carbon based fuel? We can't develop enough alternative energy sources fast enough. IMO..
Yep.. gotta hold them cards close to his chest, lest Exxon move in and steal his business plan.. lol
LOL..
Been there done that a couple years back. Mark is a personal injury lawyer, ever check Nova? Ever (fully) checkout Mrutyinjaya or Howard? Their influence as Board Members have huge impact according to the PR's Brian spews through Rossi.. You know, Rossi of Capital Keys?
Nevermind, I made a mistake in my last post.. It's not the personal injury attorney or the accountant who was formally employed at Futrovsky & Tossman for 14 months 10 years ago nor the director of GTII (hahaha) and Signature Motor Cars Inc. I'm concerned with.
Im actually fascinated with the the advisory board that SRE, SC shares with Methes and Sunsi. Ever been down that path?
I meant advisory board not BOD.. My bad.
If I were Brian, I'd starting cooking up a new scheme. Pressure treated wood telephone poles, a hair coloring salon, chiropractic center (singular) housing a back machine and a bio-fuel warehouse with a leaky roof don't seem to be working out.
hummm.. I hear there is huge money to be made in cloud computing..
Interesting statement..
Ever try to talk to a member of the BOD. Can you find an address, email, or read anything a BOD member ever posted or wrote? Have you ever found independent 3rd party corroboration or validate their curriculum vitae?
I won't call people who probably don't exist liars..
Of course I still stand behind what I wrote. Although what happened in Japan is horrible, nuclear energy is still a very viable and safe alternative to traditional carbon based energy.
Did you know that emissions from coal plants and pollution from natural gas wells have killed more people over time than more than 500 nuclear plant accidents? Looking at the statistics it is a fair assertion to say nuclear power is and remains the safest form energy over the past 50 years.
As for the political support? First they are 'politicians' and won't take a stand for something that will 'potentially' harm chances of re-election.. Second, I can sum it up in one easy statement:
SELECT * FROM politicians WHERE clue > 0
Agreed.. something stinks here and has for months.
Nice being sarcastic.. Lets hope that Judge Moss denies the order and keeps it off calendar. This could be tied up for years.
Yep.. very nice.
Yea.. Freeware / self configuration argument.. lol. Sounds like your solution uses a Microsoft access front end to a SQL server.. Have you configured this to meet HIPPA and all EDI transaction code sets? Are you ready for the new changes in 2012? You must work for a huge organization..
Of course there is freeware and customers can absolutely do this by themselves. That's the case for every piece of software on the market. Most companies however won't use freeware or don't have in-house talent to configure an EMR system themselves. Also, customers who use freeware (and often publicly licensed code) to manage private health information in data repositories will have a hell of a time justifying the use of open source freeware to the BOD in a lawsuit. Could you imagine?
In other words, small to medium business will pay for security certified software packages or or properly configured systems using a 3rd party solution.
It simply means someone has filed a motion for an to abate of dismiss the case which is off calendar.
The key in in the term is "motion for order to abate of dismiss.."
In english - abate: to put an end to something. The term in legalese is someone the wants a motion to stop the dismissal of the case which is off calendar.
In other words, someone is bitching it was placed off calendar.
Question is who filed the motion. Plaintiff or defendant?
hehehe.. me either, fully..
So it's done then.. Now what? Pretend for a moment you were not invested in this.. If you had to step out of the box, re-do all the DD, would you re-invest in this? What our our assets? Employees? Corporate structure? Brilliant leadership? gymnastic maneuvering? Cash on hand?
We still where we started 2 years ago.. dude joins the pickens plan, drops some impressive but hard to verify names, pumps an alt fuel plan and says he's making headway with land purchases, equipment purchases, financing, contracts.. Only to find out it's all smoke. I'm very surprised the SEC hasn't investigated this by now.
Knowing what I know now, I wouldn't touch this..
C'mon 0009's.. let me out.
LOL..
Chapter almost finished in this never ending drama.. Something different anyway.. ;)
I think it is a good sign. Wonder if BS will spew a PR soon..
off calendar adj. refers to an order of the court to take a lawsuit, petition or motion off the list of pending cases or motions which are scheduled to be heard. A case or motion will be ordered off calendar if the lawyers agree (stipulate) to drop it, if the moving party's lawyer fails to appear, if a suit is settled pending final documentation, or any number of procedural reasons for the judge to determine the case should not proceed at that time. A suit or motion can be put back "on calendar" by stipulation of the lawyers or upon motion of either party.
Hummm.. pressed hard board from wood chips... Looks like BS maintained some bridges.. Always good to stay in touch with old contacts.. :)
LOL.. I'm a slow reader these days.. ;)
RE: B..
Because Marketwire costs a couple of hundred bucks, and the 'management' can't afford to even pay for an updated website... Think about it.. lol
Yet they don't fix this..
http://www.syndicationinc.net/sentinel_renew.php
Typical...
Same old stuff.. Rosemont control.. blah, blah, whoopie.. And ya would think they could at least spell background correctly.. lol
RE: 3 and 4.. Can't find anything viable on BEEN.. Nothing on the peeps, not product, plant, contract or customer... Still looking.. lol
These people? hummm you mean that person.. lol
BTW.. the involvement with BEEN is as about as convenient as the involvement with Mack.. It's all smoke.. Do the DD and build a timeline for BEEN.. More holes and unanswered questions. More pinky BS.. Time will tell.. Go SyNJ! Hit .0009.. please. ;)
LOL.. I know man.. I know.. It goes all the way back to Kemper Pressure Treated Forest Products, Inc...
man, thats a lot of money to invest on a guy posing as a leader in green technology trying to raise a whopping 1 million dollars in venture capitol..
I mean, wow, 20k? That's a lot of time and resources placed on a one dude company who can't seem to even purchase a small warehouse with a leaky roof in the middle of a rural South Carolina county.
Imagine if he had to like, say, run a business or something?
Yea.. kinda like the rest of these companies on this list..
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/board.aspx?board_id=1783
Yes, they are fighting back which makes this not your typical pinky scam. They have not disappeared into the "next get rich off investors scheme" which speaks volumes in itself. There is sooo much anti-nuke fighting here.. Keep watching, it's gonna get interesting.
Sounds 'reasonable'.. Kinda like the statement..
"Only an untrustworthy person would run for office. The fact that politicians are untrustworthy is proof of this."
;)
we wouldn't? hahahah ok..
Poor Derek.. I'm giving him hell as well.. LMAO!
hahahhaa.. Be real.. Nobody wants this stuff. So called 'longs' simply wait until any pop and hope to break even. There are A LOT of shares to be purchased out there already.. If certain brokerage houses would ever let you purchase them anyway.. lmao
sooo.. that was posted like...
132 days, 16 hours, 2 minutes and 49 seconds ago.. No rush.
Oh.. I know not staged. LOL I'm in ADA county and following the local fallout. Seems Payette County Commissioners decided to 'table' their discussions and ultimate decision indefinitely.
http://www.fox12idaho.com/Global/story.asp?S=13717641
Been thinking the same thing. Would not 'surprise' me in the least.
LMAO.. That has to be staged. Everybody I know in Payette County have firearms that would leave more than little dents in that sign.. hahahahaa
hahahaha.. and that would take what? 5-7 years with court cases, real estate deals, equipment purchases, permitting, supply chain sourcing, gathering accounts, staffing and Brian's excellent track record at expediting various business ventures?
To the moon I say! LMFAO
Pushed up to 6/6/2011? lmao
This dude is a "major" shareholder! Go SYNJ..
Prolly won't get a Christmas card this year. Ever do an AGORA server search with the keywords "sorrentino AND obituary"
Use the DEEP switch.. Interesting stuff.. LMFAO
