So it's done then.. Now what? Pretend for a moment you were not invested in this.. If you had to step out of the box, re-do all the DD, would you re-invest in this? What our our assets? Employees? Corporate structure? Brilliant leadership? gymnastic maneuvering? Cash on hand?

We still where we started 2 years ago.. dude joins the pickens plan, drops some impressive but hard to verify names, pumps an alt fuel plan and says he's making headway with land purchases, equipment purchases, financing, contracts.. Only to find out it's all smoke. I'm very surprised the SEC hasn't investigated this by now.

Knowing what I know now, I wouldn't touch this..
