But respectfully, he could just be regurgitating what he always has. We have no guarantee that he has contacted nor received the official float number from DTC. I, again with out judgement, ask that we try not to sugar coat things and just be realistic. I found it disappointing as far as substance goes I guess, we have heard all this already.

We will see when the financials come out, but I am skeptical and would prefer instead of candy coating things with superfluous verbage that he get the DTC sheets on a weekly basis and figure out why the pps has plummeted and address it.

So basically this PR does nothing to really address our concerns about the drop in pps. It is wonderful that they are progressing with their business model, and the apps hopefully will take off. But this guy really needs to get some value back to his shareholders, or he is going to have a company with 500 apps and a pps of 0.01.

If there is concern that there is a huge NSS position here, then we need to ride him until he takes action to address it, imho.

Complacency and trust on our part is not getting her done, again imho.

I wished you had asked him about the pps, and does he have concerns that it ran .70 and now retraced 100%?

I mean he has to be aware that there is either a large NSS or dilution (which he may or may not know about). I have a hard time believing that he just has his head buried in his 'business plan' and does not take account of what has happened to the pps.

The share structure information in the introbox is dated, inaccurate, and troubling because the float was 66,000,000 in 2009, then someone says it is 65,000,000 after march 2010.

We used to have a free flow of information, you and Monk and others kept in close contact with Nazir to keep the information up to date, and the TA was ungagged.

Now none of this is the case, and we are where we are. Please, I am asking you to help out for the good of all involved.

That wasn't my comment. I would hope you know what they look like, I assumed that a long time ago. But do you have access (legal or illegal) to the most current DTC sheets for EIGH? I doubt it. So your opinion, while based on years of experience, is not a set in stone certainty, thus it's not technically a fact.

It is whether you recognize it or not, and it can be called market mechanics or popular mechanics. You have no more access to DTC sheets than I do, unless you are not who you say you are.

Just as hard as finding a competent anything these days. Even historically competent professionals of numerous trades go through periods where they are shall we say, human. Now i make no excuses for this person here, just saying there are a lot of incompetent people out there claiming to be professional, many of them right here in this arena.

That is one opinion. Maybe right, maybe wrong. Confidence is a strong elixir, but it isn't bulletproof. Until all the facts are in about the NSS or lack thereof, anything anyone states as fact is just a blown up opinion.

I believe that people DO realize that as you put it, but....and there is always a butt on this forum....the more important point which keeps getting conveniently overlooked is that if one were to do the simple math required the picture of how many shares are held regardless of NSS becomes quite crystal clear. And spin it however you like, it is not a number that is small relative to the float. Parse the verbage of the document all you want to, suggest it should be interpreted this way or that way, but as is so often point out here the simplest anser is usually the correct one.

Again, lovely distortion of what we do know. They would have been commissions, re-read the PR they ran about their initial delivery of retail goods for the golf tournament. They did not sell directly as a vendor, they gave them to vendors to sell, hence they would receive a commission. Likely because the vendors did not have the cash or the confidence in a newly untested brand to just buy the stock. But they all sold anyway, sounds like a good product to me and only supports their belief in the demand for their product.

People in Barbados are proud like any other country, and would clearly embrace one of their own. So 8000 Inc has an excellent base to begin with for creating brand recognition and popularity locally. Then the world perhaps.

That's just an opinion, may be right, may be wrong, regarding EIGH at this point nobody knows. Yes, odds are in your favor based on EIGH's past history. And yes, history often repeats itself. And one more yes, if it walks and talks like whatever, then it usually is whatever. Occam's Razor, blah, blah, blah. We will know what and who they are when we know, but your supposition based solely on things not known to be facts is no more credible at this moment in time than the opposing point of view. It's just your opinion, try not to be such a bully. Educate, don't irritate. World is way too full up with negativity and haters, try to elevate above scare tactics.

What you post is true, partly. One should never rely solely on CMF. Also, if one watches the price action all day, it is pretty easy to see another possibility. When trading everyday opens up with a print below the bid, and then the spread is kept large all day, and the price is fairly channelized until the close where it is painted down to the bid, it makes the CMF either negative or steady. There was a lot of selling by retail investors the past few days, but look at the volume over the past 8 months and there is a ton of shares in retail investors hands still. And if the company were diluting, we would see much larger volume imho when combined with the retailers getting out.

I would like to see you chart with an A/D line added. And, another thing I do see is the MacD is about to turn and the CMF while negative has bothe been fairly stable and is actually turning as well.

I guess when it closes the world will know. Or maybe the world won't know. Either way it certainly doesn't seem to affect the current PPS any, at least not negatively. One thing which I think people on both sides of this issue are mistaken in doing is the supposition that Monk's Den revenue is figured in at all to any of the financial figures, dreams, guesses, etc. being bandied about. If EIGH pans out, salvages their image, restores faith to shareholders, than they have more than enough potential income from real estate and retail to achieve their goals. It is a dynamic situation, but I am sure one which will become much clearer in the coming weeks.

If the naked shares exist, then it makes more sense for the company to hold those numbers close to the vest until it's time to announce that the share buyback has commenced. Because if NSS do exist, why let the other team know what play your going to call when you are trying to score a touchdown? If the naked shares don't exist, well then you have your answer. I am going to guess you have your mind made up, so why ask a question you are close-minded to in the first place? And why not at least offer alternatives?

Granted I said, did I not spell it correctly. Right now, based on the limited information we have, EIGH has fraud written all over it. But.....there is a lot more information to collect and a lot more information to come out, and a lot more the company can do to make themselves appear trustworthy again for shareholders. Some cast stones, others offer bread, but neither is right nor wrong.

I think we can agree on two things. EIGH has indeed provided all the facts that we have, be them few and far between. And yes, there can be a tag of fraud attached to EIGH because of the debacle of the misdirected dividend event. However, this scarlet letter of them being fraudulent is no more a certainty at this stage than it is that there is life on mars. Yes, it may well end up being the case, but we are nowhere near having all the facts required yet to form a final judgement. If the buyback occurs, if they get thei act together and in a sense restore the shareholders to where they were before the dividend event, than they should be allowed to proceed unencumbered.

I suggest that it is neither. Pay attention to the confusion of subject-verb agreement or lack thereof, and to the structure of the paragraphs related to standard Chicago Manual of Style rules. It was clearly written by someone who was both educated and immersed within a community of Caribbean-English heritage. Likely they grew up either in the Bahamas or British Virgin Islands. It's all right there.

For example, the dividend PR, they failed that because they acted negatively. Right now, there is only supposition regarding many of the things you falsely propose to be factual conclusions.

Spin it however which way you guys on that side of the issue are going to spin it, but Bancorp is a commonly used name and is attached to alot of shady groups both in New Zealand and worldwide. But if you want to play legal, the proper name for the company is Bancorp New Zealand Ltd, they have been in business in Auckland, NZ since 1993. They have a physical office on the NZ Stock Exchange Building, here is the same address they have had for 18 years.
