I think we can agree on two things. EIGH has indeed provided all the facts that we have, be them few and far between. And yes, there can be a tag of fraud attached to EIGH because of the debacle of the misdirected dividend event. However, this scarlet letter of them being fraudulent is no more a certainty at this stage than it is that there is life on mars. Yes, it may well end up being the case, but we are nowhere near having all the facts required yet to form a final judgement. If the buyback occurs, if they get thei act together and in a sense restore the shareholders to where they were before the dividend event, than they should be allowed to proceed unencumbered.
