Have any more information on that 10Q? I'm reading it and getting mixed feelings
Your "outstanding debt" is a couple million? Let me reiterate 1% (one percent) is 9 million dollars. If they grabbed half of that they are out of debt. Your "outstanding debt" is pennies to these kinds of companies. If they were opening a lemonade stand then yea that's outstanding but not when your grabbing at a market share of 900 million dollars AND have about 3-4 major competitors, which should be irrelevant because they have the better product.
1% (One Percent) of the market share is 9 million dollars.
I see where your coming from. We could very well be wrong but most have been following this company closely ( not just it's chart) and we know that somewhere along the line the profits should have come up from it's "new orders" and "contract". It is evident that the revenues could not be included in the last 10Q because of the time needed to process from prospective revenue to revenue. That is what we are basing our decision on.
For example:
"Revenues
Revenues increased approximately eleven fold to $682,028 for the three months ended March 31, 2009 as compared to
$60,021 for the three months ended March 31, 2008. Approximately 71% of the increase was attributable to the recognition of
approximately $486,000 in software sales previously recorded as deferred revenue. The remainder of the increase was
primarily due to increased sales of equipment and software. During the fiscal year ended September 30, 2008, the Company
entered into a unified communications contract with a customer for which delivery and installation is not yet complete. As a
result, the Company has not recognized all of the revenue relating to the contract. As of March 31, 2009 the Company has
allocated approximately $376,000 of the software portion of the contract to deferred revenue because delivery of equipment
included in the contract with the software had not yet been completed."
That is from the latest 10Q for CLRI.
You've come at this board with a lot of good defensive knowledge and then your going to copy and paste some scottrade automated advice on a chart? Where in that configuration do you figure in the 10Q? This is not a technical trade. Money is to be made for those of us who know the companys plans and what they have been doing. The chart is shot and I wouldn't rely on it for anything except a small pops and drops which in insignificant relative to the target price we're after.
do you see any price levels above $.225?
No one else here see's a target price higher then $.03? Does anyone see rebounds in the $.10-$.20 range?
I'm anxious and positive because I did thorough DD and came up with a winner in my book. I will feel sincereley disappointed if it doesn't but again I don't see why it wouldn't. All answers point to yes says this magic 8 ball :P
Anyone have news on the NT-10Q? What do you all make of it?
I"m glad everyone is on board now. Congratulations to those who listened. Here's the kicker, I'm just a 21 year old student. :) Any job offers? :)GLTA and for those who told me otherwise... "I told you so!" LOL :)
Two Questions:
Does anyone know the exact date of the release of the 10-Q?
AND!!!!
Does anyone else feel like christmas is right around the corner?! :)
Thank a lot! I'm glad someone is understanding what I have been trying to say. The financials will report revenue. I'm targeting around .25 a share. For those who might think that's a little ambitious, more realistically this stock WILL return to .05 levels. We all have calculators, go have fun with that math :)
THANK YOU!!
Xplosivestocks is a business. They get paid to market stocks. They are no difference then a billboard advertising a new furniture store. Xplosivestock didn't "get rich" off the transaction. They got paid for suppling their service.
Maybe I have the uperhand on this company stuff because I'm a business owner myself. But you have to start thinking of these companies as if you own them. What would be your next course of action. They are doing nothing that I wouldn't do.
This company will sky rocket and at that time I will be rich, but I won't have a heavyu heart... I'll take you non believers to dinner :P
So when can we expect interest to raise in this company? I am fully informed on this company and hold the same opinion as you. I'm an investor not a chart analyser. I analyse business models\plans and it's core structure. Charts aid in my deciscion however I feel that chart analysis on a company like this one, given it's development, can't be judged too well. The company is in a very volatile state and in my opinion has unpredictable chart. The one thing I can say is given the business model and operations of this company, I am agreeing with you that the stock will sky rocket. Most people are uninformed of this company and are in the shadow of the whole "pump and dump" controversy. This company was pumped, obviously but the dumping came from the investors who couldn't stay in the game this long. Investments= returns OVER TIME, if you want to get rich quick become a day trader.
your right, you can't judge this kind of stock by it's chart. The company is in developing stages. stock analysis is for set companies following a solid trend. If your smart enough to understand that then why is it so hard for you to understand the beauracracy of business. Steps have to be taken to become profitable. you know my opinion on this company and you know my evidence. Just wait until the financials come out. Things will be easier to discuss then.
your holding on to false hope, your are sadly misinformed about this company. The good news is that there will be other companies in the future :)
IF you bought your shares because of that post then you deserve to loose your investment. HOWEVER, your investment is still salvagable. Hold on to it until the 10-Q comes out. It will reflect revenue and then steady gains for a good amount of time. Food for thought, understand the companies you invest in, don't throw your money around blindly.
PREDICTION!: 10-Q shows revenue. Common for a DEVELOPING COMPANY that is succeeding. There will be a pop, small drop off then steady gains as people start to realise my side of the argument. I am ainxiously waiting for the 10-Q so I know whether or not to dump this one. Pretty sure we're in store for good things
so you agree this company is projecting a profitable EPS for it's investors in the long term?
Absolutly not. I'm going to say this once more only. It just doesn't seem to be sinking it with you. THey are selling stock because they NEED the money bad.
Everytime you see a pop in this stock there will be rapid sell off of course because they need the money. They know they are putting themselves in a whole right now. There product is the tree that will grow to let them climb out of it.
They are selling tons of stocks because they need money to maintain there marketing, rent, insurance, etc. All that bull shit costs money. I love how you think you start a company and then by some magical roll of the dice you make money or you don't. There are procedures that are neccessary to follow to make money. They are getting there investment capital now. This company is on life support to put it in a simile. It could go either way but the reason for all the trouble is to get themselves off of life support. Once they have enough orders to sustain themselves without shares tey will be good. Come june we will see in increase in revenue on the 10-Q and the price will go up.
If not then they have some serious questions to answer. There PRs contain no forward looking statements. They inclose facts, or lies, either way someone in my position gets paid.
I do not believe they are trying to pull the shades overs anyones eyes. This company is showing tell tale signs of a DEVELOPING COMPANY!!!
Good view point. However, under close observation of the financials it has clear evidence to say that the revenues, if any, from the first couple of shipments they sent out would not be recognized under the last financial statement.
Now it is my position that I am holding onto the stock until the next quarterly report comes out. I personally don't see how they can make the claims they have without anything illegal happening. I carefully read every piece of literature that has come out of this company and there are very few "forward looking statements". They produce straight comments and facts.
I personally believe that you will see HUGE accumulation right before the quarterly report comes out. The company will buy a ton of stock knowing there next financial report is going to cause the stock price to soar.
Read the part of the latest 10-Q where they describe revenue recognition. There orders would not have been deployed in time to be recognized. Let me know what you think.
I could very well be wrong, however this is my beliefe. GLTA and let's hope I'm right, otherwise we can chalk this one up as a lesson learned.
You do realise that is how they transfer stocks into cash right? Of which, that cash they will transfer into capital for their company? That's how you raise funds for your business. it's the founding purpose of the stock market. You udnerstand that right?
If you do then why are all of you making a big deal about the dilution?! It's expected! Their are procedures corporations do to raise capital. You don't think they just get all business costs from banks do you? One loan and your business takes off HA HA HA. Stay in the game you will learn some day.
Thank you! You are starting to see my side of the debate :).
Welcome all you NEW supporters of this company! My question is where have you been?!It seems there are a lot of new people with opinions on this company and for the sake of debate your input is needed! If you have been following this board you know I am a strong advocate of this company. Let me remind you there is a difference between advocating a company and pumping it.
This company IS, as I have stated from DAY 1, a GEM! The main problem is most of us don't know how to differentiate between an investor and a day trader. This company is in day trading territory for the time being but once it drops again you day traders will leave and,I guess,me being the sole investor in the stock will continue to tell you to HOLD ON TO THESE SHARES.
This company is making a better, cheaper product, that's eco friend. GOOD PR + CHEAP PRODUCT+ NO CONVERSION COST= BUSINESS!
I get a lot of you worried about dilution too. How many times do I need to tell you, THATS THE NAME OF THE GAME.
The reason companies make shares are to sell them off to get investing money to start their business or continue into a new business model. What good are shares if you don't sell them to change them into capital?!
I have a start up business, I make 200 Million shares, what am I going to do with those shares? I'm going to sell the shit out of them to get as much money as I can to support my company until revenues can take it off life support. Look closely class, this is the infant stage of a new company. It is developing! DEVELOPING companies don't sky rocket, DEVELOPED companies do. Dilution is the new of the game.
I'm waiting for the next quarter's Financials to come out. If you read the previous filings closely, all those orders that Vital received were not delivered in time for them to be accounted for in the last quarter's financials and it clearly states under revenue recognition that they recognize revenue upon delivery.
You nay sayers have the right idea in mind but I just don't see how you continue your train of thought when you know the evidence being thrown at you is telling you to turn around! Now the evidence doesn't need to speak for you anymore, the charts are too. This company is a long term investment that will pay off. Keep your shares and join in the CHA CHING!!!!
Charhorse, it must be hard to breath when the quick sand starts to reach your neck! :P
Ian I agree, chart looks amazing.
Nothing queer about the company behaviour either in my eyes.
Your opinion is valued, about as much as that of a penny on a restaurant floor, but valued. I'm just messing with you on that. You make good points but again none of what you have shown me has even remotely wanted to make me change my mind. I'm not looking for validation on the subject, I guess you could call me an egoist, I like being right and therefore it takes a lot to get my stamp of approval.
My decisions sticks until next quarters financials.
I'm not pumping, this thread is just about dead, don't you think (to you as a pumper) your tactics would be more effective if you reached more people? I am debating with one to two other people...
Looks like we know whether or not STOCKMONSTER is a pumper or not now lol
I think i speak for everyone when I say, SHUT UP! you do nothing but go off on your wild tangants and have nothing intelligent to say about the company. You have provided none of us with any indication that you even know what VTLP produces.
If you have research to share then share, otherwise your posts are incoherent rambling. Althought I agree with you, this company is going up, I would not say that the train is about to leave the station, not quite yet.
Jokes on you bill.
You are using the same PRs that we were hand fed as you described, as tools against us. For the same reason we shouldn't have invested because of those PRs is the same reason why you can't you use them against. Your debating their validity, not their truthfulness. So, if in your eyes, you see them as invalid, then they can't be used against us. Naive would be only to look at the PRs and to buy into this stock. I have done extensive research on this company's business plan and model. This company is in the early development stages.
Your "sizable portion" reguardless = profits.
Did you miss my lecture on what 1% of 900 million is? That's huge for a company this small. Your so eager to get your point off that your right. Let it be known that no one came to you saying your wrong from the get go. you came onto this board and attacked our investing strategy.
Naive is you basing your decision off of PRs from last year! and financials that don't even include their most recent orders. Their is no "dream" being chased after here. This is what I do for a living. I have kids, cars, house, luxuries. You think I throw my "empire" into a crap company? The amount of money I through into this company is puny relative to the amount I make off the market a year. If this company goes down, it doesn't hurt me one bit but maybe a shot to the ego.
I do want to point out that I am 95% confident this company is going to get going. Charhorse makes a few good points but mostly his research has holes in it. Your make a point about them completing something by the end of the year. That's an estimate given back in september! almost a hole year! tell me your smart enough to know that anything a month old in the business world is dead news.
I'm a little curious as to what your motives are too. you keep coming back at this debate with almost the same BS just to be shot down. Everything you've thrown at me has been thwarted by me. Now, come back with something precise, "the smoking gun". Give me something to believe you are not retyping in new words your old posts.
Investment is over time. Day trading is short term. I am an investor and look for the overall performance of a company. If I wanted to make a couple grand off this company I would have sold back when I had the opportunity.
Everyone do what you want with your shares, but mine are staying where they are.
I don't want to shut you up. Being open minded means to absorb all evidence and then making a decision. Your argument's direction is good but your stressing the wrong points.
Your concern is that this company is totally in debt acruing interest like crazy. What other companies or perhaps organizations are in the same boat? How about AMERICA? Is America a failing country?
Take myself for example. I want to start a lemonade stand but I need capital. I take a loan from a relative acruing 20% interest anually. Don't you see? that's how it works. Everyone in the business world is in the business world to make money. "Takes money to make money".
Now to a consumer, the amount of debt Vital is in may seem a lot to a consumer however in the business world it's a necessary procedure. Research on business modeling and planning. When you take on the amount of money they are needing you plan ahead and make sure you know what's going to happen next.
Possibly the real issue here is you don't know how early in the development stage this company is. This will take some time and for now, my money is safe.
As for the dilution... That;s what happens when you sell shares. Why would they sell shares? They need money. Why do they need money? To support their business.
It's a simple cycle. This is how start out businesses work. I've been doing this for some time.
Now if this company was producing some crack headed idea of a product and taking on this much debt for it then yea I would agree with you. But this comany is producing a product needed by other business. This is a symbiotic company. There money is coming in from the distribution of other companies' products. To ship plates, I need packaging. To ship condiments to restaurant they need packaging. This company isn't really bringing in any break through idea of distribution they are doing what has been done for years only better and that my friend is the essence of competition.
The market share has alread been created and they are going to take it. They create the same products other companies do but it's eco friendly and has competitive pricing. Did I also mention there is no cost for companies to switch to this product?
So vital pitches their product to other companies and what reason would they have to say no? This product = Good PR + Lower Production cost. I wasn't ever the best at algebra but I can see that whatever that amounts to be, it's positive.
What does any of that really and truthfully have to do with Vitals new business direction?
I understand you view on the business. I guess my point is that there are two types of people that deal with problems. The people who are randomly exposed to them and react instantly and the people that understand the forward lying promblems and plays them their advantage.
It's two different business senses. They are showing aggressive process for a company that isn't doing so well.
Why would the company continually put money into this "obvious moneyhole". They are putting way too much effort into selling their product for your "cash register" theory.
They answered the phone when I called. Trying calling them they are taking calls.
I forget which product but ont the T.V. some company was advertising the fact they use a bottle or something like that with %25 less plastic in it making it more eco friendly. Being eco friendly is good PR. Zephyrhills now sponsors "eco zones". Billions of dollars are going to be spent on greener products. It's almost hard to find a company that has not provide some kind of eco friendly alternative product.
Cash flow might become an isssue hence the 8-k. Revenues don't just mean cash brought in as profit. How it works is you get into debt by spending borrowed money (from share selling) to support a new living business that produces cash. Given, how early this company is in it's busines model, to be bringing in extra cash to pay off debt is a good step and expected procedure. Rome wasn't built in a day. This company is still developing. I don't suspect the stock to raise much tomorrow either. This is a cycle.
I like the debate too, it's all in fun. I just think your on the wrong side of the debate :). Perhaps next quarters financials
Does the 8k give any indications of splitting? reverse or non?
No offense, but duh! Of course you can't unlink them. I corrected myself on that. Vital Products, Inc. is the Host company to think of it that way. Your opinion is valued and noted but again it's not enough to convince me on to change my opninion on this company. You have done some research it appears and I guess this is where "perception is everything" comes in.
It is in my professional opinion that this company has massive potential. Look at the market share they are going after... 900 million. I've mentioned that before.
I personally am waiting for the next quarter's financials come out. They only recorded revenue and expenses for the 6 months ended January 31, 2009 of which none of there products and prospective sales would have been completed enough to be considered in this quarters financial statement.
At least agree with me to say that is a good point. If there is money being brought in, it is recorded at time of delivery... I need to at least know you understand my point for me to take you seriously.
I've listend to your point and you make a good attempt but it's coming up short IMHO
I don't know what to say. You clearly have me in a check mate. I didn't realize we were playing though. However, do take a look at the last quarter financial document... There is a nice paragraph in there explaining about there new "patent pending products." I lover alliterations. You may have read too much into my "naive statement" however try explaining to the SEC they are naive...
Clearly in black and white, under the latest quarters financials it's states:
"On October 21, 2008, we entered into a sales and marketing agreement with Eco
Tech Development LLC of Nevada, a product research and development company
specializing in eco-friendly industrial packaging applications, whereby we
will market certain proprietary and patent-pending technologies that have
recently been developed by Eco Tech, beginning with the marketing of a new
bio-based foam packaging product."
Once again your confusing, and I'll try to be more specific on this one, OnTheGo's business line with Vital Product, Inc.'s product line. We know the names of the companies and for me to hold more validity to your claims your going to have to come at me with more then a typo.
Now since your the teacher here, can you tell me what it is called when you miss out on an opportunity because you failed to do adequate research and therefore missed out on your business?
QUICK QUESTION TO BE ANSWERED BY ANYONE WHO HAS THE RIGHT ANSWER!
I'm seriously asking because this is somewhat of a first for me. What exactly does the new SEC filing mean? It's a bit confusing? good or bad?
Man! You are absolutly right! You clearly took everything I posted, everything I said about disreguarding OnTheGo and you did some awesome research. WAIT! NO YOU DIDN'T
You are right though, OnTheGo doesn't have patents for their products and yes the business did shut down. They were just a company with 2-3 employees not including the CEO that produced two products. What I like to call a middle man. All this information is available in the the quarterly reports and the NT 10-Q. I'm not going to bore all of you with the details on how OnTheGo was crappy... again. Failure is expected no one is perfect. Persistance is key to success. Do you know how many times Abraham Lincoln failed before he became the great person he is reguarded as today? Look it up.
Now Vital Products, Inc. however is a great company. First they didn't buy this company from anyone. This a company they started
"On October 21, 2008, we entered into a sales and marketing agreement with Eco
Tech Development LLC of Nevada, a product research and development company
specializing in eco-friendly industrial packaging applications, whereby we
will market certain proprietary and patent-pending technologies that have
recently been developed by Eco Tech, beginning with the marketing of a new
bio-based foam packaging product"
Now pay special attention to the part where they said patent pending products... Don't know how more black and white you can get with that.
I guess to put it mildly, charhorse and followers can't seem to differentiate between OnTheGo and Vital Products, Inc.
Revenue Recognition
The Company recognizes revenue in accordance with Securities and Exchange
Commission Staff Accounting Bulletin No. 101, "Revenue Recognition in Financial
Statements" ("SAB 101") as modified by Securities and Exchange Commission Staff
Accounting Bulletin No. 104. Under SAB 101, revenue is recognized at the point
of passage to the customer of title and risk of loss, there is persuasive
evidence of an arrangement, the sales price is determinable, and collection of
the resulting receivable is reasonably assured. The Company generally
recognizes revenue at the time of delivery of goods. Sales are reflected net of
discounts and returns.
Pay attention to the last two sentences... this is all information that is available in the last quarterly reports.
Charhorse nothing personal against you but before you go off knocking other people's research please at least have viable information to fight with. It's not wise to show up to a gun fight with a knife.
By the way let me mention that I currently hold approx. 50,000 shares and am waiting for the trough to buy in another 50k.
I'm not in the debate for fun or to say I know everything. I am seriously challenging someone to give me a GOOD reason as to why this company will not take off. Too few have tried and failed for me to reverse my decision.
STOCKMONSTER said it best when he quotes someone else I'm sure
When a tsunami hit's the waters recede and the coastal fish flail around crazy only to be washed up by a massive flooding of water. This is what is happening. You are flailing and in that sense failing.
The company is in NEED of buyers right now. The more you waiver and sell off the longer it will take for us to make our money. This is going to happen. I would hold on to your shares if I were you. To sell now is rediculous because at the very least the odds are in your favor.
ANY questions on this company? The research will put yout worries in a checkmate.
I have been doing this for quite sometime and even had a company which I sold off in shares for this exact purpose. This is text book fund accumulation.
They have orders already out WE KNOW THIS!
Where did those orders reflect on the balance sheets? NO WHERE!
They haven't included them because of either A.) OTC stocks are not the heavily regulated
or B.) there is a deferal of payment. At least wait until next quarters financials. If they have not had anything on their financials by then.... Then I might be worried but I'm riding this rocket to the TOP!!!!
Read my prior posts, I have almost scripted a whole research report on this company. It's logical
