Clearly in black and white, under the latest quarters financials it's states:
"On October 21, 2008, we entered into a sales and marketing agreement with Eco
Tech Development LLC of Nevada, a product research and development company
specializing in eco-friendly industrial packaging applications, whereby we
will market certain proprietary and patent-pending technologies that have
recently been developed by Eco Tech, beginning with the marketing of a new
bio-based foam packaging product."
Once again your confusing, and I'll try to be more specific on this one, OnTheGo's business line with Vital Product, Inc.'s product line. We know the names of the companies and for me to hold more validity to your claims your going to have to come at me with more then a typo.
Now since your the teacher here, can you tell me what it is called when you miss out on an opportunity because you failed to do adequate research and therefore missed out on your business?
QUICK QUESTION TO BE ANSWERED BY ANYONE WHO HAS THE RIGHT ANSWER!
I'm seriously asking because this is somewhat of a first for me. What exactly does the new SEC filing mean? It's a bit confusing? good or bad?
