'This will be my last comment on this' Aw man, I was enjoying the differing views.
Yeah, was hoping for a LNG co merger. Pot stocks are so 2021ish.
Are you suggesting that SD could be the next takeover he is thinking of doing?
What's causing the rise?
'The effect of all this on small retail holders of the warrants is that the warrant price goes down.' In the words of George Carlin, ' it's a big club and you ain't in it'.

After the common has been at or above the strike price for some period of time (usually 20 trading days), many warrants are "callable" by the company. I did not know that!
Isn't this going to be a pot stock?
Well I live in Texas and I think I'd rather see that 3 week closure than the grid go down, especially since it's predicted to be in the 100ths for the next week and perhaps months, ugh
Again, thank you for that excellent explanation. Not going to hold them till the last day but depending how it goes will probably hold some into the stretch. Thanks again
'Higher temperatures cause more snowpack to transform to water vapor, which then escapes into the atmosphere, rather than turning to liquid and running into rivers.'.' That sentence doesn't make sense. ' The population of Salt Lake City is expected to grow by more than 50% over the next 50 years.' is the problem not bs global warming.
Thank you for that very thorough explanation. I have one more question. If SD goes over the strike price and it's getting close to redemption am I right to assume it would start to lose some value the closer it gets to the redemption date? Thanks
At this point we're all probably saying, 'why didn't I buy more when it was under .07?' Well, at least we have tickets.
SD warrants gaining traction. Both @ .25 now.
Ernie, you/this board is the most knowledgeable on warrants, imo., as for the SD warrants when they hit strike price and SD keeps moving higher, will the warrants gain $1 for every dollar SD moves over the strike price? Thanks
Man, SD is a traders delight. Always a morning pullback and then pushes into a new high. I don't day trade anymore just buy early and ride it up. Only holding warrants now, both WWs and DWs. Didn't get in as early as you but those .03 - .07s are looking good. Not even thinking about selling anything under $1.
LOL!
Still believing SD hits $30 this week and $40 before months over, imo
'effective from June 24, after the market closes.' Wow, that's great news.
Must be nice to be connected. I've noticed SD has a big swing almost daily. Today the high was $27.65 the low $25.51 over a $2 swing. Thinking the MM are taking out the tight stops for the 'connected' ones.
Sure would like to know how they buy those amounts without pushing up the price?
Whats the old adage? Volume before price!
'Enough ranting' Hey, that was pretty good roll.
That is interesting.
Now that's new, thanks
Last 5/14 ?
LMB, LMB, LMB...SD is no LMB!
Thanks JB, very good articles for my Sunday night reading.
I think in that article why that analyst said if they did that oil would go to $200 a barrel was because the oil co.s would just jack up the price so the consumer would pay for it. Isn't that the way it's always been? So oil @ $115 would go to $200 and the 25% tax hike becomes a mute point. And if SD can use their huge NOL to offset it and still sell oil @ $200, wow. Warrants anybody?
That was a great close. My $30s call for this week was a bit early, but believing we hit it next week, imo. SD has a very small float and just starting to catch the momo.
As long as you're putting out every negative thing that COULD happen why not include a total market meltdown which is also a real possibility. Note in this article the analyst says it would push oil to $200 a barrel...https://www.zerohedge.com/political/biden-admin-considering-proposal-tax-oil-gas-windfall-profits
Anything on the burner? Can't smell a thing, lol
Really sense SD gonna break out in the 30s this week. Bought more DWs and WWs today. Still very undervalued imo.
Wow, just noticed it's alive again, let's go!
Totally agree with everything you said, sooo, let me rephrase it. Seems like a decent play, imo
Whats your guess on the float? shares 36,726, 000 issued and outstanding at March 31, 2022 My guess is about 12 million. Read somewhere 66% held by institutions. Imagine a 10 mil vol day!
