Well said. lol.
Not too shabby for the 1 week anniversary! Congratulations on all your hard work. Good things are happening over at the "Q".

That little bomb hit the etrade and TD Ameritrade newsfeeds. Might be good for a spike in volume and PPS!
That is some serious fine work by the WAMU shareholder nation!

I agree. STNLQ is lookin good. I picked up some a couple of days ago. I noticed that Zardiw is the asst. mod of the STNLQ board. To me, his name alone lends credence to that one. Z is well known in WAMUQ circles for his extensive DD in poring through Bankruptcy Court documents and countless hours of work on WAMUQ.

The cream will eventually rise to the top!
Keep up the good work.
SSCJQ is definitely not easy to get in and out of with the huge B/A spread. I am holding it for the long haul with an "all or nothing" approach.
madclown
Anyone here holding SSCJQ?
I have picked up a few over the last few weeks but it is hard to get filled unless you're hitting the ask. It is odd, sometimes an order beneath me gets filled and I am left out and at other times my order has been filled along with someone elses at a price below my bid.
That used to happen to me with the WAMU preferred shares several months back but now those stocks are a bit more fluid.

SPSNQ - Interesting Items from the March Billings
I am new to this stock and am trying to do some DD. I don’t know if the information I found is old news or not. Your thoughts are appreciated.
Upon reviewing the March 2009 billings submitted by the attorneys (Latham & Watkins) for reimbursement I came across multiple references to “Neutron” and “Marconi” Asset Purchase Agreements. There was also a reference to the “Electrum” proposal and a reference to the “Potential sale of Cerium.” (See PDF pages 88 – 99) of the link below.

In reviewing the KPMG billings there were also references to “Marconi M & A Transaction” as well as other references to prospective buyers. (See PDF pages 30-32 of the link below).

In the Morgan Stanley billings there were references to “39 prospective buyers” as well as a March 2, 2009 conference with Latham and Watkins regarding a “Debt for Debt exchange”

That would be great if they can get the stock cancellation reversed. The company does appear to have some upside.

CHTRQ Info
Hello All,
I am new to the "Q" and IHUB. This is an awesome board!
I wanted to share some info on CHTRQ and get your feedback because there were a number of posts today regarding this "Q" stock. I think anyone trading this stock should know what the ultimate future holds. I traded in and out of this one and got out for good when I saw that it appeared that the commons would be wiped out.
The "Debtors Amended Joint Plan of Reorganization" dated May, 7, 2009 on KCCLLC (See PDF page 29 of the link below)says "Class (c)Distributions. Interests in CCI, whether represented by stock, preferred share purchase rights or otherwise, shall be cancelled, released, and extinguished and the Holders of such Interests shall receive no distribution under the Plan on account thereof."
http://www.kccllc.net/documents/0911435/0911435090507000000000012.pdf
Also of note, the The meeting of creditors pursuant to section 341 of the Bankruptcy Code (the "341 Meeting") has been scheduled for Tuesday, May 12, 2009 at 3:00 p.m.(Eastern Time)
Let me hear your thoughts. GLTA
CEMJQ Calendar
Hello All,
First post on IHUB and wanted to share some info on CEMJQ. We have two upcoming events to watch for this week:
May 13: Annual Stockholders Meeting
I placed a call in to Chemtura's Investor Relations today (203) 573-2213 to confirm the date and inquire as to what info will be made publicly available from this meeting and how to obtain it. I had to leave a message and did not get a reply back. I will post the info when I get a response. According to the Chemtura website the IR hotline goes directly to Stephen Forsyth, EVP, CFO.
May 15 (9:45 A.M Eastern): Hearing on the debtor's motion for an entry of an order approving procedures for the sale, transfer or abandonment of non-core assets (KCCLLC docket # 296)
Holding 200k shares long and strong! GLTA
