SPSNQ - Interesting Items from the March Billings

I am new to this stock and am trying to do some DD. I don’t know if the information I found is old news or not. Your thoughts are appreciated.

Upon reviewing the March 2009 billings submitted by the attorneys (Latham & Watkins) for reimbursement I came across multiple references to “Neutron” and “Marconi” Asset Purchase Agreements. There was also a reference to the “Electrum” proposal and a reference to the “Potential sale of Cerium.” (See PDF pages 88 – 99) of the link below.

In reviewing the KPMG billings there were also references to “Marconi M & A Transaction” as well as other references to prospective buyers. (See PDF pages 30-32 of the link below).

In the Morgan Stanley billings there were references to “39 prospective buyers” as well as a March 2, 2009 conference with Latham and Watkins regarding a “Debt for Debt exchange”
