May 13: Annual Stockholders Meeting

I placed a call in to Chemtura's Investor Relations today [phone] to confirm the date and inquire as to what info will be made publicly available from this meeting and how to obtain it. I had to leave a message and did not get a reply back. I will post the info when I get a response. According to the Chemtura website the IR hotline goes directly to Stephen Forsyth, EVP, CFO.
