Has anyone tried to contact any members of the "Advisory Board"?
[tag]http://tytancorp.com/cm/INVESTORS/ADVISORY%20BOARD.html[/tag]
I wonder what any of them have to say about what has been happening? Anyone know them?
0.7 cents....that would be great except that some of us will need anothe 0.20-0.25 more just to break even!
Hmmm...interesting. Did you read some of his posts? Seems a bit arrogant for a guy who seems to keep racking up legal troubles!
Right on Angel. Would be nice to hear some sort of marketing plan other than the fact that they are send packages to potential dealers.
Yeah for some, there are others here that will need to see that number ALOT higher to make up for those 96% and up losses in this stock so far.
Great! Thanks canadamom!
Thanks for the info! Looks like the link on his page there to:

TD Ameritrade still has TYTN to where you can't trade this due to the DTC "chill". Anyone know if and when the chill will be lifted and what TYTN has to do to get out from under it? Getting sick of not being able to do anything with the shares I have now to buy/sell.
So, when will TD Ameritrade allow this to begin trading with them again? Anyone know?
How do I sell/dump this POS so I can write it off on my taxes and never look back at this again. Anyone?
Sent an e-mail to TD Ameritrade to see what they would say about TYTN(D) and if and when it may trade through them again, here is the response:
Dear Mr. XXXXX,
When an issue is designated as DTC chill at DTCC it is not eligible for physical deposit or delivery through the DTC. This restrictions prohibits a clearing firm¿s ability to settle trades once their book entry holdings are depleted.
Based on the industry wide DTC "Chill" restriction that prohibits a clearing firms', specifically TD Ameritrade¿s, ability to settle trades and prevents book entry deliveries. If we is unable to settle our clients¿ trades the liability of the trade becomes TD Ameritrade¿s.
At this time, there is not a set timeline for if/when the restriction will be removed. However, once the industry wide "DTC Chill" restriction is lifted TD Ameritrade will re-evaluate whether the issue will be allowed to be traded again. At this point, the only recourse you have is to contact the investor relations department of the issuer.
Please let us know if you need further assistance. We really appreciate your business.
Sincerely,
Monica Murray

When will TD Ameritrade reflect the change in shares and when will they allow trading to resume? Anyone know?
Not sure if this was discussed earlier or not but since I was curious about how long the "D" would remain on the stock ticker (if the R/S even goes through....)here is what I found. Hope this answers it for others as well..
Q: How long does a stock that has done a reverse split keep the letter "D" at the end of its symbol?
A: reverse split is a corporate action whereby a company reduces the number of shares outstanding and increases the price of its stock. A company may decide to use a reverse split to shed its status as a penny stock, or to avoid being delisted. A common type of reverse stock split is 1:2, which means that each investor receives one share for every two that he or she already holds. In other words, the investor gets half as many shares, but they're worth twice as much as before.
As the question states, a company that has undergone a reverse stock split often gets the letter "D" attached to the end of its ticker symbol. This letter is used to designate a company that is undergoing a stock split of some sort (most often a reverse split), or some form of corporate reorganization. This letter is generally attached to the end of the ticker for approximately 20 trading days before it's removed.

Has anyone floated the idea that the reason fonts and numbers/letters aren't matching up is that TYTAN might have used a pre-made business form and filled in or changed the appropriate info?
There are hundreds of kinds u can buy online or at office max.
Ment to say online or at Office Max (or another supply store......)
Has anyone floated the idea that TYTAN may have used a pre-made business form that was filled in, printed then later scanned and that is why the fonts don't match or look suspicious? there are hundreds of kinds of these forms online at Office Max.
7.2 Mil for me.
China 'keen' to invest in West's infrastructure

BEIJING (AP) — China's sovereign wealth fund wants to invest in improving neglected U.S. and European roads and other infrastructure to spur global growth, the fund's chairman said in comments published Monday.
The announcement reflects a shift in strategy for the $410 billion fund, which was created in 2007. Until now, it has limited its investments mostly to small stakes in publicly traded companies to avoid stirring political opposition overseas.
China Investment Corp. wants to begin in Britain by teaming up with fund managers or investing directly in infrastructure projects, Lou Jiwei said in a commentary in London's Financial Times newspaper.
"China is keen to get involved" in improving U.S. and European infrastructure, which "badly needs more investment," Lou wrote. He cited energy, water, transport, digital communications and waste disposal but gave no indication of possible projects or the size of Chinese investment.
Some commentators in both Europe and China have suggested Beijing might use its $3.2 trillion in foreign reserves to gain leverage on political or trade issues at a time when other governments urgently want investment.
Also Monday, Commerce Minister Chen Deming said at a business conference that he wants to send a delegation to Europe next year to find investment opportunities, according to the director of the ministry press office, Huang Minghai. The proposal still requires Cabinet approval.
Beijing is encouraging Chinese companies to expand investments abroad to diversify an economy that relies heavily on exports and investment. It has sent trade and investment delegations in the past to the United States, Europe and elsewhere.
CIC was created to invest abroad in hopes of earning a better return on China's foreign reserves, the bulk of which are in U.S. and European government bonds. It says investments are made on commercial rather than political grounds.
The move into infrastructure probably reflects CIC's commercial views, rather than those of the government, said Citigroup economist Minggao Shen. He said it could help CIC earn a more stable profit and reduce Beijing's exposure to U.S. and European government bonds amid volatile markets.
Some Chinese commentators have called for Beijing to reduce its exposure to the financial woes of Western governments by buying fewer bonds. China is Washington's biggest foreign bondholder, with $1.15 trillion in Treasury debt as of September.
"There is a general thought that maybe China should not invest in U.S. Treasurys or European sovereign bonds. Instead, why can't we hold direct assets in the economy?" Shen said.
By investing in individual projects, he said, "you don't have to depend on government guarantees and it should be affected less by the sovereign debt crisis."
CIC faced criticism over the performance of investments made just as the financial crisis was developing. But its results have improved and the fund reported an 11.7 percent return on assets last year.
Lou stressed that CIC is a commercial investor and wants to make a profit.
"CIC believes that such an investment, guided by commercial principles, offers the chance of a win-win solution for all," he wrote.
Lou gave no indication in which other countries the CIC might invest but cited an estimate that the United States needs to spend at least $2.2 trillion in infrastructure repairs or rebuilding.
"Free of the inflationary pressure that afflicts many emerging economies, the U.S. and Europe should make substantial investment," he said. "We cannot count on developing countries to deliver a stable economic recovery on their own."

Just a couple links I came across. First talks about the trade show Mark attended in China, the second is an article from this past May that talks about the growth of agricultural machinery in China and the increase in their exports.

Just found one more that may be of interest to some.

Actually, China has had interest in Africa for a while now. They have been doing construction projects and making deals with different countries for years to mine raw minerals and oil. The only difference between how the US does it and how China does it is that when the US is there, they hire local workers off the economy to do most of the work. (Which in turn actually helps the economy in that area by creating jobs). The Chinese bring in their own labor force, build towns for them and use them for the labor.
Spent alit of time in Africa on busines and have seen it.
Maybe a joint venture with China's. Tractors and the improvements and patents held by TYTN vthat can be offered at a competitive price that poorer African nations could afford is just what those countries need.
Yes, Zecco is trading TYTN BUT they will not let you transfer any penny stocks from other brokers. You can buy all you want, just no transfer to them.
Maybe the products they have from WG are what is left from the stock that was never sold or shipped to distributors? Or, is the company still up and running and producing new products? Any WG distributors here that can comment on this?
Thanks man. Worked!
How do you post pictures here? Pulled a bunch of stuff off Google Maps That show YTO locations.
In the link below, why would the location of YTO's factory not be disclosed? Just curious.

"The location will not be disclosed"
Caveat Emptor
did ya take your 7's off before it dropped to 7 or were you able to pick some up?
Thanks. Just chatted with a rep there and they will not allow the transfer of any penny stocks to them from outside accounts. Believe I could still deposit money and buy through them, just not transfer.
Has anyone used Zecco to trade buy/sell? I have an account and am considering moving my TYTN from TDA to Zecco. Thoughts?
