Hayter Hayter he's our man... if he can't do it no one can!!! It has a nice ring to it... Hayter no matter what has been said about him on this board in the past, he does increase stock value, at least for a couple years before things go awry again.
I bought 111k earlier this afternoon, and don't ya know, my account gets flagged for a Reg-T violation(using unsettled funds). My broker just called, two hours after the fact... it was worth it though. Next week looks primed for a new high.... I don't foresee two days in the red here.
This is a message board and that regarded message board postings.... seemed obvious. did it not?
If anyone here has any misconceptions that the SEC doesn't read posts on Ihub, than please read:

I've never seen the SEC move as quick as they did, 3 weeks! A very rare SEC occurrence!

IOVE midnite press release tonite.
I love a midnight press release, good stuff!
It seems that the only wrong-doing by SPNG management so far has not been releasing an 8k when the articles of incorporation has been amended, hence forth the last two 8k's that have been released. Updated the A/S. Could get interesting here.
Don't need to try anything else... I am correct.
Haha... that's nonsense... you can't explain away the high volume and the regsho list, by calling it nonsense.
The reason for the high volume, is the naked shorts... I don't know why you can't see this.
GFGU take warning... if we don't get our money we are sending Stewie Griffin over to get it. Here's a link, to illustrate what he's gonna do.
I survived the great obesity epidemic of the 2000's... I'll be telling my grand kids someday about this... "Johnny, there were pork chops and cheesecake everywhere."
LOL all in good in fun.
Well here's a scenario for u... right now on my radar I have the 10Q coming out Thursday, Oct 15th... and the latest the 10K can come out is 30-days after the the 15-days after the the original due date, so 45 daysafter the original due date, making that Friday, Oct 16th... I believe this is correct... it could come out later, but I believe there is a severe penalty, and also a stoppage in trading, but I don not know the facts on this.
Yes, but because the 2008 numbers were audited by a firm that is now not a firm that can audit numbers, than in order to file this years numbers side-by-side last years numbers, in the 2009 10k, the 2008 numbers need to be redone, even if nothing changes in them... just for the fact that they have been audited by a currently registered PCAOB accounting firm.
This is why Drakeford & Drakeford is suspended for one-year. This is also why we have to re-audit our 2008 numbers so we can compare them to 2009 numbers in our new 10K.
PCAOB registration is a huge deal. Please all read the link. LOL the part about the cover pages kills me... read it and find out! Reminds me of the TPS reports in Office Space!

So I'm still kinda bored, but since this is the reason why we have to re-audit 2008 10K, I thought some of you might like to read the reason the PCAOB gave as to why they suspended the registration of Drakeford accounting firm.
http://www.pcaobus.org/Enforcement/Disciplinary_Proceedings/2009/06-16-DellaDonna.pdf
The issue is... if they want to compare this fiscal years numbers with last years numbers, last years numbers must be audited with a currently registered PCAOB accounting firm... and as 2008 numbers were done by Drakeford and Drakeford, wich is on a one-year suspension from the PCAOB the 2008 numbers are not currenltly backed-up by a PCAOB firm, so the SEC now informed Spongetech that this is the case, so now Robison & hill is auditting the 2008 numbers, so the offical 2009 numbers can be submitted.
Nothing is/was wrong with the last years audit per say, the reason why they must be re-audited is the fact when SPNG compares 2009 numbers in the 10K with 2008 numbers, 2008 numbers are considered un-audited, because Drakeford does not have PCAOB affilaition.
The restricted stock has & is still restricted, it has not changed or has been sold.
If this is true, what you say than we would not be trading anymore... enough said. If it is so blatant, than the SEC would have halted this a long time ago.
It's no fault of management that they have to re-audit 2008 numbers.... they only have to restate one years numbers by the way, not two.
Drakeford lost their PCAOB registration, can't change it, except to move on, and that's why management hired one of the best, Deloitte & Touche.
The opinion letter was not fraudulently signed either... SPNG had the right to use it, or else there would have been charges of fraud, wich there are none. These are the facts. Also, upon request from the lawyer SPNG stopped using the lawyers name, even though they had the right to keep using it.
$280 million revenue+ for 2009 fiscal year... the time to buy is now... buy before it's too late, the future will be here tomorrow!
Who cares about past financial's... it's all about future financials!!!!!!!!!!!
screwed that link up... but ya guys know what to do I am sure... did have it at one point, but going through that list again I don't really want to
Sprott is listed on page 5 of Green Mountain Coffee holdings list, click the Sprott name, and there you have it, lol
Here is a list of Sprott's other holdings that I pulled up through their holding in Green Mountain Coffee for any who is curious like me):
(Spongetech however not listed yet, but the NASDAQ site is slow)
http://www.nasdaq.com/asp/holdings.asp?symbol=GMCR&symbol=SPNGE&selected=GMCR&FormType=Institutional
That is my thinking along also.... you're not alone. I have been buying on the way down, as Buffett says, "be greedy, when others are fearful".... but as facts versus opinions are concerned I like the company a lot.
I think the selloff from the R/S announcement will net all the buyers some nice coin.... after all the "normal" trading strategy for an R/S would be to sell, wait for the R/S to happen and then wait for the price to settle even lower, and than buy. But the "key" factor that most miss would be an uplisting, also the normal company that does an R/S is usually in poor financial health as well. So while everyone sold, I have been buying, I don't believe bashers, or the pumpers, or that the normal trading strategy of an R/S will work.... my sole reason for the investment is based on the financials and how management might spring an uplist on us after the 10K, and R/S.
The next 3-weeks will be pretty fun to watch I am sure... good luck to all. As the great teacher Kiyosacki asks, "do live your life for financial security or financial freedom?" They are very different indeed.
That does not make sense...
at ALL times no matter what exchange a company should perform to a high degree. What about the SEC.... no problem here that I can find, you find anything and proof? The SEC has none? Pink/Grey sheets, traded both... whats your point, there is still liquidity in both, except a little less in greys where there is no Market maker.
I have proof in my numbers, where someone like you can only give opinions on alleged company indiscretions. That is a fact!
Yes the stock is down huge since the R/S... I've quadrupled my holding, I'm very, very happy. So what R/S announced on another stock has held up well before being uplisted, really kinda curious to compare?
Fredk.. evening sir, 28 years old. Yes an R/S would be good for SPNG, IMO.
You can't look at it in the same context as a R/S being done by a sinking company. To R/S spongetech would not be junking the stock, it would be enhancing it, ideally creating an instance opportunity to uplist.
Here is a report posted by SoapyBubbles a long time ago that is very informative on R/S. Does it back up my opinion, no it doesn't.
http://www.efmaefm.org/efma2006/papers/568563_full.pdf
But in conclusion, R/S are rarely if ever done, on companies that actually make money... can you point to one that is making a profit at the time of a R/S, and the reason why they reversed split? This is an exception to the norm.
I believe the people who say that, can't do math. Also most can't flip a stock priced that high with regularity... because they are generally speaking, "poor". Also, because their general sentiment is they will loose the chance of making a ton of money, where if they could just do math as that's the first thing I mentioned, they'd realize the opposite. all IMO.
Haha... I was cracking up about the cover page part! Back in the day, imagine if they stapled the report in the wrong spot... jeez, that could have caused some pretty serious fines!
So I'm still kinda bored, but since this is the reason why we have to re-audit 2008 10K, I thought some of you might like to read the reason the PCAOB gave as to why they suspended the registration of Drakeford accounting firm.

LOL... almost time to go to happy hour and start the weekend.... here is a pretty picture of some packaging that goes into the spongetech box. Yep, I'm real bored.
http://www.uspto.gov/web/patents/patog/week28/OG/html/1344-2/USD0596023-20090714.html
i don't think so... they were hired for the 2010 10k not for this one, or else management I'm sure would have PR'd the fact that their input would be on this 10k as well, and not have just mentioned they were helping improve Spongetech infrastructure. But we will see. D&T is consulting SPNG at this time, however auditing 2009 10k unlikely.
LOL you re-read it... haha Deloitte Touche has nothing to do with this 10k, they are not the auditor!!!!!!!! There is not extra money found, haha.. I think you are making a big mistake. The $10m profit, $50m revenue were low estimates, everyone knew that the numbers would be higher than that.... not trying to argue, but your wrong and should re-read PRs yourself.
huggarugs... i don't have pm, I have no idea what your talking about extra 1mm etc etc., and D&T is not the auditing firm of this 10k.
Deloitte & Touche has nothing to do with the 10k... what are you talking about?
Ya know... did OJ get in trouble for his car chase? I was just thinking about that... I guess he didn't did he.. haha. Get a white bronco and hire Al Cowlings to be your get away driver!
LOL your hilarious once again... so your saying that NetZero when it offers free internet, is profitless as well... advertisers pay to have that little box on the bottom of the screen promoting their products while you surf the internet for free... as GFGU may provide there application to iphone users and such for free(I don't know, because I don't care), probably because they make money by having companies like spongetech pay them to promote/add their products/services to the application so they are searchable by consumers.... hmmm, I don't know, just my opinion I guess
LOL yeah I hear ya! According to records at the Neveda Secretary of State office and according to GFGU's last 10k Moskowitz has NEVER BEEN nor is a director at GetFugu.....
This is a post for everyone who is under the impression from poster to this board that Steve Moskowitz is a director at GFGU.... HE IS NOT!
Where do guys find where it says that SM is a director of GFGU?
i've been buying the since the r/s announcement and havn't had to call into scottrade, i've had 4 buys and all done online. I hated calling in, pain in my but. hopefully it stays this way
I disagree, what sucks is that were are on the OTCBB, this is a great move to get SPNG uplisted as quick as possible.
