Sorry Arnold and Sinster, I have to say I disagree. There are a lot of companies that are keeping there earnings date under wraps until it gets closer. And they did not say they would release it yesterday, as in 2/23/09. Did you get that from http://finance.aol.com/event/sirius-xm-radio-inc/siri/nas AKA AOL? I wouldn't trust a darn thing that comes from AOL. But furthermore, the correct information can be found at, http://earnings.com/company.asp?client=cb&ticker=siri Thats the site I look at if I can't find something on Ameritrade, it tends to be right most of the time. It states 27-Feb-09 to 6-Mar-09 with and estimate of -$0.07 a share.

As far as siri being a bad company, would a company really invest $250M in a company if it wasn't a decent company and had some potential? The answer to that is no, no one likes losing money.
