Hi,
I have an account with Zecco trading. I just spoke with one of their representative and they said that SDVI is subject to a Settlement Fees for Non-DTC-Eligible Securities if selling through them. Do you guys know any other broker that will not have this fee? What is a better broker for penny stock?
Thanks
Anyone know what is going on with Interplay lately?
As long as it is a profit we will see this slowly move up. Here for the $1.
lol, I am glad that someone still visit the site. Just wanted to stir up some conversation over there at Phattyaffle. It's been dead for a very long time now.
100,000+ shares traded...
Isn't today the day that the Wii Rabbits suppose to launch?
lol that sell order is just to make sure no one is can borrow my shares :D
Where is my $1.00 sell order?
Another rush for tomorrow?
To think of it I am glad that the tender offer is for everyone. Because it is structured that way, people that purchase before the cutoff day kind of have a guarantee that no matter what SDVI price will be when the IPO hit it will still have a value of at least $.0065 on IPO day if the investor trade the share. This is a very huge incentive for people to hold onto the shares that they acquire.
Most that sell at this level just want to create confusion within the market to make it look like someone are still dumping. It could easily be some shorter that wanted to cover so they have to push down the price. Anyway, is there a limit of how much one can short?
Somatochlora, I am not sure if this is true or not but there seems to be a lot of people asking the same questions over and over again. Hopefully these are not those that wanted to create confusion among current shareholders so that they can cover their short position.
I was going to post the same thing to. People kept throwing around the 100/1 conversion rate without all the fact. After listing to the CC it is pretty clear to me that if a shareholder exercise the tender offer of 200/1 in addition to receiving dividend of 200/1 then it will be similar to having a 100/1 SDVI to Graffiti share.
Also, Ken mentioned in the CC that after Graffiti split up from SDVI it will turn around and acquire SDVI.
If I understand correctly then SDVI will be the face of Graffiti in the US exchange after the buy out. If the buyback happen then there is a very high possibility for SDVI share to increase a great amount before Graffiti buy it out.
Anyway, do what you want with your SDVI share and your Graffiti dividend. We all of a different exit strategy. I just hope that not all of us exit at the same time because to me the company has a lot of potential in the future.
I would be happy if we close here. That shows the stock have great support for this level and reassure the new investors that the short can't always get what they want.
We just hit $.003.
Still hold on to my 2 Millions
Thanks for the update. I was asking about international shares in general. He told me that they will get a better answer once everything is done since then they will know if they can trade the new shares or not. Anyway, it is good to look for another broker just in case you want to keep those shares.
That's what I got from the rep I spoke with. He said that if you just wanted to liquidate your foreign shares then they will have to charge you around $20. But anyway, I will look for another broker in case I wanted to keep my Graffiti shares.
Just spoke with a Zecco representative. If you want to liquidate your foreign shares aka Graffiti new shares then they will charge at a higher rate of around $20 instead of the typical $4. However, if you want to continue to trade the new shares then I think it is best to find another broker that deal with international stock. I need start looking for a new broker now.
I am not sure. Most of my shares are more than 1 year old. There are some that I bought after the dipped from .009 but the majority is before that. If what is said on the PR and the posts are correct then my share should be able to exercise the 100 to 1 rate.
Based on the conversion rate 1 share of SDVI will become a little more than 0.00635.
I used my current share structure, exchange rage of 200 to 1, and the currency value of 1 Euro for $1.27
My shares: 2,000,000
If convert to Graffiti shares: 10,000
Current holding in US Dollar: $12,700
Relative price of SDVI share: $12,700/2,000,000
comes to: $0.00635 per SDVI share
Note that I am not using the exchange rate of a long term investor of 100 to 1. If that is the case then the price for a long term SDVI share will be around $0.0127.
Anyway, anyone know of the date where Graffiti will issue the IPO?
What about how to determine if your shares are long term or short term?
Interplay just have a new announcement.

Well, last I have heard they were suppose to launch their DSi game called Legendary Wars in the Spring. I hope that this game will be coming out soon.
A slow start indeed...
The was one was on the Gamecube. The company that published the title was Atlus. At the time the company only produced a very limited number of copy. They have a rumor that there will be a new Wii version but I haven't heard anything about it for a while now. Hopefully they will have it on the VC so you can check them out.
Oh, thanks for the email. I haven't check back to the site for a while so I did not know about that email. Anyway, I have finished that game a while back. It was a really good game. I am into those kind of games too. If you have never play a game call Orge Battle 64 before then I suggest you look up that title. It was very similar to F.E. but in a group setting. So you dispatch a group instead of an individual and the character in the group will change class according to how you play. It took me 80 to finished the game the first try and I went back and complete it again sometime later. Very good game in the strategy genre.

I just read an article from Nintendo Power and there was a game on it called Project Monster. The game looks very interesting. The best part is that it was created from Ex-EA employees and currently have no publisher yet. I hope that G.E. can look into this and add this title to it roster.
