Yep they were diluting.
At least they seemed to have turned the press off for the time being.
This one will be a bit of a wait...the prospecting game takes quite a bit of time
dude,
yeah, they are all pretty bad; honestly I'm surprised there hasn't been more national coverage on this issue with the whole state of the economy and such. Some news programs made such a big deal about it when ACORN was caught doing it in Louisianna, yet, it's so common place now, a lot of state's are missing out on taxable revenue.
Sorry to hear, glad I got out when I did....
Dude,
This isn't that big of a deal. There are a ton of corporations that do this all over the world and even in the US. For instance they will pay a certain firm (typically a law firm) so that they may register their corporation/LLC/etc. in their locale and use their office as the business address. It subsidizes the firms income and in most cases is advantageous to the company as they are able to avoid paying the appropriate business taxes.
Just look at the gazillion companies that are registered in Delaware (tax free); even though none of them really do any business there. It's to skirt around paying taxes.
Well I guess it depends on how long the survey takes.
I believe that MMES will be using a Gravity Survey, due to it's application in the locating of minerals such as Gold and Silver and the relative speed to which it can be completed. MMES has been successful in the past at locating veins so the real question may come down to whether they started earlier than anticipated.
As I have stated before, this looks to be "on course" and Brownstone has yet to deviate for a while. They are moving slow, but sometimes, over extending yourself and signing into time sensative leases can be a disaster. Meanwhile I'll keep loading up.
wow, straight from the disclosure statement...I hope you didnt spend a lot of time researching that one
smells like dillution...
LOL...not trying to be...but I've been watching this for a while now, and looking at the orders put in at close, and the overall low volume for the past couple of weeks. This looks like 3 market orders totalling roughly 26 million shares ranging from about a .00024-.0004. We should be sitting on 3's for a while, maybe lucky if you can pick up some 2's (ive been unsuccessful for the last 2 weeks); and as we get closer to the 4-6 week time frame, maybe some wild trading.
The initial results look promising, but I think we are going to GS to grasp the full concept. The good thing is the company hasn't failed to produce a result they claimed they were going to.
nothing really, there was just two market orders totalling roughly 20+ million before close. That shot the pps up for a second, on open it should be back to 3's.
News is still about a month away.
right, and if you search hard enough, you can find pictures of the guy too, they are out there. No luck being able to do that with the two previous CEOs.
At least this new guy looks real.
Well, unless he's walking in the door with a decent amount of capital, he has no money to finance the operation (whatever that operation is because over the past year or so, Joe was ambiguous at best in his P/Rs). No CEO walking out the door is going to R/S because you always leave the door open to liability, and that responsibility should fall on the shoulders of the CEO taking the helm.
Chinto,
Not to be a jerk, but my resume reads better than that, and I don't "supposedly" run a company.
The pr is likely to make the announcement that they are going to restructure, starting off with introducing the new CEO, then announcing that there will be an immediate r/s (what the ratio will be is up to speculation) and they will couple the r/s with an increase in the A/S, probably to the tune of 10 billion.
To be honest, it wouldn't hurt to put some money in now, because at these levels, you could actually see some upwards movement after the announcement of the r/s. However, you better get out before the r/s and count your licks, because there is a 99% chance that it will plummet right after the split.
I don't see any other options, unless they increase the A/S.
But even then, you have to look forward to more dilution.
one hopes that it takes that long, plenty of time to accumilate.
get in line for the 2's
Yeah....whats $50 to him?
oh no...it's going to run...just you wait...LOL....
Probably Shane selling the shares that Joe gave him to Vismay.
dude, you're funny, claiming this to be a "real" company...
how many "Presidents" has MMTE had in the past year, what is it four now with Vismay the newest installment of the carousel of Management.
When was MMTE's last P/R....January?
Yep you got me, Mammoth is real, and will be producing any day now.
diluting right before r/s?
Are you kidding...I would have expected the RFP to take longer.
I honestly can't believe it was awarded this quickly, this is great news. I don't read any ambiguous statements, misleading timelines, or the typical pink crap that is often associated with these types of operations.
They are consistent, are not putting out fluff PRs that can be interpreted a thousand different ways and are moving forward. At the current pps what isn't to like.
Just don't expect any PPS movement on the day before a holiday.
I guess the PR just addressed that...LOL. Looks good from here, solid progress, and actually surprised they awarded it that quickly.
I'm not sure I could find it, but did the company give a cutoff date for the RFPs to be submitted?
Wish it would be the next Quest Min.
You're right add me to the dump list.
It was fun while it lasted, but the writing is on the wall for now. Add this to my list of perenial losers
QBID
MMTE
and now MGLG
Sorry, my involvement with it obviously killed it. Oh well
I'm just happy they put out something, at least it is less misleading than the previous ones, and they are admitting there is a situation with why they don't have the numbers.
If it were going to be the results of well production...Karen would have stated "Well production"
However, she stated "share holder concerns" and we all know the number one concern is production numbers.
It seems more likely that Magellan is simply going to address what the deal is with not producing the production numbers.
but Karen said.........
hahaahhaha....I hear you loud and clear.
Who is willing to bet that the PR will make a feeble attempt at blaming the individuals who have been calling TMD and Citizens for the reason as to why they don't release the production numbers.
better get the taser out.
.0005 at this point...who knows I could get lucky
Yeah but this is the same guy who's most recent post spouted off things like "r/s" and "disolvement of the BOD" quoting year old pr's...so take it with a grain of salt. I was always a fan of, profit is profit. If you sell your security at a profit, you are ahead of the curve.
Except those of us that use gas to heat our water heaters and cook our food, which accounts for at least 30-40 percent of your energy expenditure.
Well thankfully, we probably won't go much lower than we are now...I would say .0004 would be the lowest...de ja vu I know. However, more and more I don't think the production numbers are going to do much. I think we are going to have to see receipts from sales to move significantly. Either way I'm still chasin' the high
Only able to snag 1.3 mil, depending on what I think is happening, I held my other half out until tomorrow
Just so you know that its not.just mm's I was able to fill at .0006. I'm not bragging just wanted to give the heads up
I would disagree in part. I have seen some larger companies, listed on the bigger boards get downgraded due to past managemnt issues, even though that management was no longer with the comapny. Specifically about 5-10 years ago when a bunch of committing officials from every sector of publically traded companies got nailed for backdating stock options. The SECOND came down very hard when they finally discovered what was going on, and downlisted certain companies until they "fixed their books" even though they were solid companies.
This is somewhat incorrect.
Yes the administration will not directly award stimulus money to a "sub penny" company.
What generally happens, they will award the funds to a larger company and in turn that company will administer it as it sees fit, often to sub-contractors and companies that have cheaper operating costs; or those that have "shovel ready" projects but just need the funding, like EVFL. It's a very quick turnaround, which is what the stimulus money is intended for.
So, I wouldn't by any means say that EVFL won't receive stimulus money.
Well, I concur, with the reduction of $100 million in debt in such a short period, it looks like they were smart and have "cut the fat" which was eating up capital without providing revenue.
We still don't know what the current operating costs are at the company, so its hard to put in perspective how the "net income" of $200k in q1 was derived.
Unfortunately, you have to dilute, in order to fund your business without a source of income. The other option is to default and share holders probably don't want that, because your shares at that point are worth less than toilet paper.
Except the roughly quarter million net income for first quarter of fy2009...or is yesterdays pr already old news.
because everyone who is espousing "this isn't the typical pinkie...yada yada" can see that this company is doing the same thing every other poo poo pinkie does, dilute into a PR, I'm not shocked, just disappointed. And if I had this seemingly unlimited source of funds to buy the entire time it sits on .0002 like so many claim they do, I wouldn't be investing in PSheet companies in the first place.
man someone call the EPA, this dumping is ridiculous
