Not to be a jerk, but my resume reads better than that, and I don't "supposedly" run a company.
The pr is likely to make the announcement that they are going to restructure, starting off with introducing the new CEO, then announcing that there will be an immediate r/s (what the ratio will be is up to speculation) and they will couple the r/s with an increase in the A/S, probably to the tune of 10 billion.
To be honest, it wouldn't hurt to put some money in now, because at these levels, you could actually see some upwards movement after the announcement of the r/s. However, you better get out before the r/s and count your licks, because there is a 99% chance that it will plummet right after the split.
