This CEO doesnt give a damn about shareholders and diluted the hell out of this stock after delaying and putting BS PR's out last summer all along this year. He has accomplished nothing and deserves no respect at all.

NAKED SHORTS on a stock that is .0001 is very funny. It has to be naked shorts right it couldnt be the billions of shares that the company has sold which is why it is down this low right ?

People need to stop giving this company so much credit.

If they have the assets then why not follow SEC guidelines ? Why post an internal document and hide behind the writing at the bottom which basically says its an internal document ?

Proably gonna need quite a few more if you want to hold anywhere near the amount you have now as I smell a R/S coming soon.

One of the things that I think should be done is companies making some of these alleged claims like HCPC has in their last 2 financial statments I think the SEC should take a good hard look at companies that do this type of practice. If you look at the financial statments you can clearly see they werent meant to be out for public info but they put it out to try and generate some buying interest. This is wrong it is obvious they dont really have that amount of assets.

Well there are 2 things one of which has to be the case if what you are saying is true. If they have been buying then HCPC has been selling more shares otherwise it would have moved above where it is trading. 2nd scenario is they arent buying.

I think it shows that the market doesnt believe it and for good reason.

If this was true why wouldnt the GSR people be buying up HCPC stock like crazy ?

This is something else I have a question on. How would someone be a " NAKED SHORT" here ? The stock is at .0001 they could have covered a long time ago but it doesnt even look like that was the case.

This Stock looks like another one of Chad Skyes Dilution machines in which he tells people one thing and exactly the opposite happens. Pinksheets.com should have a stop sign for every stock he is associated with.

That is almost as funny as the PR's that were put out with the wrong sharecount.

I have read back for many months and have seen nothing but misconstruied statements that are very misleading.

I was in Las Vegas this last weekend and attempted to get any information that I could pertaning to this product and came up empty.

I have done quite a bit of DD on this stock and would recomend people stay away.

This stock looks like it has some potential I may pick up some shares in the morning. Any idea on the share structure ? TIA

I am a new member and had a few questions for the board.

Why if this company has assets of the amount they do is it trading at the lowest level a penny stock can ?

Why do people here continue to post statments that are extremely false ? An example of this being when someone posts that HCPC is going to own GSR ? How can someone post that when in reality all HCPC would be doing is facilitating the funding of a loan ?

Why does everyone here keep saying things like this will go higher soon when in reality that has been posted a million times over and has been said about both sets of financials ?

I have also discovered some bad things linked to the CEO's husband in the past doesnt it bother people that he is still involved here and is the one the 33,000 a month is going to for the software ?

I like the looks of this stock both for the short term and long term. I think someone that takes a nice position here and is patient could have a very nice payday in the near future. Goodday all.
