I wish you well, but the December - quarterly results that missed expectations and the cancelation of their deal with AQUAhydrate makes me worry. I’m not sure I would be adding here at this point. There’s little cash on hand for the company and that usually spells another financing round or a stock offering to pony up some cash. But hey, I have a few shares too so good luck to us all....

You may want to review how the wash sale rules work my friend. Your interpretation of the 30 day rule is incorrect. The 30 days you mention is in effect only if you want to repurchase the same stock. I think most that are getting out of a poor performing stock like this one have little intention of getting back in.
