Don't know...don't have L2. When I said recently, I meant last week or whenever it was.
Agreed. I got in b/c its a shell/RM play currently on the OTCQB with MM SPIN being here recently. Don't really care about Larson.
Been alot of craziness here today. MM SPIN being involved in this security speaks alot to me. Guess we'll have to wait and see what happens.

Jeff,
You've been on the negative side for a long time and I can't say I blame you. We've all been in this stock for a long time and we're all hoping for the best. Was wash mutual "raped" by the FDIC/JPM - as far as I'm concerned, the answer is ABSOLUTELY. But I see where you're coming from. We're up against people of immense power, greed, and corruption. This has always been an uphill battle. Were laws broken as DG touts - YES! But does that mean they will be held accountable and pay for their crimes - who knows! I wouldn't be surprised one bit if we all get hosed in the end but nothing will get me to sell any shares. I've been holding for over two years now as many others so might as well ride it to the end.
I've never been a pumper nor a basher. Just a guy who's placing a bet hoping that there is some justice left in the world. This whole situation has stunk from the word go. GL to you and all of us.
Cool - you'll have a shadow too
Hey Johnny, see post 254111. I'm still waiting for an answer.
Another good call you made with this stock. I think I'm going to be your shadow (LOL)!
He sounds very knowledgable to me and the letter was very well written. Since you disagree, give us the true reality of this case or receivership.
The B/A looking kinda crazy.

The law is the law until the judge decides differently and makes their decision sound, in writing, like it is the law.
Yep, and that's the problem Biz, too many judges in this country legislating from the bench. Happening waaaay too much!
Likewise. I bought my tickets, now its just a waiting game to see what's in store for us.
Jest - I don't have the ability to pm you back but to answer your question, I voted to "reject" the plan only. I did not check the "opt out" box. I faxed the 7 pages to Scottrade as they instructed me to do. Hope this helps. BTW, I voted this way b/c when I first bought into wamu 3 days after seizure, I bought in to hold to the very end - win or lose! From what I can tell, Rosen wants us to accept the plan. That's enough for me to do the exact opposite of what that puke wants.
They left out my envelopes as well. That's more stench added to this case. I own K's so I called Scottrade last week and faxed my vote to them. Voted to reject the plan BTW.
What happened Tool (in a nutshell)? I'm at work and didn't get to hear any part of the hearing. Any brief synopsis would be appreciated. Thanks.
I did. I was going to post this question earlier today. Sickening wasn't it? Goes to show what type of vermin we're up against in this case.
Research - I've seen every single pick to date. After the very first one, countless people saw it for what it was. As far as frontloading goes, I never said you did b/c a chart will show that. But you expect people to believe that the guys who pick these stocks withhold their buy orders until after 9:40 when the pick is formally announced to the rest of IHUB. Yeah, I'm sure nobody has their orders in prior to the announcement. Or maybe they don't - maybe they execute their buy orders exactly at 9:40 which is still ample time before anyone else has a chance to do any DD and get their orders in. These stocks all run up like crazy and then get dumped later on to unexpecting people.
So bottom line for you, I really don't care. What you guys are doing is a great way to make money, that I don't dispute. Good for you all b/c that's what this market is about. But don't act like everyone gets the opportunities like those in the "know" do.
From what I've seen with their picks and IMO, that pretty much sums it up. They say there's no frontloading but the picks are usually given out at 9:40 am. That gives the "team" a good 10 minutes to make their buys before the rest of the public knows about it. But hey, I guess its a good way for a select few to make good profits. Just try not to be one of their bagholders.
Spot on dragoon. None of us know what the outcome of this whole mess will be. We all have our theories, opinions, doubts, concerns, etc. but no definite answers. I'm in this till the end. The fat lady may be rehearsing back stage but she hasn't sung just yet.
I voted to "reject" the plan. I did not "opt out". I called Scottrade and they told me to fax them my ballot. There is a $25 charge but ST told me that is applied only if you "accept" the plan. Hope this helps.
I believe he's talking about airplanes that are owned by wamu. Realtime64 has info. Check earlier posts from Realtime64 b/c I don't remember the specifics.
Question in regards to voting for preferred shareholders. It states to complete, sign, and return this ballot in the envelope provided. Does anyone know the address b/c they coveniently did NOT provide me with the envelope? There is a number to call if you didn't receive the proper documents but I thought I'd check here first. Thanks.
Thanks Strike. Appreciate what you've done.
I certainly hope so Strike. If she does go along with this BS, I will have definitely lost what little hope I have in our judicial system. If I was a judge in this type of case, I would have put a stop to this nonsense a long time ago. Hey Rosen, STFU and show me some damn numbers. BTW, thanks for all you have done Strike.
No doubt its frustrating. I guess we'll have to wait and see what kind of a judge Walrath truly is. She may be so sick of this case she'll do anything to wipe it off of her docket. But on the other hand, I still cannot fathom how any final ruling can come down without numbers. I keep hearing how equity is soooo out of money but yet, nobody challenges D-Head Rosen and asks him how he comes to this conclusion when nobody shows the asset v. liability ratio. Same goes for Hochberg.
You say JMW was frustrated with the pace of discovery. Agreed but what discovery did the examiner even do? He didn't seem to do much discovering from what I read. And would somebody, I don't care who, tell me once in for all how can it be repeatedly said that there's no money for equity when nobody produces a list of assets. This reply is not solely directed at you EXDIMER...its for anyone.
I SMELL A RAT... It looks like 6 cents was a pre arranged amount to get this down to and keep it there!!
I noticed this on ST yesterday pre-market...the volume was only 20,000 and the B/A was already at .07/.08. I agree with you, looks like a pre-arrangement to me but who knows, this whole case has stunk since day one. Crimes were committed...hopefully justice will be served.
Does anyone else find it odd that they dropped the price to .06 on 20,000 premarket shares, yet held it steady throughout the entire day on 119 million volume? Never seen that before.
Exactly. Very suspicious which is why I didn't even bother to try and sell a few shares this morning. They dropped every class by a ridiculous amount from the get-go. Still in till the final gavel.
I know what you mean. I've been in this for 25 months now as well. But when I bought in, I bought in until the gavel comes down. I was going to try and sell some of my shares this morning to preserve some capital but seeing how the stocks are all being gapped down so bad, what's the point. Think I'll keep waiting for the final blow.
Just checked ST for wamuq. .08/.09
Glad I added at .007
Nice job. Thanks for the DD.
Thanks for the pm. Its appreciated.
HDOG,
If you would, I'd like to know your assessment/opinion on JLIC. I've followed your posts for awhile and you seem to be a very knowledgable guy. You also seem legit in your attempts to help other investors/traders which I find to be very rare on IHUB. So if you don't mind, reply to this post or send me a pm. Your thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks.
Well stated muscleshoals. Personally, I never begrudged you on the way you trade and how you make your money. Flipping is no doubt the best way to survive the pinks. The flipping that is going on is definitely putting the screws to people who bought in at a higher price (me included unforunately) but that's the way the game is played. I'm not a daytrader so the income from these stocks doesn't play that big of a role for me. I swing for home runs on these stocks but more often than not, end up with a strikeout. But in the end, we're all here to make some green. To each his own. Good luck to you and hopefully VCTY can break back up over a penny.
I know what you mean. I was going to start buying back in August but decided to wait until recently as November got closer. I made my first purchase a few weeks ago and it was kinda tough to get shares. Much easier today.
Added another 30k. Why not!
Looks like I'm the only buyer today. Added 30k shares at the ask - someone sells a little over 3k at the bid (just guessing that...don't have L2).
Scottrade currently showing 2.3 million volume pre-market. I've been holding this for quite some time...let's hope for the best.
