I used to like his posts because he sounded very knowledgeable, seemed genuine with trying to help, and gave hope. However, something happened along the way. It went from everything is good, the process needs to unfold, and we’ll all be happy to what we see now…you need to be an accredited investor, Finra compliant, vetted, the 7th son of a 7th son, born under a blood moon, etc.
So unless you fit those requirements, you’ll be disappointed like most of us.
Exactly
Took a position as well
I’ve always thought the same thing LP.
I’ve been holding this stock since 2017 after another one of my Ivo Heiden’s did very well beforehand. Glad I didn’t sell out - thinking this one will do much better. Here’s to continued success.
Yeah me too. I bought in 3 weeks ago at .04.
AZC,
For what it’s worth, I appreciate all of your insight and detailed analysis of this whole mess. I don’t post on IHUB anymore but I read this board daily and have been in this since ‘08 like most here.
I find your posts the most helpful and I hope you continue to provide your thoughts and opinions until this is FINALLY over.
I too find it interesting although I'm not going to read into it much. Being that I'm the second poster, I can honestly tell you that Scottrade has never called me about anything. They actually left voicemails on both my home and cell. I just dismissed it as another telemarketing call. Who knows....maybe there's more to it but definitely not getting any hopes up.
I got one from Scottrade last week. First time ever since I opened the account over 10 years ago. Didn't call him back...just another telemarketing call to me.
The dilution was tough to take, and I think poorly timed and naive on their part, but those selling below $0.20 yesterday will regret it IMO. I think the stock should be selling at $0.50-$0.80 at a minimum, but we might have to wait until they file financials and disclose more information on their assets.
I completely agree.
The float will be much smaller than it is now and then once shares are issued, it will climb back up but still at a low number like it currently is. Plus it should be on NASDAQ at much higher share price. Yes we'll have less shares but at a higher price. 6:1 RS isn't bad although I wish there wasn't one in the first place. Still, I'm not going have a knee jerk reaction and sell at the current price. Too each his own. GLTA.
That spread is killer. Just hope peeps don't start to become impatient and sell at the bid. I know most of us are patiently waiting for much higher sell targets.
But didn't you hear...it's a scam. Love how they show up and shout scam. Well if they think it's one, then enlighten the board as to why. But I already know the answer they'd provide...get told to do your own DD (which we've already done).
Exactly. Up until yesterday, this was a quiet board. Now it's a carnival of lunacy. I must have totally missed the "Pump" even though I bought the majority of my shares last September and have been with the stock ever since.
Appreciate your efforts. Thanks for the info.
My entry at .03 last September is looking pretty sweet. Thanks for the valuation info. Clean shell with a low float is what prompted me to buy in the first place. Nice to see patience paying off.
Lol...me too. Bought it in 2014.
Another nice day here.
Some info on the CEO.

Agree
I'm hoping the same. With this share structure, the pps would go crazy.
Sounds interesting. Jumped in today for a few.
Steady accumulation over the past week or so. Nice to see consistent green closes.
Nice volume today.
I agree with you that this will most likely be the wave of the future. I know I'm tired of paying Comcast $200+ every month for 100's of stations I don't want. Would love to see an a la carte TV service. If this thing takes off with a float this low, we'll all be sitting pretty.
Nice PR. Definitely something I would like to have in my area. Just another reason why I'm in this.
Most definitely. Any buying pressure will shoot this up fast.
Bogus stock???? What ever happened to "3x8=$24 Keep it Real"?
Blue, is there a date already set for the 4th omnibus or is it still undecided? Thanks.
Took a position. Like the share structure here.
Yeah, maybe you're right but you can say that about any penny stock and be correct 99/100 times. Still wanna hear from Gustin on the matter.
I feel the same way. New company, new ceo, new jv agreement, etc. All takes time. Unfortunately, penny players have the patience of a millisecond. Would be nice though to have some updates, especially on the float increase and why Joel is still around. I'm sure that is making some people nervous. Nobody likes getting burned but I'm gonna stick around and see what transpires b/c I made a huge mistake a few years back. Bought a stock at .0012. Sold my entire position at .001 b/c I got inpatient. Stock ended up going to .59. GLTA.
IMO, you'll never see the end of flippers. Once this stock starts moving north and if it becomes really hot, this board will be flooded with pumpers and bashers flipping for doubles, triples, etc. You'll hear people saying better get in now before the train leaves the station followed by you better get out now while you still can...all by the same people. This is nothing new and I'm sure you realize this. Hopefully we will see multi pennies but there's going to be countless flippers all the way up. On a side note with what you said, I really can't understand why anyone would be flipping at these levels. Makes no sense to me either.
otcmarkets.com showing the increased float as well
Nice. Thanks for the update.
Very thin for a trip 0. Glad I loaded weeks ago. No plans on selling for a long time...too much potential in my eyes.
Likewise, me neither.
Agree, which is why I'm holding. People on here screaming dilution, saying this is a scam, selling because the stock didn't jump up a 1000% already, etc. This shell just got sold to a new ceo. Maybe it will turn out to be a scam (most pinks seem to be) but maybe it won't. I'm not going to judge the new PSRU like it was still the old one so hopefully this new guy can right the ship. If not, oh well...on to the next one. GLTA.
From OTC markets and Scottrade, I got about 700 mill AS, 681 mill OS, 538 mill float.
Can you post the details...thanks.
