No doubt its frustrating. I guess we'll have to wait and see what kind of a judge Walrath truly is. She may be so sick of this case she'll do anything to wipe it off of her docket. But on the other hand, I still cannot fathom how any final ruling can come down without numbers. I keep hearing how equity is soooo out of money but yet, nobody challenges D-Head Rosen and asks him how he comes to this conclusion when nobody shows the asset v. liability ratio. Same goes for Hochberg.
